First of all thanks for even tuning in on this "project" and now I shall tell what this is all about

As you all noticed this is a fanfiction and this is actually my first "project" so you guys are dealing with an absolute newbie over here.

I am basically writing this note for the start of the series to inform you guys of what you are getting into.

I have watched Naruto a lot but that was a long time ago yet it was very memorable so when I decided to polish up my writing skills I decided what better anime to start with than the one which filled my childhood with such joy.

Now this Fanfic is based on, you guessed it Sakura Haruno, while I like Naruto and Sasuke more I saw that it was Sakura who has so many blanks as a protagonist that I can take advantage of to write this fic. Essentially this time I wish for to fulfill her role as a Female lead/MC on a more substantial level.

Of course this is GL(Girls Love )story so you are already aware that she ain't ending up with Sasuke or Naruto, the love interest will be rather apparent from the get go.

Now this is what I really want to get into:-

To avoid Shippuden's "screwups" I will scaling down major conflicts in the story, the goal is to make the Ninja element more prominent and address the problem of "Nuclear level Ninja" in Shippuden, we know that Boruto did this by essentially the same thing I am doing, scaling down which in their case.....didn't go over so well. This is a problem that can only be addressed with a drastic rewrite of the story which ,of course, isn't possible for Kishimoto-san.

I will be nerfing the below elements for smoother story play as of now(not an exhaustive list of nerfs btw):

1)Susanno- I will be deleting the flying and standing mech level of Susanno, it made no sense to have a full body Susanno(chakra mech made by dojutsu are rather shit for story purposes) the Half Body Armoured Susanno will be the final phase of it.

2).Unlimited Chakra: Everybody is spamming jutsu with the devastation of nukes, I would leave that for ten tails only with Kurama trailing behind quite a bit with chakra output with tailed beast bombs

3)Edo Tensei: Need I say it ? The fact it has no drawbacks is bullshit, Kabuto failed in the story because he gave too much free rein to puppets and had no knowledge of Madara knowing of the signs(embarassing). I would like to impose a limit on Edo Tensei  drawbacks. Additionally some curse side effects as well would be nice.

4.Six Paths Sage Mode: The healing capability of this mode is absolutely bonkers, it invalidates all healers of the universe, would remove this entirely. Along with the nerf that upon the usage of Yin and yang seals being used up in the sealing they disappear

5.Izanagi and Izanami: Izanagi can be balanced since it sacrifices a eye each time but I would like to introduce another drawback for it.

6).Speed: Apparently some feat are faster than light, yeah I am gonna just remove those.

7). Jutsu spam : This is not the grand wizard battles so yeah I am gonna tone down that.

Please remember these may change down the line.

I do not wish to insult the original works, I just wish to make a small fan made derivative work of a legendary anime which influenced my childhood.

P.S-The first chapter may feel like a info dump but it gives a basic feel for what this work will be like.
