Jang left the healer's office feeling both more and less panicked compared to how he had entered it. On the one hand, it had been slightly reassuring to find that the healer didn't find anything wrong with his body. On the other, he still had no idea what had happened during the latter half of his mission. It wasn't like he could just go and openly admit to the healer that he was suffering from memory loss, as it was usually considered that such a cultivator had most probably fallen prey to a demonic technique. The best he could hope for at that point would be a cell in the sect's prison. He didn't even wanna think about what could be the worst outcome.
Realizing that there was nothing that he could do at present, Jang dended to take the healer's advice and headed back to his rooms. The blue dot at the corner of his vision was somehow annoying him more and more. By the time he had gotten back to the room, it had started flashing, almost as if trying to call his attention to it while he had been trying to ignore it. Jang sat down on his bed and closed his eyes, trying to ignore it. But, even with his eyes closed, it seemed to flash more urgently and seemed to get bigger.
finally, tired and fed up, Jang dedicated his entire attention to the flashing blue dot, regretting it almost as soon as he did so. For no sooner than he had focused on the dot, a message seemed to materialise infront of his eyes.

Feeling too stunned to speak, Jang simply stared at the message. The words making absolutely no sense in his head, despite the fact that he understood every word in the message. Finally, after a few moments, Jang managed to croak out

Jang didn't know wheather to laugh or cry when the messages started appearing . He thought it had to have been some sort of joke that someone was playing on him. It must have been, considering the message was making him out to be some sort of sexual deviant, which he definitely was not. However, when he read the last part of the message, Jang's disbelief and denial turned to alarm.
Jang rushed out his rooms and went directly to the outer sect's cultivation hall. He used some of the sect tokens that he had obtained on his last cursed mission to buy himself some time in the hall.
An hour later, Jang was seen walking out of the hall with an absolutely dejected expression on his face, even though Jang hadn't managed to advance a single layer in the vapour ai stage in the last decade, he had been able to enforce some Qi into his dantian, however minute it may have been. The past hour had proved something, he couldn't cultivate or advance anymore. At least not the way he had done all these years.
