The Ruler Of Khansaar

This is the power of Khansaar and it's Ruler which no one in India dares to go against it.

The officer moved closer to the CM and handed him a glass of water which the CM emptied in one go.

After finishing the water the CM sat down on his seat and then he looked at the officer and asked him, "When the special security team is coming ?"

Officer: "Sir they will be here in the next four hours. And they will come straight here."

Hearing this the CM sighed in fear and then he told the officer, "Sent everyone away from the office right away. I want no one else except you here."

Officer: "Understood sir."

CM: "And one more thing give them the strict orders to stay inside their houses after reaching their houses with their families and if they show any hesitation then told them that I have given out shoot and sight order."

Officer: "Yes Sir. It will be done right away."

With this the officer came out of the CM's office and immediately went to the other officers and staffs that were there and told them about the order of the CM.

After receiving the orders all of those officers and staffs immediately packed their things up and began to leave the CM's office.

And while going out they all also called their respective family members and told them to stay inside their houses no matter what happens.

Meanwhile the entire UP police force began to circulate the PCR vans and informed all of the people of UP about the notice of the government and the implementation of Section 144 in the entire UP.

The religious leaders of UP also spread the words in their communities to stay inside their houses as well and remain in their houses till further notice comes from the government.

Within a span of two hours the entire UP went into complete shutdown. The entire UP turned into a no man's land with only the continuously patrolling police and PCR vans roaming in UP.

The head of UP police arrived at the Kashi Vishwanath temple premise and as per the orders of the CM removed the visitors who have come to the temple to offer their prayers.

The devotees showed their discontent with this sudden closer of the temple for them but the head of the police enforced the police force to sent each and every devotee back to their houses and hotels they were staying.

And while all of this was going on a man and woman entered Kashi who have come here to find a particular man whose life is in danger.

This duo are Shiva and Isha who have come from Mumbai to warn and save the life of Anish Shetty an artist who is working at Varanasi to restore a cultural heritage.

But before they could have done anything the police sent them both into a hotel and booked a room for both of them to stay there until further orders.

After two more hours the special security group of Vardha arrived at the CM office and gave him the instructions that Baba had given him.

After reading out the instructions the CM readily agreed to make sure that everything is ready for the Ruler of Khansaar and he also assured that he will personally do all of the things.

And with that he accompanied the security group to the Vishwanath temple and after reaching there the CM started all of the preparation for the Rudravishek.

But while all of this was going on a group of three people consisting one woman who is leading the group and her two subordinates entered Kashi as well.

This group of people serves a darker power and the purpose of their for coming to Kashi is to find Anish Shetty as well because he holds a piece of the mightiest divine weapon Brahmāstra.

The woman who is leading this group is named Junoon and her two subordinates are Zor and Raftaar.

The trio soon stumble upon one police officer who immediately pointed his gun on them and gave them a warning to move away from there.

But they didn't moved from their place and stood right before him. Seeing this he decided to follow the instructions of the CM and readied his gun to shoot them down.

Seeing the gun ready to shoot them down, Junoon's eyes began to glow in dark red color and she conjured a magical pendant from a stone that was on her shoulder and placed it on the neck of the police officer.

This pendant brought the mind of the police officer under the control of Junoon and with that Junoon began to ask him the questions that she has.

Junoon: "Tell me what is going on here ?"

Police officer: "I don't know but it was the order of the CM to impose section 144 in the entire UP and impose a very very strict shutdown."

Junoon: "And why is that ?"

Police officer: "I don't know the full details but I just heard some rumors that a very big and powerful person is coming to Kashi Vishweswar temple to perform Rudravishek."

Junoon heard these from the police officer and then she ordered, "Very well. Now shoot yourself."

After receiving the order from Junoon the police officer put his own gun in his head and shoot down himself.

Junoon moved closer to the now dead police officer and retrieved the pendant from him.

Zor: "Now what should we do ? That artist will not come for the event."

Raftaar: "He is right. The person whoever that is coming to Kashi has spoiled our plans."

Holding the pendant in her hand Junoon stood up while she heard everything from her subordinates and then she said, "Don't worry. Our plan is spoiled but rather the artist just got a few more hours of his life. For now let's go from here. We can't afford to mess with the entire police force of this state."

With this the three of them went away from there to find a shelter for themselves.

But one thing about which they didn't know is that someone is watching them through the eyes of the cctv cameras with a smile on his face.
