The Core's Origin

I really didn't want to have to do this, as for the second week in a row, I've failed to finish the chapter in progress.

All I can say is that it has been started, but between visiting family and some bad work complications, my brain has been fried and stressed and I simply have not had enough time to focus on this.

Unfortunately, real life comes first, and while I don't regret the family complications of the last weeks, work is an unhappy reality of life for most of us.

Also, it seems that there is a minimum word limit, which means I need to keep on going.

Since that's the case, could I ask some of you for some help? Tell me about the characters you like, as well as the ones you don't like, with a few reasons why. I'll be honest, there are characters I don't like who are easy to write, and there are characters I like who are difficult to write. Knowing if my tastes and feelings come through unintentionally would be really nice to know.

As soon as I finish the chapter this week, I will release it, regardless of the day or time.

Really sorry for this, and please know that there are no plans for a hiatus, just real life complications delaying me much more than I would like.
