underground figths.

47. loss of student.

The first day of his disappearance was normal; the chip showed a location—the house. Kovac breathed a sigh of relief, unaware that in the following months, the Takemoto unit would fly to Côte d'Ivoire, in what we’ll call an irony, as Kei's participation and the group's call were perfect.

The transmitter was in place. A slight tap on the wrist and the transmitter was dislodged, giving no more time than to a place of loss—a way that harbored no fate but bad luck. Three days passed, and even Shiba asked, but his mother said she found no one. She described the other man beside him, and Shiba frowned when he left for the last time.

-So, the boy disappeared with a tall, muscular man with light hair, a friend of his brothers, - Shiba commented, seeing Niko Tokita’s note. Realizing the other Niko Tokita had taken him, he needed to speak with his friend, knowing this madman would do something with Kei that wouldn’t be funny.

-Is something wrong with Kei? - Chia asked nervously, and James couldn’t give her a comforting answer. In visual fear and desperation, he had no choice but to agree and work on the go.

-The kid owes me 8000 yen; I’ll come back later. By the way, I’m a friend of Kei, he works at my gym as a boxer, I’m his trainer, - Shiba said.

-I see, it’s nice that Kei’s friends come to greet me. I’ve prepared something to eat, do you like soba? - Chia asked so sweetly that Shiba agreed. The love and the way she spoke broke down Shiba’s barriers. Powerless, he followed Kei’s mother, a good but very naive and foolish woman who lived in a different world.

-Kei is a good boy, - Chia thought, just as she thought good things about everyone and all her children. She had to follow this path, and she loved all her children, even curbing the worst attitudes of Hiroshi, Niji, and Iji. She always absurdly fought against Kei for his forgiveness.

-Will you accompany me in picking up little Runna? - Chia asked, earning an affirmative from Shiba, who felt guilty for not protecting Kei twice.

But the message Shiba delivered to the Takemoto dojo was the tracker, stained with blood, along with Niko Tokita’s note written in blood. It only caused a feeling of rage and some impotence in Shiba. But now Roshi sighed, his hands tied, the dojo empty, everyone participating in recent wars or group activities.

-That kid is a headache, - Shiba commented, despite being an unpleasant person.

Fight against Daimonji, narrated.

-Extra, extra! Kenichi beats Daimonji from the karate club… extra, Kenichi threatens to crush anyone who faces him, mercilessly. Kenichi is the most dangerous man at Kyorko school, - shouted Nijima in the middle of the school. His words and newspapers were delivered to all the students. Nijima began playing both sides. He knew perfectly well that Kei wasn’t someone easily manipulated, but he was a man of his word. That’s why he often devised different plans of action, seizing any opportunity to reach his goal. That’s why he planned to plant the seed of Kenichi, who, in less than 10 days, managed to defeat Daimonji. But what would happen if he continued advancing?

-Let’s bet! -

-Nijima, stop saying things that aren't true, - commented Kenichi.

-By the way, Kenichi, let me give you some info. Chikuba, the captain of the karate club, is one of the most dangerous in his rank, and according to your stats, you’re not up to his level. Good luck with the beating you'll get, - said Nijima, moving his phone and reflecting a wicked smile, scaring Kenichi, who now feared facing someone known for breaking things with his kicks.

-Oh my God, - said Kenichi nervously, seeing a person about to hit him, and it wasn’t Daimonji; it was Chikuba, known for hitting anyone in his way.

-Oh, Kenichi! You beat Daimonji, - said Miu, surprised and happy for Kenichi, but he looked defeated as if he had received a punishment.

-It’s not funny, Miu. Now I’m going to get beaten up, I’m dead, - commented Kenichi, utterly depressed.

-But what’s going on, Kenichi? - asked Miu.

-I can tell you, - said Nijima, seeing how he could use Miu and Kenichi for one of his emergency plans. Nijima, without holding back, learned about Kenichi's fight with Daimonji in the gardening club. Daimonji’s defeat stirred things up, and now Chikuba wanted to face Kenichi. As the leader of the karate club, he wished to crush Kenichi, just as he always had.

-If that’s the case, Kenichi just has to face him, - commented Miu, slightly unconcerned.

Kenichi’s soul was escaping.

-Chikuba-senpai is not an easy opponent to face. He destroys stones with his hands and breaks baseball bats with his feet… unlike you two, I’m the one who has to face Chikuba-senpai, - commented Kenichi.

This brought seriousness to Miu’s expression, thinking Kenichi was about to face a black belt in skills. If Kenichi fought, he would be effectively destroyed; one way or another, he’d end up losing completely, given the circumstances.

-Miu, how did you get so strong? - asked Kenichi.

-If you want to get stronger, the chances of surviving are almost zero, -  commented Miu, marking a warning sign to Kenichi.
