My sister then hugs and grabs me from another side to pull me away from the girl.

Of course, Satoru wouldn't be able to hear ROB respond. He need to summon Satoru himself to tell it but her sister told him to fix all his wrongdoing. Which is a lot.

Her sister is already back resting so he technically could ignore this but he doesn't want her sister to hate him more than right now.

After all, he also loves his sister.

The reason why they can't be united is because they were the exact opposite. He is death, and her sister is Life. The union between them causes contradiction which would result in chaos.
