As Chi Changye and Gu Yao had predicted, when Tian Feirong returned late at night and reported the matter of the Changxian Sect token, the Tian family’s main residence was lit up throughout the night. No one in charge could sleep.
“Gu Wenhai, that old bastard, is really slippery and hateful!” The Tian family head’s eyes nearly bulged with rage. He raised his hand and threw a tea cup nearby, smashing it on the ground. “That little bastard Gu Yao has suffered so much humiliation, yet he’s still willing to hand over the token?”

When he left, he was intercepted by two Foundation Establishment cultivators on the road.
