He then proceeded inside. He slumped to the couch before he sensed hunger but before he stood for that, all aura flushed out of the room and a giant book came out.

It opened to a page that wrote.

[Chapter 2: Capable Body]

[A normal man or woman with perfect control. The function of their body will wake up one day and just flex their body to activate their aura with ease. Even if they have never known it existed]

[This part of the body is the most important aspect for aura users. The more control one has over it, the more one can freely control their aura. However, it also carries certain risks. A person with a weak body but immense aura control will only damage their body more.

The control of the aura means it becomes flexible and also capable of interacting with external aura as such it can be contaminated fast which will lead to causing injury to the body.]

[Training: There are different types of muscles and their position, intense specific training that targets the muscles is required regularly with the intention of rigidifying the aura in that specific location. 365 days of non-stop training will grant one to harden some parts of their body with their aura for protection or defence.

The lowest hardening will grant one to crack normal igneous rock with ease and in rare cases, you can develop a special skill (Aura Rigidity)]

[Healing: Being adapted to the training will grant one excellent control over increased healing, poison expulsion and also fatigue control. Even if one misses a day of training]

[Heart]

[The second most important to aura users. It pumped the blood that circulates the whole body. Two years of successful uninterrupted training that involves the muscles and also listening to the heart beating will nurture the heart to have the ability to crush aura.

One will have their heart as a non-vital organ because it will be stronger than most organs. In rare cases, it will evolve to the point it becomes something called, (Ore Crushing Heart). It now can crush any good or bad elements as long as it's in the blood to an essence that the body will absorb and elevate.

Poisons, Venoms, Curses, External Auras, Other energies, and Food remnants will all be crushed into a useful essence for the body to absorb. It's now another prominent digestive organ.

At this stage one has had his first step to Aura Ascension to something unique and profound]

[Bones and Skeletal frame]

[Bones are what give humans shape, protect against damage and produce blood among other things. The moment the heart begins to crush aura, then bones are the first to be nurtured. And when the nurturing reaches a certain stage, the blood the bone marrow produces will improve continuously.

At (the Heart Crushing Aura Skill) stage, the bones are not just resilient but their aura will split out and create a coating around the skin like an invisible exoskeleton that reduces impact to the body.

In rare cases, at the (Ore Crushing Heart) stage, one can manipulate the coating, harvest it and then condense it to achieve an exoskeleton frame.]

[Brain Matter]

[The second that will be influenced by Aura Crushing was the Brain Matter, it's not a matter of nurturing but a matter of increasing processing capacity. The more one trains, the more aware of their body and that awareness is branding mental energy to the body.

Constantly the blood will carry mental energy around the body making one more attuned and connected to his body and one sensitivity will increase.

At (the Heart Crushing Aura Skill) stage, the nurtured aura will serve as a superconductor that connects the whole body better than before and that will make the user actively remove the body limit that the brain put in place and perform extraordinary feats, they can consciously improve their healing factor, and know if there were foreign elements in their body.

In some cases, one will develop danger premonition, sixth sense and heightened senses.

At (Ore Crushing Heart) stage, the user will certainly develop a Heightened sense, danger premonition, and sixth sense and if they already have those, they will improve tenfold.

With the heart and the essence being produced the brain will continue to have connections to the point they can sense every part of the body with clarity and that means Mental energy will fill the body and can control and influence almost every aspect of the physical body. With time, in time, as long as one continues to train, they will begin to see the spirit of their body.

With those, possibilities opened depend on individuals.

[Skin, Hair and Nail]

[These organs are the external part of humans, they are also partially dead in their sense but responsive and active for the most part. The more the muscles developed the smoother and better they became and due to the gradual improvement, one will look young, and clean all the time.

At (Ore Crushing Heart) the skin was coated with bone aura. That aura is different from the one inside, it will be active but not suitable for the body to take it back. This will lead to the skin being nurtured and becoming more active than dead as it was no longer the external part directly.

This enabled it to undergo some changes such as discolouration, thinning, and peeling off but, that was a process of evolution.

The end result will be very sensitive, easy to harden, easy to heal, and resist foreign aura and other energies. And one can manipulate the Bone Aura to a certain extent.

In rare cases, one can harden the skin so hard using a bone aura and achieve an exoskeleton where new soft skin will develop.]

[Other Organs]

[The rest of the organs aren't as important as mentioned when it comes to aura training but they shall not be neglected. One should refrain from incurring danger to any of the organs that will stop their normal function, one needs a functioning body for the user to reach Ascension]

Seth became free to read through again in understanding. The idea that aura makes one stronger is true even in this game but one needs to train for that. Training that has conditions of starting training with no stop till they reach a stage.

For maximum effect was to train for four years non-stop. That will be hard to achieve because many things will interrupt a person.

"I have overwhelming Mental Energy flowing in my body and that is the sole reason I'm super weak. Perhaps it wasn't about connecting the body and the brain more but rather making the body conditioned for mental energy." Seth concluded.

That was the two strong illusory boulders encasing his soft heart. They opened and slammed which produced the 'Gam' sound and then the boulders rotated which sounded 'Guru' then they split and repeated that producing his iconic heartbeat Guru Gam, Guru Gam.

Seth listened to it and not once but many times did he perceive it as if the stone heart was grinding something. As if grains were grinding under the stones. However, as if his heart was too weak to grind whatever it was.

"I'm sure if I train effectively I will improve more than now. Hey, Grade 4 Human has Aura as their developed Attribute" Seth remembered.

He immediately shifted to Grade 4 and consciousness turned off the other Grade Attributes and focused on Aura.

Pop!

Aura exploded from his body and Seth felt himself flooded with his pale energy. "Aura Control, Aura Manipulation!" Seth shouted to take control of himself but even with that adding to Grade 4 potential advantage which was 400%, he was only able to perceive it not control it.

He pushed his Grade Advantage to 5 and count down to 1 minute began but even with that, he only stabilized.

"Damn! I'm gonna die!"

He quickly returned to normal after he became Grade 5 and not focusing on Grade 4 Aura Attribute. Seth floated there in his pale liquid aura. He raised his hand and was about to take control of it when Aura Tome sucked it all like a sinkhole.

The book seems happy for the meal and it decides to review his skills again.

Seth crawled out with wobbly legs, his eyes were bloodshed, and even the veins on his head were pulsing. He pushed his grade down to zero to escape the torture but it only lessened with no [High Intelligence] Grade 5 attribute. He returned to normal and looked at the sun above.

It has been three days since he trapped himself in the house, leaving only 1 hour of rest and food, then checked the baby. What he did the rest of the hours was copy the first painting.

Using two hands, with available papers and ink, he utilized Vela Aspects to the best of his capabilities, his Mansion 100% bonus helped with a 500% Grade advantage and also Hourglass Seed that he employed that can influence the flow of things. Seth achieved the impossible by finishing 3 more First Painting Quests in just three days.

But now his mind was so clouded in the painting that he was failing to have coherent thoughts. Seth ran and wore his attire before he bolted out.

The truth was he was not the one that stopped copying but rather the papers sent his way stopped coming and that was what gave him a respite to stop his mad obsession. It was like he was drugged.

Seth wandered the dried land destroying the pitiful Abhorrent monsters that came his way. It was after he spent a full 12 hours that he came back to his senses.

"Damn it! It's like I'm on the cusp of gaining a secret that kept slipping if my hand and I kept pushing forward to seek it, "Seth surmised before he walked back home.

He threw the cleansed exp orbs where the oval moons were and they split and made Oval Moon X +5. Due to the terrible danger he foresaw he decides to make a charm that will allow them to escape. This was him being generous as a noble. He knew it was not about one person escaping but everyone at full power to succeed.

Seth then sat at his workshop table and looked at his various Aura Items. That one hour was also used to improve his aura understanding which he does due to Aura Tome Skill Review.

The only thing that can contain Aura is pure clean water, even without control one can trap aura inside without seeping away and also protect it from the external aura. In a way, fishes were the least animals to be contaminated by external aura.

"I need to speak with Raindrop. They seem interested in Temra Scales!" Seth said before he called his Womb and projected himself inside to talk with the fire dragon.

"Hello, Amazing Dragon Temra," Seth said with a smile as he watched the dragon in a coiled position ignoring him. Not for long as she looked up and said,

~Seth the human with Dragon Womb~

"That's me. It was now that I realized the secrets of this womb. It instills in me a desire not to turn you into newborns but it also nurtures you by the day. You are now far stronger than before!"

~While you stole our aura every 2 hours for no reason~

"I believe I'm helping you. By making the womb take the aura, you will be exhausted but also when you recover you develop more. I'm an aura master. I know how that works. Just like training muscles, the more you tire them the better they become!" Seth explained.

He appeared seated on nothing with one leg on another.

~We didn't ask to be here, human, one day we will feed on you~

"That is a possibility and the untold truth was that I was very delicious." Seth teased.

She retorted, and Seth had to agree.

"I realized I can't invoke your Aspecto properly. I  like to use them like I use Drumming Scale"

"We are friends, so I can only grumble all day long and then just ignore it!" Seth said but the truth was he can command the womb to make the dragon nurture it for him but his [High Intelligence] told him they will have a deficiency.

The dragon ignored him before she went back to sleep. It's an agreement. In fact, her scales became loose and new ones started to develop.

She shaved them all, 1201 scales, each glowing with the power to explode a house. Among them were 10 that developed to almost the level he wanted them. They were the ones that developed into a diamond structure on top and a fire inside.

Seth controlled them and stored them safely before he made boxes and set a small trial. That was his bet for the Raindrop Team.

Seth then went to the womb again and met with Vera this time. She glared at him but he said, "Your Aspecto is very great and has outstanding potential. It's just that I can't seem to grasp something elusive about it.

~You will forever be lost and never grasped it~

"That is a bad wish for your friend. Come on Vera, we are together. Anyway, I'm here to praise you and I did "

Seth pulled out and then went to meet with Vela.

"Acceleration and Momentum. The more I build momentum the more I accelerate. My body can't handle the movements even though I was encased into some sort of bubble." Seth said but the dragon just stared at him.

"Are you not going to say anything?" Seth asked. She was silent. But then he just began explaining to her what he has been doing with her Aspecto.

"What I'm fascinated by is that I see all the possible trajectories I need to take, and while performing the task it was just like tracing everything easy. Like I'm asked to draw a circle but the circle was already there and I'm just tracing it! It's amazing. Your ability, if left to develop, you will be one of the strongest dragons!" Seth said with genuine awe.

"In my opinion, you should have more advantage in battle than you have shown but then I realized that you are like me, you have a Weak body and your attacks are weaker than the others. However, you have something that you should be using as advanced and that is momentum. Imagine running very fast and then passing by your enemy with a stretched sharp claw, they won't know what killed them"

~Dragon Pressure~

"Ah, I understand now." Seth nodded, Vela was weak because she has a weak body, weak attack power and weak pressure. Even if she ambushes an enemy they can just blast her with their pressure.

"I don't suppose you will use external Weapons?" Seth asked and the dragon shook her eyes.

"But you can turn your speed into projectiles"

The dragon shook her head in annoyance.

"Okay, I would like to ask if you could nurture scales please to the best of your ability. I can pay. And I can activate your aura."

The dragon did what Temra did and Seth came out with a smile. He pulled her scale all and then commanded the womb to truly nurture them.
