A Certain Fox’s Guide To The Multiverse

“Noint, you are once an apostle who followed Ehit, do you know anything about the man who pretends to be a god?” Tio asked curiously. She figured she would start with Noint since she knew that there probably would not be much to talk about for an Apostle. 

 

“Ehit…. Hmmm, before I met Master, I was basically a mindless killing machine who did his bidding. No emotions. No nothing. If not for Master teaching me the feeling of pleasure and love, I would be dead by now. As for Ehit…. I only know what I have heard down the line. Three Apostles attend to him every night from what I know. And word has it that Ehit’s dick is very small. Which now I believe or else the three that attend to him would still not be as mindless as they are now. 

 

“Whether this is true or not, I am not sure. But this was heard from the ones who helped him bathe. Ehit is supposed to be a divine being, but I do not think he is anymore now that I have a will of my own. I think he is very much the fake god, as you say, or else my will would not have come to me due to making love with Master. If he was an absolute being, his powers would not have been broken so easily.” Noint made a very good point. She had free will, something she should not have, but one session of lovemaking was all it took to awaken her will, and her will told her to follow and love Tomoya for all eternity.

 

“I see. That is one way of looking at things.” Tio had to admit this was something she had never thought of and made a lot of sense.

 

“You see my people….” Tio started. “My people, the Dragon men, have lived in the ages where all races could coexist. Ehit, the bastard, was bored and decided to get his followers to label my people enemies of their faith.

 

“This was all when I was younger. I did wish to fight. I tried to fight alongside my kin, who were dying left and right in front of me. But I could not. Kharga took me anyway. I lost myself in vengeance. I wanted to destroy everyone who hunted down my people. But luckily, Kharga was there to help me snap out of it. He told me dragonmen were the protectors. He told me that the true enemies were the gods of Tortus and that we must prepare for a war against those gods.

 

“But who would have thought all of this was all Ehit’s plot? A single man decided the fate of the world just because he became powerful enough. It’s strange. We looked at those with powers greater than our own as gods when they, too, are nothing but mortals….. 

 

“So Noint, you may have been created by Ehit, but you are not bound to him. He has a weak link to controlling you, and that is it. This proves he is not all empowering. He is not the god of this world just a mere mortal playing games with the lives of others. This means he can be killed. But I will not be doing this. I will not be here long enough to see the death of Ehit because no one is stronger than Tomo. If Tomo really wanted, she could probably become the god of this world as well. She could kill Ehit and deal with him, but she is not doing so. 

 

“She has other plans, and it is our job to follow. I will follow her no matter where she goes. Heh…. I guess love is another kind of worship.” Tio blushed as she looked up at the sky. “I feel refreshed just being around her. My smile never disappears when she is near. If I am sad, I know I can rely on her to let me cry on her shoulder. I know I can rely on her to stand in front of me, even if it would kill her. Tomo is someone we should cherish and help with all our being.” 

 

“You are right.” Noint nodded and agreed. She owed Tomoya for allowing the fog in her mind to clear up. Now, she could live a life free from control. She just wanted to be with Tomoya and assist her at every turn.

 

The two girls talked about this and that for three days when suddenly a cracking sound came from behind her. They both turned to see the golden dome cracking and flaking apart. A bright light emerged from within the dome, causing both girls to cover their eyes. The dome also began to shine before suddenly shooting up into the air, merging together and falling back down, striking the figure that had just emerged.

“Damn, that was a nice nap.” A cracking sound could be heard as a figure slowly stepped into view.  Two fluffy tails danced behind the figure as the figure cracked its neck a few times. It looked around until it spotted the two girls staring in shock. “Oh! Tio! Noint! Sorry to keep you waiting.”

 

“Tomo!” Tio cried out before charging forward and jumping on Tomoya. Tomoya grinned and caught Tio in her arms. She held the dragon girl, who was crying softly. She knew Tio must have been worrying. She looked up to see Noint walking over and standing at her side quietly. “Thanks, Noint. I promise to pamper you later.”

 

“It is my pleasure, Master.” Noint smiled and lowered her head. She wondered what kind of pampering her Master was going to give her.

 

Tomoya smiled and opened her menu, but what she saw shocked her to her core.
