But then Lever got up and spoke.

A single brick sank in, creating a hole.

A hole just big enough for a child to fit through.

“I hope you find something inside.”

Lever waved at me as I was about to enter the hole.

A space where I couldn’t see a thing.

Frowning, I moved forward.

And just as my patience was wearing thin.
