What To Do If The System Forces You To Exercise

Inside the room, Wen Jiexi had no idea about the crazy things happening outside and was lifting everything in her room to see if she could receive a few more points, but was stopped Dango. 

"Although you can receive points for lifting these things, it's inefficient and slow. It's better if you go outside and trigger some side missions. If you can find some difficult missions and complete them, it'll earn you so much more!" 

Wen Jiexi hesitated, then nodded in agreement. She also didn't want to mess up her room just for a few more points and going outside for once will be fun. However, looking at the time, her mother wouldn't let her go out until later in the afternoon. 

After lunch and discussing with Tan Yashi, Wen Jiexi stepped out of the house. 

The Wen house was located in a relatively quiet place because the family wanted a place where Wen Jiexi could peacefully rest and recuperate. Near the front, there was a pretty big park, however, if she wanted to head downtown, it was only ten minutes away by car. Overall the location was an ideal place. 

Taking a deep breath, Wen Jiexi felt that the air has become a lot fresher. Sure enough, her body had changed, and even everything around her has changed. Stretching her waist, Wen Jiexi leisurely walked to the park. 

She sat on a bench, watching as children ran about, their mothers chasing after them. The weather was nice, so it wasn't strange to see folks come out an exercise, making the atmosphere quite lively. 

Sitting on the lonely bench, Wen Jiexi brought up the missions panel and saw that two side missions have appeared. 

「Jog for 30 minutes (0/30)」 Mission Reward: 150 catties [Yes/No]

「Help find Miss Chen's runaway husky (0/1)」Mission Reward: 600 catties [Yes/No]

Seeing the second task, Wen Jiexi narrowed her eyes and smiled, feeling that she was really lucky. She actually received a mission that rewarded 600 catties just by coming to the park. She quickly accepted both missions. Getting up, Wen Jiexi asked, 

"Dango, who and where is Miss Chen?"

"The host will have to find the person by herself. Of course, once the host opens up the shop they'll be able to buy products that can help them. However, at this time, your level is too low, and can only rely on your own abilities. Of course, I will try to help you as well!" 

"Hah….: Wen Jiexi sighed, sure enough, her low level was a glaring problem. Anyhow, if you lost your dog, one must be anxiously searching for it. She just needed to look out for an anxious person searching around. 

After walking for about ten minutes, there were still no specific people who met her criteria. At this moment, the hurried sounds of high-heels clacking attracted Wen Jiexi's attention. At a park, who would wear high heels?

Coming towards her, was a young woman wearing formal clothing, the type who probably just started working. Currently, the young woman was profusely apologizing to whoever she was talking to on the phone and looked panicked as she searched around desperately. As she passed by Wen Jiexi, she could hear snippets of the conversation. 

"Miss Wang…I'm so sorry…yes, I-I understand…yes…I will definitely bring the dog back…"

Bring back…dog..those were the keywords! Wen Jiexi knew she had found the right person, but how start a conversation with this woman without scaring her off?

"Dango, is it possible for the dog to have run out of the park by now?" Wen Jiexi asked.

"Based on the rewards and mission, it should be impossible. It has to be in the park somewhere." Dango waved its hands around and said. 

However…this park itself wasn't small, and it would be hard if only one person was searching. Wen Jiexi rubbed her chin and thought of something, before walking forward and tapping the woman's shoulder. Suddenly getting tapped on the shoulder, the woman quickly turned around and covered her phone as she looked at Wen Jiexi with fear and caution in her eyes,

"Um…you seem to be quite anxious, do you need any help?" 

The woman looked Wen Jiexi up and down and as if deciding that Wen Jiexi wasn't a threat, the caution in her eyes subsided somewhat, but she was still on guard as she said,

"Wait a minute." 

Hmm….except for the anxiety in her voice, the woman's voice was quite gentle, giving one a comfortable feeling. Wen Jiexi watched as the woman lowered her head, said a few more words into the phone, and then hung up and smiled.

"Hello, I will tell you what happened. Earlier today I brought…my dog 'Big White' on a walk. However, an accident occurred and 'Big White' ran away without a trace." The woman showed an anxious expression and looked around while talking as if she was hoping the dog would run to her on its own. 

"Uh…Big White?" Wen Jiexi froze and almost laughed. She didn't know if the person who gave the husky such a name was either trying to proper or is just plain stupid. Either way, the one who came up with this name must really be talented. 

(The one who came up with the name: Achoo!… Who is talking behind my back!)

"Haha, yes…um, what should I address this Miss as?" The woman also seemed to be ashamed of this name and smiled in embarrassment at Wen Jiexi. 

"My name is Wen Jiexi, you can just call me Jiexi." Wen Jiexi smiled.

"Well, Jiexi, seeing how I'm a few years older than you, you can call me Sister Lin." The woman claiming to be Sister Lin took out her mobile phone, tapped twice, and a picture appeared on it. Flipping it around she showed it to Wen Jiexi,

"This is Big White."

In the picture was a beautifully trimmed, black and white Husky that looked quite arrogant. 

"Well, it's a very handsome dog." Wen Jiexi also took out her cell phone and took a picture. With her current familiarity with Sister Lin, she was far from being able to exchange contact information.

Hearing Wen Jiexi's compliment, Sister Lin smiled and her eyes not hiding her pleasure from hearing her dog being praised. 

"Alright, then I'll look over there, is it okay if I ask you to search on the other side?"

"No problem." Wen Jiexi naturally had no objection to her words. She watched as Sister Lin swiftly walked away and sighed. This Sister Lin only looked to be five or six years older than her, and yet she was able to walk with ease in those high heels soon after graduating from college. As for her, she wouldn't do the same, even if she practiced for years. 

"Jiexi, where should we start looking for Big White?"

"Well … although this park is not big it is not small either, and the dog can't be found in a short while, so let's jog for now."

Wen Jiexi smiled and said, clicked the yes button on the jogging task, and then ran lightly. If she ran while trying to find the dog, wouldn't it be completing two missions at once, killing two birds with one stone?

After running along the trail for around 15 minutes, she heard growling from the side. 

"Jiexi, over there, on the left side!" Dango waved around and shouted excitedly. 

Wen Jiexi turned and saw a dog that reached around her knees, covered in dust and gravel. If you looked closely, one could still see the black and white fur, it seems like they have found Big White.

At this moment, Big White was struggling out of the branches of the bush. Covered in leaves and scratches, even his magnificent coat of fur wasn't spared! With its fur a mess, the dog barked angrily at the bushes, as if everything was their fault. 

His entire demeanor seemed stupid. Looking down the picture in her hand and then the stupid dog in front of her. Just like how you can't judge a human by their appearance, you can't judge a dog by its appearance either. For no matter how much you clean up your looks, the inside will always be the same. 

"This dog is stupid. It's stupid and dirty" Criticized Dango. 

Haah, Big White do you know that a non-living creature has decided the entire husky breed is stupid? You really have lost face for all huskies.

"Big White?" Wen Jiexi carefully called out. Dogs tended to be wary of strangers, so it wouldn't be good if she scared it away.

"Ao?" Looking around for the person who called his name, Big White saw a beautiful woman, one different than his owner, but still…she is beautiful!!!

"You are Big White, right? Sister Lin is looking for you, can you come with me?" Wen Jiexi saw that the husky was staring at her warily(?) and smiled, stretching out her hand. 

Awoooo~ A pretty lady is inviting me over! What should I do? I feel shy~ She knows my name, so she must be a good person! 

"Big White, Oh!" Originally Wen Jiexi planned to say a few more soothing words only to be suddenly pounced on. The dog stuck out its tongue and started licking her cheek, 

"Uh, Big White can you get off me…it tickles!" She didn't dare push the dog off because she still couldn't control her strength. She didn't want to accidentally send the dog flying or worse, let the dog die due to her mistakes. And this is all due to her stupid strength, if she didn't control it properly, someone would die…

"Whaaa! What are you doing, you stupid dog! Get off of my host!" Dango was so angry that it jumped up and down on the dog, but of course, Dango only passed through the dog.

When Sister Lin saw her dog on top of a person his butt in the air and his tail swinging, she suddenly remembered what Big White loved the most! Big White had no control when it comes to beautiful ladies!

Since Big White's owner was a beauty, Big White's standard was really high. Rarely would any beauty enter his eyes, so if you do then congratulations….you get a free sample of dog saliva facial cleanser! Wait, you can't do that to the person helping me! 

"Big White, Stop!" Sister Lin hurriedly ran forward, her mouth shouting for Big White to stop. As a result, her heels clicked together and….

Sister Lin only felt that she couldn't maintain her balance and there happened to be a big white cushion right beneath her. However, the meat cushion under the cushion was even more tragic as under the acceleration of gravity Sister fell forward. In that park, only the sounds of a muffled groan and the wailing of dog could be heard.
