Transmigrated into a Villainess? I’m Going to conquer the Heroine!

Chapter 11 - Brothers' gathering

601 Entertainment Venue, the moment the door was pushed open, it felt like stepping into another world. The neon lights wove together into a dazzling sea of colors as if painting the entire space with a dreamlike hue.

The air was filled with a faint aroma of alcohol and smoke, mingling into a unique scent. Young men and women gathered in groups, some paired off, their faces glowing with relaxation and joy. The sound of music rose and fell, blending with the laughter that filled the room.

As the door opened, the atmosphere inside fell silent for a moment. The man standing in the doorway was silhouetted against the light, making it hard to see his expression. However, his natural aura was so strong that it drew attention yet made people hesitate to overstep.

Tang Yuan came up behind him, reached out, and pushed him to the side.

“What are you doing blocking the door, trying to show off?”

She then gave a scornful glance.

Chu Yu closed his eyes and forcefully patted his suit sleeve as if he had touched something dirty.

” Oh, the host has arrived!”

“Mr. Chu, you’re late. The guys have been waiting.”

“Come on, come over, sit here.”

Chu Yu’s event was naturally extravagant, with all the prominent figures from Dragon City, whether known or unknown, young and promising, being invited. There were also many female entertainers and male models, making the place exceptionally lively.

Chu Yu casually moved towards his circle of friends. Only three people among them were truly close to him, collectively known as the Dragon City F4—self-proclaimed.

Obviously, Chu Yu’s arrival made everyone more reserved. It wasn’t until he told everyone to feel free that the lively atmosphere slowly returned.

Chu Yu approached the sofa, seemingly remembering Jiang Zi, and looked back with a deep, magnetic voice, “Come here.”

Before Chu Yu even spoke, his friends were already sizing him with their eyes, and his words gave them the perfect opportunity to tease him.

“Wow, Young Master Chu finally decided to bring out his little beauty?”

“Tsk, tsk, tsk, two of them? You’re quite the playboy, aren’t you, Mr. Chu?”

“So this the type of style you like? Their figure’s nice, but their charm isn’t quite up to the girls who work here. What do you think, little miss?” One of the men, holding a delicate girl in his arms, leaned in and gave her a playful kiss on the cheek, then continued with his teasing.

Chu Yu sat on the sofa, sipped from his wine glass, and cast a sly gaze at Jiang Zi, remaining silent.

Tang Yuan stepped forward, positioning herself before Jiang Zi, crossing her arms and giving a disdainful look. “Oh, Isn’t this Dong Ling? I haven’t seen you in a few days, and your taste has already gone downhill. Your eyes must be getting blind.”

Hearing the familiar voice, Dong Ling finally looked up. The dim lighting made him squint as he tried to recognize her. “Tang Yuan?”

“Why are you here?”

He pushed the girl in his arms away, his voice rising in surprise. “You have gotten together with Chu Yu?!”

Chu Yu shot him an annoyed glance. “Stop talking nonsense.”

Tang Yuan brushed a stray lock of hair from her forehead. “Look at you, spewing such unpleasant remarks.”

Dong Ling stared at Tang Yuan, clearly stunned by her words. Wasn’t she supposed to be devoted to Chu Yu?

He glanced at Chu Yu, noticing his dark expression, and decided to keep his words to a minimum, muttering quietly, “Tang Yuan, your mouth is really something.”

After ruling out Tang Yuan, everyone’s curiosity finally turned to the woman behind her—one who dressed rather unremarkably, devoid of any feminine charm.

“I guess this is the hostess of the evening.”

With the commotion subsided, Chu Yu again called out to Jiang Zi, “Come here.”

Jiang Zi tightened her grip on Tang Yuan’s hand but still found herself unable to resist stepping toward him. After a few steps, she stood directly in front of him.

Tang Yuan furrowed her brows and moved to stand before him, glaring down at him as if a wall.

At this moment, Chu Yu’s facade of good manners finally cracked. “I was calling Jiang Zi.”

Tang Yuan remained unflinching. “What are you calling my wife for?”

Jiang Zi let out a laugh, her fingertips lightly brushing Tang Yuan’s palm, signaling her to relax.

Seeing the tension between the two, Dong Ling hurried over and pulled Tang Yuan away. Among the four men present, only Dong Ling had a somewhat decent relationship with her.

Tang Yuan stumbled as he pulled her, shaking off his hand with a look of disgust. “Don’t touch me with your dirty hands.”

Dong Ling’s expression faltered, his face flushing with embarrassment. “W-What’s going on? Didn’t you like Chu Yu? What’s the situation between you two now?”

“Bah, bah ,bah, I don’t like him at all.”

Seeing her genuine disdain, Dong Ling was finally thrown into disarray.

His decent relationship with Tang Yuan had partly stemmed from their long acquaintance since childhood. Tang Yuan came from a good family, and though Chu Yu was not fond of her, Dong Ling believed that over time, feelings would develop, and they would eventually end up together.

With this belief, as Chu Yu’s friend, he had been trying to bring Tang Yuan and Chu Yu together.

But from the looks of it now, Tang Yuan is not willing to like Chu Yu anymore?!

And the woman Chu Yu likes now is… that mysterious woman?

Chu Yu took out a necklace he intended to give to Jiang Zi and placed it in her palm, his tone tinged with a hint of patience. “This is for you. Don’t be angry, okay?”

Jiang Zi glanced at the exquisite necklace, her tone indifferent. “I’m not angry.”

Chu Yu knew her cold demeanor was normal, but after the commotion caused by Tang Yuan, he found himself growing impatient with Jiang Zi’s attitude.

Who was she to treat him with such an attitude?

Lu Shan En approached with a glass of red wine, sitting beside Chu Yu and casting a playful look at Jiang Zi. “Looks like Young Master Chu’s little canary is throwing a tantrum?”

“It’s your fault, really. It must be because you didn’t dress up your little beauty before going out, and that’s why she’s upset. You don’t even know how to comfort a girl.”

“Tsk, tsk.” Lin Xiu Yu, who had been quietly observing, suddenly spoke up.

“Perhaps some people are just too greedy and insatiable?”

“Isn’t that so?…” Lin Xiu Yu glanced at Jiang Zi, not knowing her name, and shrugged with a smile. “Miss?”

Facing this situation, Chu Yu made no effort to defend Jiang Zi, pretending he hadn’t heard. “You’re about to graduate. You should start thinking about your future.”

Jiang Zi scoffed, her fingers fiddling with the necklace. “What future?”

“One million. Be my mistress.”

Jiang Zi sighed, a light laugh escaping her lips. With a sharp motion, she threw the necklace forcefully at Chu Yu’s face.

The room fell into stunned silence, even shock.

Chu Yu closed his eyes, raising a hand to wipe his forehead, finding blood on his fingertips.

He slowly opened his eyes, killing intent instantly pouring out. He fixed his gaze on Jiang Zi, like a predator unleashed, ready to pounce on its prey.

Jiang Zi’s voice was soft, yet each word was clear and piercing. “You want me to be your mistress, Chu Yu? What do you take me for?”

She knew that her actions were in line with her character.

So, she did not hold back.

If worse came to worst, and Chu Yu, in his rage, killed her, so be it. She could escape the crappy cliché, sweet, happy ending with the so-called male lead.

“Sister!”

A petite figure suddenly rushed forward and embraced her, and the momentum caused her to stagger a few steps back.

The necklace Chu Yu had thrown back smashed Tang Yuan on the back of the head.
