The Red Rose and The Black Rose

Chapter 63: Chapter 43

With her majestic presence, the apocalyptic-level monstrous being, capable of destroying nations in less than a day with her explosive power, Dont-Say-My-Name, no, the Komodo Demon, the Demon Empress, walked elegantly through the beautiful streets of the Fairy Village.

Unlike usual, Dont was not dressed in her usual outfit. Instead, she had a mid-level outfit that, while not optimized, was very pretty~

Formed of a small black waist-length vest, open, showing the dark shirt that showed some of the wide chest, as well as long black flared pants that reached dark latex high-heeled boots, the outfit perfectly hugged her curves, possessing a long red cape that fell down a cloth collar from which hung a silver artifact with a bloody jewel.

Dont's delicate nails were painted black, and her beautiful face sported dark lipstick, with her hairstyle having changed from straight to a more wavy one, while a pair of earrings made of snake eyes adorned her already majestic appearance.

Behind her, Haagenti, the cheerful maid with noticeably demonic features, walked cheerfully and uprightly to the Demon Queen, following her steps from a respectful distance, and ready to serve her at any time.

On Dont's sides, there were 2 Demon Queen Guards, the strongest summons Dont could summon.

With armor of pure white mixed with bloody and violent red, as well as tattered red capes, and helmets with 6 eye slits, from which flashing reddish lights shone, with horns and claws, the two Demon Queen Guards were equipped differently. The one on the left possessed a long halberd of the same material as her armor, and with bright red-hot patterns on its edge, and the other, had a spear with the same similarity.

And of course, along Dont's path, there were the Fairies, the civilian inhabitants of Titania. They were basically in a festival, celebrating Dont's passage as if she was the main attraction of a carnival.

From singing, dancing, praying, flattery, shouting and so on, the Fairies literally worshipped Dont as a Goddess and more. The same was evidently true of Black Abyss. These two were the Supreme Ladies of Titania. The absolute Goddesses.

And well, so much praise made Dont and her pride smile in delight.

But without exactly having time to enjoy how they worshipped her, Dont continued walking at the same speed, both calm and fast.

She looked up at the sky, seeing the sun high in the midday sun.

After the Workers' invasion of Titania, Dont had become very paranoid, and proposed covering Titania with a false mountain shell.

It was Black Abyss who stopped the project, and instead, they kept everything as it was, but tightened security and information gathering.

Last time, Dont had a small panic attack and recalled the entities roaming around Tob Forest that could easily take down the Workers, and well, that didn't end well for the Shoooter's mood.

Therefore, they would be harsher towards any invaders.

Changing the subject in her thoughts, Dont recalled some of the things that were happening during all this time after… Well, the appearance of Jaldabaoth, who destroyed all of Re-Estize, literally to ashes. Strangely respecting the political, and theoretical, borders of the kingdom, as no other kingdom had been a victim of its fire and Demons…

First of all, the discovery that her beloved Angel was making dove-like sounds while sleeping~ It was a low sound, like a small 'Coo~', that even Dont would have a hard time hearing unless he concentrated, but she managed to hear it easily thanks to the fact that she was tightly hugged to her dove while she slept~ So cute~

Going to another important topic, after the Kingdom thing, well, there were many plans to reorganize. Many refugees that were taken, who survived the Re-Estize catastrophe because they had been outside the country due to the emigration that was caused when the Re-Estize war against Deorum Regnum was announced or for other reasons. The people of Re-Estize themselves knew that it was a lost battle the moment Titania was announced as part of Deorum Regnum, and they preferred to escape there, literally saving themselves from hell thanks to it.

All this together with the Golden Princess, who fortunately was 'kidnapped' from Ro-Lente Castle before the 'clash' between Black Abyss and Gazef Stronoff began, as the former King of Re-Estize, Renner's dog, and the blue-haired boy who caused so many problems for Dont at the time.

That was the beginning, of course. Then came the more serious negotiations with the Argland Council, and then those envoys from the Holy Kingdom talking about the Demonic army.

Fortunately, that issue was already resolved after months of a 'liberation campaign' led by 'Titania and Nyx'. Which ended in the 'retreat' of the Demons from the Holy Kingdom to what was once Re-Estize.

Additionally, for most of that time, Black Abyss was without her World Class Item. Why? Well, the silly girl lost the Easter Egg under the bed, and there was a huge mess with the maids due to misunderstandings, assumptions, and so on. But well, in the end, everything was resolved, and Black Abyss now had her egg back.

Dont pushed the memories away, although she didn't remove the image of her beautiful wife from her mind~

Finally arriving at the meeting point, where there were several of her summons that she had to take with her, as well as Bachelory and her main and personal bodyguard, who unlike the others, was not a Summon, but an NPC, Macuin Thunder.

Clad in grey samurai armor with red details, with long hair made of pure soft darkness, and a sheathed sword, as well as about 2 meters tall and a fierce draconic face with dark scales, white eyes with red makeup to emphasize his ferocity, Macuin Thunder was a powerful level 80 NPC that they didn't really deploy much, which, well, in this situation, could be solved.

{Macuin Thunder PNG}

While there were many NPCs, some were not strong enough to be deployed on missions, or had functionalities in Titania that made them indispensable to the Palace.

However, Macuin was precisely an NPC made to be a bodyguard, according to his lore, of course, being that he guarded the rooms of the guild members, something very wasted in truth. Additionally, he was level 80, which made him a being of brutal power for this world.

Still, taking into account his personality… Possibly it was better not to go out much with him to such unknown places that have population. Because being a kind of samurai, added to the excessive adoration of each NPC, he could surely execute someone for even looking at Dont in a way beyond the proper 200 meters from her… Or for not seeing the Supremes as Goddesses in life, or both, and many other things. He was a somewhat overprotective bodyguard.

And well, behind the group, there was Kronos, the giant husky Cerberus that got on Dont's nerves. Not because of anything against Kronos herself, but because the Demon Queen had a severe phobia of dogs. There was no problem with wolves strangely, and the fact that Kronos is a Cerberus helped Dont not turn around and run to her room.

However, thanks to Black Abyss, and well, the Demon Queen inside Dont, the unsettling fear that Kronos gave her, at least, was controllable now.

So, without showing any sign of nervousness, she walked until she stopped in front of the group, which, it should be mentioned, was kneeling towards her.

"I'm glad you're here, Bachelory~" Dont greeted beautifully.

"Of course, my Queen. I'll always be where you need me." The Doppelgänger said with pure loyalty.

"I'm glad~" The Shooter smiled, then looked to the side, seeing her now bodyguard. "Macuin~ It's a pleasure to see you again~ Sorry we haven't asked for your services before… Indeed, it was our mistake-"

Macuin didn't wait long and bowed even deeper towards Dont.

"You should not apologize, nor should you exclaim the word 'mistake' after referring to yourself, for such a thing is not possible. I understand my roles, and if I have not been requested before, it was because it was not necessary. Still, it is my greatest honor that you have decided to confer upon me the mission of protecting Mr. Bachelory, as well as you, my Queen." With a strong, but also rigid and noble tone, the honorable NPC based on the samurai of Ancient Japan exclaimed, without moving an inch from his posture.

Dont, still somewhat shocked by the strength of Macuin's tone, only smiled.

"I see~ It's a relief then~ I have full faith in your abilities, Macuin~ I know you'll do perfectly~" Dont said with pure honesty. She wouldn't expect anything less from one of Titania's prized NPCs.

"That's right, my Queen. For the only thing a creation of the 34 Greats could do, is 'perfection' in the name of its creators, and that I shall do." He said as he placed a fist on his chest and bowed again to Dont.

"Haha~ Well said~" Titania's Queen hummed with a giggle. "Bachelory, get ready. In about… 2 minutes, Betelgeuse will open a [Gate] and we can leave~" She smiled at her creation.

"Of course, my Queen." The Doppelgänger bowed, and his body began to deform.

Gone were the fancy clothes and mask. And then came the terror that could easily be called a 'Husbando' with an 'I can fix him' theme from many.

With his entire chest exposed, a handsome, purple-skinned and quite muscular man showed himself. A cape made of gold edges and purple fabric, with a long, extended collar, making him look quite cool indeed, with purple gauntlets that extended into a black glove on one hand with golden claws, and ended at the wrist directly on the other hand, as well as a sort of skirt made of purple and gold metals, with a dark purple jewel around his waist, covering his legs with pants and having armored boots, appeared.

His face was what one would think of when imagining a 'bad boy', with square features and a small trimmed beard, sharp teeth and with a piercing in his tongue and in his elongated elf-like ears, and another in his eyebrow. And speaking of his eyebrows, they were very elongated until they stuck out from his face. His eyes were white, naturally emanating purple embers. And finally, long, well-kept purple hair.

{Ghost PNG}

She smiled at the sight, it brought back quite a few memories of when all this was a game, and all his friends from the Guild were still here.

After all, Bachelory hadn't taken the form of just any Demonic creature, not at all, this was one of the 34 Members of G.O.D.S, the 'funny' and 'edgy' one of the group, Ghøst.

Many called him a smoke-seller and a ghost taking advantage of his name, because he said things that in the end never ended up happening, or directly everything he said ended up coming out, somehow, the other way around.

For example, Dont still had her doubts, but perhaps Ghøst influenced that day...

"I'm telling you, Dont. It's one thing for the Serrano Ham to try to solo an Event Boss, but it's quite another for the Pigeon with Shield to do so… Therefore! Look at the coffin that I myself have commissioned to be created for the Seagull Paladin!" The Demon said, while on the ground, a soft coffin with an 'XD' emoji in the center. "Isn't it appropriate~? That's what you get for wanting to solo an Event Dragon on the last day for being Mr. Lazy and not being there the day before yesterday~" Ghøst exclaimed, posing with his hands, as if such a thing gave valid weight to his argument.

"Er… Sorry, but I still don't understand what a coffin has to do with Black Abyss against an Event Boss… He's not dead…" The Demon Queen scratched her head rhetorically, while showing an emoji of a face with a droplet falling down her temple.

"Fuhaha!" The Demon laughed, as his character flexed his muscles for some reason. "Foolish Demon Queen~ What are the chances of Black Abyss beating an Event Boss by himself!? 0.05%~! Even for Iberian Ham the chances are only 31.5%!" He said, striking a pose as he placed one foot on the coffin. "So when the Black Abyss Dove loses~! I'll make her respawn in here with my Super Magic! Then take it to the center of the map and throw it into the 'Idiot's Sea'~!" He explained his evil plan towards the only other Demon in the Guild, with one of his avatar's eyes glowing purple. "Isn't that a plan suitable for the White Rat~?"

Dont continued to silently stare at Ghøst, but ended up letting out a laugh.

"Haha~ Well that sounds pretty fun~ Alright~ I'm in~ I believe that thing has spells and stuff on it to keep it from coming out." She added, crossing her arms as she could already hear the idiot Black Abyss yelling 'What's going on!?' and stuff like that~ How fun~

"Muhahaha! Well, the Monochromatic Canary thinks no one can stop him~! But I used my best magic CC spells on this coffin~! Nothing living or dead could get out of this perfect prison~!" He laughed maniacally, throwing his hands up in the air.

"Umu~!" Dont joined Ghøst in his dramatic moment like two malevolent villains from some TV series, nodding terrifyingly as she activated her level 1 aura as a Demon Queen, and leaving an emoji with a '>:3' face.

"Mufufu~! Now there's only one thing left~!" He opened the guild panel, looking at all the connected members. Still, something happened… "Hm!? A [Gate]!?" Ghøst looked at the magical gate opening, seeing the giant creature in shining armor coming out of it.

"Huh!?" Dont gasped in surprise, looking like a villain at the hero who dramatically and surprisingly entered through a wall to stop evil, or something.

"This! 50% Acorn-fed Iberian Ham! Why is that creature with you!?" He pointed at the smaller one next to the Guild Leader.

"Huh? Black Abyss? Didn't you see the announcement?" The Giant asked with a raised eyebrow under the helmet of his World Champion armor, metaphorically of course.

"What!?" Ghøst opened the Guild text chat, going to the [System] section. "M-Masaka!"

{[System] (Guild): Player [Black Abyss•White Flower] has defeated the [Great Black Diamond Dragon] of [Rainbow Diamond Week (Day 8)]. She has obtained great rewards, and her Guild has gained experience.}

"Wah~ That was difficult indeed~" The Solar Paladin said with a hand scratching his cheek.

"You… You soloed the fucking boss!?" Dont shouted with quite the shock, with the game automatically throwing up a surprised emoji upon detecting the tone of voice and various different patterns.

"Impossible! The White Flower of Dark Alley had to be annihilated! My plan now makes no sense!" Ghøst said, more pained by the coffin than surprised by the boss. "Wait… You soloed the boss!?" Now more surprised by the boss than hurt by the uselessness of the coffin.

"Hehe~ It's just that I know the combat methods of the Dragon classes quite well, so I was able to beat him with just one hit~" She said, raising a thumb up.

"Yeah… Still, that single hit lowered his HP by 80%. And I had to be there so that other players wouldn't want to steal his materials after seeing that…" King69Jamon said with a sigh, heard through the microphone, even so, he certainly sounded surprised by the fact all the same. "And that?" He asked, pointing at the coffin.

Dont looked incredulously between Jamon and Black Abyss, although her avatar had the same expression as always, but with a sigh, she looked at Ghøst, who also looked at her, and like accomplices accustomed to doing evil together, they smiled behind the avatars.

""It's a trap for Hanzel!"" They said in unison.

"Good times~" Dont hummed melancholically.

"My Queen?" Ghøst's voice brought her out of her memories, making her shake her head a little and look back at Bachelory in the form of the Edgy Demon. "Is everything okay?" He asked worriedly.

"Ah, er. Yeah yeah~ I was just remembering a fun episode with Ghøst in the past~" She laughed a little, looking slightly to the side somewhat embarrassed. However, she looked back at Bachelory and smiled at him. "Alright then~" With that, she reached into her inventory, and grabbed two of the important items that she would be using a lot for a while.

One was a black latex mask. It was one of Dont's strangely most used items and of the highest level at the same time.

{Visage d'Abaddon PNG}

Visage d'Abaddon, or in English, Abaddon's Vision. A legendary-level mask whose functionality was purely stealth. It reduced Dont's presence and applied protections against divination. It also hid her normally visible face and status. It was especially useful for interacting with NPCs who would normally be offensive to Dont. It was a very useful item for Mordred's campaign, which ended with the legendary 'Battle of Camlann', or well, the 'Fall of Camelot' rather.

She hadn't used it much lately. She used it to deal with the Workers, but looking back on it all, she might as well have used it before, like when she saved Carne.

But there was no point crying over spilled milk as they say.

Putting the mask on, Dont looked at the second item in her hand. Of course, ignoring the thoughts of how she had a mask similar to Visage d'Abaddon made, but with a hole for something to fit something through. A small object to tease Black Abyss a little~

The second object was a mask, or rather, a helmet. Although more than a helmet, it was directly a skull. One of a demonic, unnatural creature. In addition to having 4 eye sockets, and a very elongated nostril, and a snout with a divided jaw, the object, upon detecting Dont starting to put it on, quickly adapted, acquiring a comfortable and functional shape for the Demon Queen's little head.

The 4 sockets flashed, with the two largest acquiring cloudy rings as eyes, of a scarlet red hue, and the two smallest, only acquiring circles.

{Evil Demon Queen Mask! PNG}

"Umu~" She hummed. Her voice changed a bit, to a different tone, one much deeper and distorted thanks to her mask, and even more altered thanks to the helmet. After all, there had to be a huge difference between 'Komodo' and 'Nyx', as much as it had already been implied that Komodo could perfectly take on Nyx's form and tone of voice.

Likewise, Bachelory had also put on a helmet.

In contrast to Dont's, the horns on the mask were much larger, dark black, curved downwards and with several 'branches' of the horn extending to different parts, with chains at the end of the horns, as if it had been an imprisoned beast. Its structure was less 'animal', flatter, with only two eyes, but tighter, but a stranger mouth, similar to that of an Entelodont, although more similar to a mask than a skull, while smoke from Ghøst's eyes came out of the sides of the helmet's black jaws.

{Evil Bad Boy Mask! PNG}

"Alright~ With that done~" Just as Dont said that, [Gate] opened to the side. "Fufu~ Let's go~" She ordered.

Receiving the obedient nod of those who would accompany Dont, although by position it would be Dont who would enter first, out of caution, it was Macuin who entered.

Following him, Bachelory.

Only then would Dont go along with Haagenti and the Demon Queen Guards.

And with a final salute to Kronos, Gandolfo, who was asleep against a post although he looked like he was awake, and the people of Titania, she entered through [Gate]

...

"[Gate]" A voice sang in a place sheltered from the hellish and dark wasteland outside.

In response, a 2-dimensional opening appeared in front of him. An abyss that led to a distortion of red fire and darkness, to another place. What could only be called a 'wormhole'.

Likewise, he looked behind him.

The countless legions of heavily armed Demons were kneeling. All of them pointing their respect and worship towards such a portal.

Why were they showing respect to someone who wasn't even their summoner? Well, that wasn't entirely true.

After all, they were waiting for someone to enter through the portal.

Someone who was above the summoner.

Her Majesty, the Demon Queen and summoner's summoner. The Komodo Demon.

Well, she had another name, but they were ordered to refer to and think of her as such.

Betelgeuse, saw someone enter, and quickly bowed.

It wasn't Her Majesty, but he still had to show him his respect.

"On your knees, summonings. Show your respect and worship to the Great Queen to come." Macuin said seriously as he stepped aside from the portal, looking at Betelgeuse. "On your knees, or lose your heads." He exclaimed, putting his hand on the hilt of his sword.

"Umu… It's fine." The Demiurge sighed, going from bowing to kneeling in anticipation of Her Majesty.

The rest of the army didn't have to, as they were already kneeling.

Someone else entered the portal not long after. And while his aura was similar, it wasn't Her Majesty.

Wearing a demonic mask, the purple-skinned man entered, looking down on Betelgeuse contemptuously.

"Mm. You must be Lady D-… Lady Komodo's Infernal Archarchaeologist." The man, who was emitting an imposing demonic aura, hummed.

"Indeed, my lord." He said simply. He knew that the man in front of him, while looking weaker at first glance, could destroy him quite easily. He didn't want to risk being considered disrespectful, therefore, he didn't want to talk too much in front of this man…

"Mm. Good." The man nodded, and after a cursory glance at the entire army. He hummed after seeming to quickly analyze it, before standing to the side, next to the samurai from before.

And after a few more seconds, finally, Her Majesty, the Demon Queen, entered.

Followed by her escorts and her servant, who only had a flat white mask with two black holes, finally, Dont-Say-My-Name, or the Komodo Demon, appeared.

With all the necessary presents, [Gate] closed.

"Umu. Betelgeuse. It's been a while since I've seen you~" The Demon Queen hummed.

"Of course, Your Majesty. As you ordered, I have been summoning as many Demons as I can for the plan that you in your immense wisdom have orchestrated." The Demiurge nodded, more than happy to finally serve Her Majesty again. Especially directly.

"Umu, good. "I can see that… Er… They built the castle I asked for…" She muttered, looking at the immense throne room that surpassed Titania's, allowing the majority of Betelgeuse's demonic army to be present in the room.

"I couldn't not do something worthy of You, Your Majesty. So I commanded and led all my subordinates along with Lord SatinMan to build this castle in Your name. Komodo Castle." He said with an impressive gesture, to denote the immensity of the castle made with demonic stone and even obsidian.

"Er… Umu… I see… Mm…" The Demon Queen seemed to hesitate, but Betelgeuse knew that Her Majesty never hesitated, as She had everything planned. Her wisdom was truly immense. "Well… Change the official name to… Er… Sheol? Yeh~ Sheol~" Her Majesty said with a nod.

Betelgeuse blinked, but smiled widely, his smile shining through the darkness of his hood.

"Of course, Your Majesty~ It shall be done~ Welcome then to this humble palace built by us, Your servants~ Welcome to Sheol~" He said with pure joy and admiration.

"Umu…" Dont just blurted out as he looked at the throne room illuminated by the reddish, ashen light of the windows.

"Come on… I understand that your paranoia makes you very cautious, but we can't just leave such a powerful item that can be used against that monster lying around." The old woman's voice said in reprimand towards her friend.

"No, Rigrit. I will not allow this… Thing to be used." The great platinum-scaled Dragon growled, referring to the object floating on a pedestal filled with magical barriers and even enchanted chains surrounding said barriers.

"Eh… I don't know what it's capable of, but it sounds like you fear it." She said with a smile towards the Dragon.

"..." Platinum, despite knowing the disadvantages of pride, couldn't help but frown slightly and growl. However, he knew that there really was no harm in admitting his weaknesses when it came to someone like Rigrit. "... Ha… That thing… It was left behind by that 'monster' that Komodo's lackey summoned." The Dragon spat. "And that aura it gives off… It's really unpleasant… Very evil. I don't think anyone should have it in their possession."

The object in question almost seemed to mock him with a non-existent shriek of agony in its voice. However, the object actually just stood there, dormant.

The Dragon Lord growled as a chill ran through him. It reminded him a lot of… 'That' type of object. The same type of object that was next to 'that woman' in The Sea City.

"To be honest… I've only heard stories of what happened in Re-Estize, not even the girl is safe, and if that's the case of what destroyed the country… It might have been the most powerful thing to have set foot in this world in a long time. More than you perhaps. Why not give it a try?" Something like this… It must be handled very carefully, but it could be key to our survival…" Rigrit said looking at that thing, giving her a chill even though she didn't even understand what kind of use an item like that could have. "Surely something as powerful as you could use it without going mad or something because of that thing."

Platinum looked at the old woman for a long second… "I don't know…" He muttered.

"Hm. If you lack confidence, how about the girl? I doubt she could go mad if that item produces that." She asked stretching a little.

"No-... Ha… I don't really like exposing people I can trust to danger." He muttered. "However… Hm… I guess… It might be worth the risk… Over losing someone like you, or giving this item to one of the inhabitants of the Sea City… I guess it's the best option." He sighed, reluctantly agreeing. "However, I will not remove this object from this room and my safe until it is known if she can control it." He growled, quite wary of that… Thing.

The object mocked him again from its 'safe'.

"... Well, it would be better if something like this never saw the light of day. But in the situation we are in… Well, we already know what to do at least, you better keep an eye on it. I am leaving, I am too old for this kind of thing." Rigrit said with a sigh.

"Mm… Go find the girl. We will try this first thing tomorrow. I think she is in some inn in the Oasis." Tsaindorcus muttered, laughing a little at seeing his friend's usual complaint.

"Tomorrow? Tell me, are you not going to participate in that 'incursion' to the Demon Realm?" She asked, curious about the speed with which he wanted things.

"Yes. My armor is already near the meeting point. In fact, it's hovering over the arranged area where the alliance forces will meet. And in any case, you know that I can teleport there." The Platinum Dragon laughed, resting his head on the pile of gold he used as a pillow.

"And what about the Saintess of Deorum Regnum? Were you able to convince her to go there as well?"

"Fortunately, yes. She didn't hesitate for a second when I talked about the raid against Komodo. Likewise, I managed to pair her with the Black Scripture. That way, she'll at least act as a 'beacon of light' between the Theocracy, Deorum Regnum, and the Council for a while. Not to mention that I'm sure I've earned her trust." The giant lizard explained.

"Eh. Speaking of Deorum Regnum~ It really is a curious place~ Humans and Demi-Humans coexist without problems, and they are also in an economic and cultural boom~ It really is a good place to invest in order to live~ Maybe when I finally retire, I will buy a place there and live quietly~" She said with a smile, chatting about her retirement with joy.

"Right. You were undercover there taking advantage of the war and the Holy Purge in the Holy Kingdom." Platinum murmured. "Anything else to note other than that? I still can't find many opportunities to see the cities of that kingdom. Something blocks my mirror 24/7 most of the time in the cities and large towns." The Dragon sighed, referring to the mirror floating at the side of the room.

"Hm… Well, they worship two Goddesses that I have never seen or heard of before, Onyx and Mobius. There were many very luxurious and ancient structures and monuments, which I am sure were not from Baharuth. The architecture is very different, they even have a giant temple with many white pillars where two giant statues of those Goddesses are, and people go to pray. I don't understand where that came from, being that they should be internationally recognized if they had been around since before Deorum Regnum, the works they have do not match their time… I also heard that the national bird is the white dove, and the national flower is a rose, although I don't know if it is of much importance in this matter. And having Titania as a Saint and a pillar of strength, they surely have a great variety of people who are interested in being like her, so they probably have magicians, priests and paladins of a considerable level. If not, then perhaps the mirror is broken." She said at the end shrugging her arms.

The Dragon looked quite offended and amused by Rigrit's comment. But ignoring that, he hummed.

"Hm… Considering that… Perhaps they can become a much more powerful version in many aspects than the Holy Kingdom… Especially considering how destroyed it is after the Komodo Army's attack… Well, we never paid much attention to the Holy Kingdom because of their reluctance to trade with the Council. The only important thing there was that it was close to the Kih'Monyrte Temple… Although well… Tch. That monster…" He growled, very annoyed indeed.

After all, one of his companions, one of the last True Dragons in the world… Not to mention the last female considering that the other female was a… Tch, a disgrace to her race like Cure Elim was…

He had to be thankful that True Dragon blood could still be passed on to False Dragons… But this… It was truly a loss… Not only in the totality of the forces that protected the world against the Players, but morally and symbolically for all the Dragons.

Also, of course, he lost a great card that he could use against the Sea City, as well as the entire Kih Underwater Army. With it, they could have attacked… The Hell on Earth made by Komodo from the coast.

But he couldn't cry over spilled milk…

He couldn't openly go there either considering that Titania might find the appearance of 'Riku' in the Holy Kingdom strange. So, once everything was over, with Catastrophe perhaps, or even granting Rigrit and the girl powerful items, he would send them to retrieve the artifacts in the Temple of the Deep.

"Well… For the time being, the mystery of Deorum Regnum is something that can be investigated after solving the problem of Komodo. After all, one is a nation that shows friendly intentions, and the other is a monster that only seeks to destroy everything in its path." He sighed as he came out of his bitter thoughts.

"Well well. That thing is already giving me the creeps." She said looking at the strange object in the 'safe'. "So I'm going to go find the girl~ Maybe she's the solution to this." She exclaimed putting on the hood of her outfit.

"Mm… Sure… Ha… Rest, Rigrit. As always, feel free to reside in one of the free rooms. One of my servants will make sure to give you something to eat if you like." The Dragon nodded.

"Ha~ I wish you a rest too~ Although we both know it's the last thing we do~" She said playfully, starting to walk towards the exit, waving her hand at the gigantic lizard. "Oh, and by the way~ I didn't tell you to bother you, but contacting the girl will take a little longer~ She's at the Argland Council~" She hummed amused, quickly leaving the room.

"And now you were planning to say-? Ugh…" The Dragon only let out a slight genuine laugh, feeling some 'relaxation', even if it was for a second.

Once his friend had left, she looked up through the gap that led to the sky that was beginning to darken.

He snorted as he lowered his head again, leaning on his pile of gold.
