The Knight of Fairy Tail

(What Alice is wearing since her armor is destroyed is wrappings around her chest and tattered dress with leggings. And there's her blue cape.)

Alice and Natsu stand across from Jellal.

Natsu:"Now I'm all fired up, even more than I've ever been before."

Alice's right hand glows gold and after a few seconds a sword appears in her hand.

Jellal:"I'm not going to let you two get in my way. This'll be the end if you, I've dreamed of this day, and I won't let you a fool like you both spoil it for me."

Alice chuckles.

Natsu:"Sorry, pal, but I'm a pretty tough guy."

Alice:"If you think you can take us, then come and get us."

Jellal launches a spell at the both of them and Natsu runs and avoids them while Alice swings her sword and deflects the attacks.

Natsu:"Too slow, huh?"

Natsu jumps at Jellal.

Natsu:"I got you now."

Jellal blasts Natsu away and Alice jumps past Natsu and she swings her sword down. Jellal steps to the side and Alice hits the ground and it cracks the ground. 

Alice pulls her sword up and swings a few more times at Jellal. Alice's hand glows gold and an ice bird flies from her hand and it hits Jellal in the face.

Jellal yells in agner and he punches Alice away and he launches a big beam at Alice and she puts her sword up and blocks it, but it pushes her back. Alice struggles to keep pushing blocking the attack as it pushes her back.

Erza:"Alice!"

Alice yells and she slices the attack in half and she regroups with Natsu and they both start to run at Jellal.

Alice:"HA! Ha! You're so worried about wrecking your precious tower, you're not gonna fight us full-on?"

Natsu:"'Cause I get the feeling you're holding back."

Alice/Natsu:"And that ain't gonna work against us."

Jellal:"I'd watch my mouth if I were you."

Jella sends a two blasts at them and Alice ducks under hers, but Natsu gets hit and he flies back.

natsu:"Fire Dragon Brilliant flame!"

Natsu attacks the ground bellow him with his attack. Jellal's eyes widen.

Alice:"Don't forget me!"

Jellal turns to his side and he gets punched in the face by Alice. Jellal stumbles back and Alice smiles and she grabs her sword and slashes at him, but he jumps out of the way and Alice puts more power into her attack and it breaks the Lacrima floor.

Erza:"Their both aiming for the tower."

Alice jumps back to Natsu and they both Smugly smile at Jellal.

Jellal:"Now I'm angry. I didn't spend years building this tower just to have some punks tear it down. I won't let you."

Natsu and Alice both laugh. Alice stabs her sword into the ground and uses it for support to stand up.

Natsu:"Tough break, pal, but you can't say I didn't warn you. I told you destroying stuff is one of my specialties."

Alice:"I don't like breaking stuff, but I'll make an exception this time."

She takes a few deep breaths and her body trembles. 

Jellal:"I'll make you pay!"

Jellal holds up his arms and a magic circle appears then it disappears and a big shock wave blows through the area; almost making Alice fall over.

Alice:"What the hell?"

Natsu:"Whoa, something weird's going on with his magic. It's making me feel sick."

Jellal:"And Now I'll plunge you into infinite darkness, Dragon Slayer. Fairy Knight."

Erza:"Don't do it!"

Erza jumps in front of Natsu and Alice and holds her arms out. Jellal stops casting the spell.

Erza:"Unless you want to kill me, too."

Jellal and Erza stare at each other.

Erza:"You don't want to lose your sacrifice to Zeref, do you?"

Jellal:"That would be a problem.  The ceremony requires the body of a wizard comparable in strength to one of the Ten Wizard Saints. However, I can find a suitable replacement. You're not the only one who fits that bill, I could use Alice, but she'll be dead.

Erza's eyes widen.

Jellal:"I'll worry about that after I kill the three of you."

Jellal resumes casting his spell.

Natsu:"Watch out!"

Alice:"What are you doing?"

Erza:"It's my fault that you're both involved in this mess. The least I can do is protect you."

Alice/Natsu:"Get out of the way!"

Jellal:"Heavenly body magic, Altairis!"

Jellal launches a big black ball of magic at Erza.

Natsu/Alice:"Erza!"

At the last second Simon gets in front of Erza and he gets hit with the spell and the spell explodes. Smoke covers the area and after a few seconds it starts to clear and they see Simon.

Natsu:"It's you."

Erza:"Why, simon?"

Simon grunts.

Simon:"To save you."

Simon falls backwards and lands on the ground with a thud.

Erza:"Simon!"

Erza runs over to him and kneels down to him.

Jellal:"I had no idea you were still crawling around the tower, you despicable pest."

Erza:"What the hell were you thinking? Why didn't you escape with the others? Talk to me!"

Simon raggedly breathes.

Simon:"Please don't cry. It's okay. I'm happy. To give my.... life for you."

Simon coughs.

Erza:"Save your energy. Don't talk anymore. Just try to stay with me."

Simon:"You were the only person who made me smile."

Erza:"Don't die on me. Simon... Simon!"

Simon closes his eyes and he smile. He stops breathing and falls limp - Simon has passed away. Erza starts to cry.

Natsu and Alice's eyes are wide and pupils are small.

Erza:"NO!"

Erza sobs and then Jellal starts to laugh.

Jellal:"What a perfectly foolish thing to do. He tried to play the valiant hero, but his death won't change a thing. Simon gave his own his own life to save yours, but he should have know I'm not letting any of you leave this tower alive."

Alice grabs Natsu's hand and she throws him at Jellal. 

Natsu:"Shut up!"

Natsu punches Jella in the face and he's sent flying and crashes into some crystals.

Jellal gets up and he sees Natsu eating some lacrima crystals and Alice holding a few lacrima.

Alice:"World call: Transfer magical energy, right and left to self."

The magical energy from the lacrimas seep into Alice. Alice grunts as blue markings appear around her body. Two blue arrow shape markings, pointing down, appear below her eyes.

Natsu roars and Alice yells and they start to consume more magical energy.

Both Alice and Natsu slam their fists into the ground and the force travels through the ground and towards Jellal. He jumps away from the attack.

Natsu pukes up some magical spit and he grabs his throat in pain. Alice grits her teeth and grunts and shakes in pain. The blood that's dripping from her wounds now is slightly blue.

Erza:"How could you be so stupid? Ether-Nano is made out of all types of elemental magic. It'll poison you."

Natsu screams in pain and Alice coughs a few times and falls to her knees.

Jellal:"What idiots. Did they really think they'd be able to power up by consuming elements other than his own and she taking in so much pure magic. It'll certainly make my job easier if they kill themselves.

Natsu screams and he catches on fire. Alice slams her hands into the ground and she starts to soak up more magical energy from the ground.

Natsu and roars and Alice yells as more blue markings appear around her body. Natsu and Alice both look up and glare at Jellal. Alice's blue eyes are glowing.

Natsu propels himself forward and Alice holds out her hand and it glows a bright blue and a bright blue magical energy sword appears in her hand; the sword looks similar to Fragrant Olive.

Natsu kicks Jellal in the face and Alice rushes forward.

Natsu/Alice:"You made Erza cry."

Alice downward Slashes Jellal into the ground breaking the floor below them. Both Natsu and Alice grab Jellal and keeps pushing him through more floors.

Natsu:"And I'm not gonna let you get away with that."

Jellal screams.

Alice:"I made a promise and I'm not gonna break it. Hurt her again and I'll kill you!"

Jellal:"Your threats don't scare me."

Jellal casts a magic spell.

Jellal:"Meteor!"

Jellal flies back up to the the top floor.

Natsu and Alice scream as they fall and they use the falling Lacrima to get back up.

Jellal:"You'll never be able to catch me at this rate of speed."

Alice grabs Natsu's arm and she twists around and throws him up at Jellal. Alice then bends her knees and she glows blue for a second and she launches herself up towards Jellal.

Natsu reaches Jellal and he punches him in the stomach. They burst through the floor and reach the very top of the tower. 

Jellal:"I won't lose. Not to you."

Jellal kicks Natsu into a crystal and Alice makes it to them.

Jellal:"I'm destined to create a land of freedom."

Both Alice and Natsu glare at Jellal.

Jellal:"I know because in my darkest hour, I could hear Lord Zeref calling out to me. He told me he could make all my dreams come true, and I believe him. There's a reason I'm the only human who can sense Zeref's presence. It's because I am the chosen one. Once he's been resurrected, we'll work together to create a land that's truly free."

Alice:"You're gonna do that by taking away the rights of everyone else in the world?"

Jellal sends magic beams down toward them. Natsu runs to avoid them and Alice just deflects them.

Jellal:"If that's what has to be done in order to change this world into a better place, then so be it."

Natsu jumps up and lands on a crystal.

Jellal:"I couldn't care less what happens to feeble minded fools like you."

Then Jellal casts a massive Magic circle.

Erza:"He's casting the abyss break. But why? You'll destroy the tower so many died to create."

Jellal:"This tower means nothing. You see, now that I've done it, I could build another in half the time. Lord Zeref, your hour is near."

Alice growls and her feet glow blue and she jumps up causing a large shock wave and she yells and slices at Jellal.

Jellal's eyes widen as Alice's attack his him and he starts to fall from the sky. Natsu propels himself at Jellal by shooting fire from his feet.

Natsu:"You'll never know what it means to be free. Not as long as you're possessed by that spirit."

Natsu cathces himself on fire and the fire looks like a dragon.

Natsu:"Why are you letting him manipulate you? You can do it, Jellal. Free yourself!"

Natsu punches Jellal , in the face, into the tower and the tower. Parts of the tower explode. 

Alice and Natsu land on the ground not to face from Jellal. He's down for the count.

The wind blows and Alice's cape flows in the wind and her she releases a big breath and her blue magic energy sword disappears. 

Natsu turns to Alice and they both fist bump. Then they look to Erza and Laugh.

Natsu falls to his knees and Alice starts to wobble.

Erza:"Natsu! Alice!"

Erza runs over to them and Alice starts to fall over, but Erza catches her and Natsu. Natsu and Alice are both passed out. The blue markings around Alice start to disappear. The markings under her eyes are the last to go.

Erza:"I knew you'd find your inner strength. You're both amazing."

The tower start to ruble and Erza gasps. Erza puts Alice and Natsu's arms around her shoulders. Erza looks back to Simon's body.

Erza:"Goodbye."

Erza puts Natsu on her back and she carries Alice in her arms. Erza starts to run as the tower begins to collapse and fall apart and explode. 

An explosion goes off next to Erza and she falls to the ground, dropping Alice and Natsu.

Erza looks around and then she punches the ground.

Erza:"No, it's over."

Erza looks over to the knocked out Alice and Natsu.

Erza stands up.

Erza:'What am I saying? I can't give up. Natsu, Alice. Now it's my turn to save you.'

Another explosion goes off and Erza protects her face from the debris.

Erza:'But if there's no way to contain the blast or escape it, then what am I going to do?'

She gasps.

Jellal:*Memory.* "The magic energy held within this Lacrima must now be fused with the body of my sacrifice. Once that happens, your flesh will begin to break down and reconstruct itself into Zeref's body."

Erza:'That's it. If I fuse my body with the magic energy inside the lacrima, I might be able to control it and keep it from exploding.'

Erza goes over to a more gel like lacrima.

Erza:'It's a risk I'll have to take.'

Erza pushes her arm into the lacrima and it starts to suck her in.

Erza:"Oh! Good. I was worried that it might reject me."

 

 

 

Natsu and Alice wake up and they prop themselves up off the floor; They see Erza.

Alice/Natsu:"Erza."

Erza gasps and she looks back to them.

Erza:"Natsu. Alice."

Natsu:"Hey, what are you doing? I don't get it."

Alice:"Are you trying to go back inside that thing?"

Erza:"I don't have a choice. It's the only way I'll ever be able to stop it."

Natsu:"What are you talking about? Stop what?"

The tower rumbles.

Erza:"Now you see. It's the Ether-Nano. If it continues to gain power, the lacrima won't be able to contain it and the whole place will explode. But if I fuse my body with the magic energy, I can prevent that from happening."

Alice:"I'm not gonna let you do that. There's gotta be another way to stop it."

Erza screams in pain as the Lacrima pulls more of her in.

Alice/Natsu:"Erza!"

They both try to get up and run to her, but they fall to the floor.

Erza:"I promise I'll stop it. There's no need to worry. I'm determined to save all of you."

Natsu:"No!"

Erza screams in pain again.

Alice and Natsu struggle to get up and run to ehr.

Alice:"Don't do it."

They crawl their way over towards her.

Erza:"I have to."

Erza puts a hand on both their cheeks. 

Erza:"I can't even imagine what my life would've been like with otu Fairy Tail. If it weren't for you two and the others, I probably wouldn't be here today. I hope you know how important you all are to me. I care for you so much."

A tear falls from Alice's eye and she sniffs. Alice's face turns to a sad one.

Alice:"Erza."

Erza smiles at them and she removes her hands from their cheeks. 

Erza:"That's why I'm willing to make the ultimate sacrifice. If it means my loved ones will be spared, I'll gladly give my life--"

Erza is fully pulled into the lacrima.

Alice:"Erza! Erza!"

Alice and Natsu start to beat on the lacrima.

Natsu:"No way! Come out of there right now."

Tears start to pour from Alice's eyes.

Alice:"Erza! Please, come back!"

Natsu:"You can't leave us. No!"

Alice:"Please! I made a promise."

Alice looks up to the sky.

Alice:"Erza!"

The tower starts to shoot it's magic energy into the sky. Then after a few seconds the tower collapse.

Child Erza and Child Alice are sparring with swords.

Alice:"I'm gonna be the strongest in the guild and you're not gonna stop me!"

Alice swings her sword and Erza blocks it.

Erza:"Well, I'm not stopping you."

Alice growls and slashes at Erza again.

Alice:"I just need to prove to the others that I'm strong."

Alice yells and she charges at Erza.

They battle throughout the whole day and into the late evening. 

Alice and Erza are both laying on the ground panting. The sun is setting.

Alice:"Man, you're strong."

Erza takes a few breathes.

Erza:"So are you."

Alice takes a few breaths and chuckles. Then she grunts and rolls over and looks at Erza.

Alice:"I haven't had someone to spar with, that can actually keep up, in a while. So... What do you say that we become sparring partners."

Erza looks over to Alice and after a few seconds she nods.

Alice:"Yes!"

Alice shakily gets up and she walks over to Erza and offers her hand to her.

Alice:"We're gonna be best friends. Actually I think we'll be more of sister."

Erza grabs Alice's hand and Alice helps her up.

Erza:"Sure, sisters."

Alice laughs.

Alice:"We'll always have each other backs."

Alice holds up her pinky finger.

Alice:"Pinky promise to always protect each other."

Erza raises an eyebrow and Alice blushes.

Alice:"Just promise!"

Erza the holds up her pinky finger and they wrapped their pinky together.

Erza:"inky promise to always protect each other."

Alice smiles brightly. 

Alice:"Now let's go get something to eat."

Alice turns around and takes a few steps before she falls to the ground.

Alice:"Actually, I think I'm just gonna take a nap her."

Erza sighs and she sits back down and looks off to the sunset.

Erza:'I'm gonna protect my sister this time.'
