Chapter 29: Cold & Ruthless! by Harem-Fan
I followed Rain through the police blockade at an outdoor strip mall. Currently, the police have evacuated the area from all pedestrians.
A middle aged salt and peppered Chief Detective waved over Rain in a familiar way.
"Agent Rain Nero, good to see you again. So, here is a file with relevant information."
I see a team of computer operators delegating tasks and reports from all the snipers and officers. It seems they are using some of the hostages' phones to eavesdrop on the criminals.
I point to one of the terminals and ask the Detective.
"May I use it for a bit?"
Detective Lee asks Nero.
"He is?"
Rain looks at him seriously and simplifies it.
"My partner, a secret weapon against Psychics."
The Detective says to the operative.
"Let him have a go."
The operative moved, but I only placed my hand on the laptop and used my Electrokinesis. Soon everything in the laptop, including the operation streams through my brain, and if they know it, so do I. In only 30 seconds I was done and stood up.
"That Blood Controller is draining blood from some of the hostages to recharge and get stronger. It seems they have no intention of a peaceful negotiation. The Ice user is currently helping himself to the pretty girl, and the last guy is suppressing the rest with violence. Rain, I suggest a frontal entrance, you and me."
The Detective sees a high schooler with glasses. and a Marlboro Light in his lips, and says.
"They are very strong, at least B-class and have killed 3 officers already. I think-"
Rain says to me.
"Okay, you're point, and I will follow with support?"
"Yeah, but I will use all my strength this time, so it will be showy. Probably messy as well? Detective, we will both need vests and I need a disposable vehicle."
He points to a car that first showed that looks like it will die soon, because of all of the ice shards that filled it with holes. I nod to it.

Soon, both Rain and I had bulletproof vests on, and we are currently walking towards the jewelry exchange showroom store.
Screech Screech Screech Screech! Rain even with her cold facade was openmouthed seeing all the parked cars be ejected to the sides of us, like Moses parting the sea... All cars in our path to the store rush to avoid us.
I am like a conductor, waving my hands, holding two metal rods, like a grand puppeteer, while also floating a police cruiser bottom out in front like a shield.
Rain is behind me not knowing how to feel seeing me use Psychokinesis so freely. But she saw the two pieces of rebar in each hand and asked.
"Tim, why are you using those?"
I let a bit of white lightning flow over them and say with a grin.
"Ah, well, this is me being immature. I saw a character called Pain who drew enemies in and then stabbed them with metal rods, so... Thought it would be fun to try it!"
Everyone over the radio hearing me offer to stab with the blunt rebar, shivered and the pain of it, but one young guy I heard yell...
"Oh shit, from that Naruto show, fuck yeah! Oh, Oh, will you do the Almighty Push?!"
My lip twitches because my power cannot do that. That is Telekinesis.
The three criminals saw and heard the disturbance, and the surprisingly handsome white haired guy riding the woman over a counter, quickly pulled up his pants. I had a morbid thought of... Well if she has to get raped, at least he was handsome? Yeah, I am twisted.
While the short and fat blood controller stopped draining victims, he is already intoxicated from over drinking. He is even staggering from excess power. Now this guy raping the girl would be disgusting, ew, he has boils all over.
"Stan, get off the whore, and Paul, just help... Fuck this guy is throwing cars, why did I not meet him first, fucking losers as partners!"
Lastly... the pretty black-haired, Force Field lady covered the front of the store with a crystalline field that looks like thin glass, but is obviously going to be strong, and she started yelling for help, seeing the floating car coming to fuck her up.
Chink Chink Chink Chink! The Ice controller then runs out first to get a line of effect to shoot me dead, but all he ended up doing was filling the undercarriage of the car with more holes. I did this because neither of the controllers could set the car on fire.
"Ignore the short blood dude, and shoot that female Force user. When the field collapses, take her down."
Then I hurled the floating car at the Force Field lady, because I know the handsome Iceman will dodge, and not help his partner. Who would not dodge a car? I am so glad Sandman will not get this power!
WHOOSH BANG! The now totalled cruiser goes flying straight, and Ice man leaps out of the way, and the pretty Psychic looks sad, as the car rams her shield, and sadly, an SSS level power is just easily 10 times more powerful, and her shield and physical strength shattered in one go.
She crumpled to the ground looking at me with begging eyes, heaving her lungs and boobs out, with sweat dripping off her skin.
Bang! And with one shot, Rain made the sad woman scream, as her leg was hit, forcing her to lay on the ground immobile, crying for pity.
"Kid, you are in for it now, but you brought a pretty thing with you, so I will kill you fast and cleanly."
Iceman seeing the shield gone, creates an ice blade to swing at me, but...
I already saw the tubby blood guy charging for a ranged attack, so I waved my rebar, and the Iceman was sent flying into the path of me and the blood guy...
Slitch Slitch Slitch Slitch! And ten thick blood threads shot out, penetrating his own partner, and his blood was rapidly leaving his body! Oh, this is karma, for penetrating women, he gets it back!
Bang! And Rain viciously shoots the pretty Iceman in his face, killing him, damn!
I decided to finish this fast, to avoid any accidents, especially to Rain. So I hold out the two rebar crackling with thick white lightning snakes coiling along the metal, and focus on the short blood man.
Drunk Shorty was a bit taken aback why he became lighter and was flying at the boy holding two black rods with white light, and as he was forming a blood wip, it was too late!
Thunk Thunk Squish Squish! "GA GA GA GA GA GA GA~!"
And one rod penetrated his throat, while my right hand rod entered around his heart, but it was hard to tell. The electricity entered his body making a smoky smell that was frankly rank as fuck, and soon, this guy was dead from the most powerful mobile electric-chair.
Thud! And his smoking body hit the ground, blackened. So now I reach out to the woman, and use my power to draw her to us...
"Ah! No please, I had no choice but to work for them, please spare me! I surrender! I will..."
Just as I was going to plunge my rebar into her heart, Rain stopped me, and asked me seriously.
"Tim, she has a Force Field Power, would it not be better to plunder her first. I can give you a bit of time if you want her? She seems to be pretty, your type?"
I give Rain a sad smile and think how I am seen by Rain...
[Ah, my poor Rain thinks I plunder for powers? Well Ellen is different. Damn, all my plunders were for love. And it hurts my mind in the end, sigh.]
"Rain, you hurt my feelings. I appreciate it, but honestly, the more powers I accept, the more my mind gets distorted. I have already noticed changes. I am becoming possessive and domineering of the women I want, so I cannot just be another Sanman."

Rain listened to the reason I am not grabbing every woman out there, and the woman on the ground not understanding, is just rolling with my talk. She lied and said.

Bang! And the woman stopped begging. The hole in her forehead shocked her and me a bit. The smoke was still emitting from Cold's barrel and she said.
"Sorry, I had no idea you suffered backlash. I will try to make sure to be very willing. And Warm agrees."
[Yeah, I was a bit worried when I deleted Angel's phone log, and I want to have sex with my women more often. After learning about my Power of Plundering, I have to be careful, or go insane. But Rain was really decisive and smoked her fast. She normally would just arrest the woman for questioning, but lost her cool with her flirting with me, I knew Rain was one of the strongest Yandere.]
Rain had only realized what I said was true, after pulling the trigger. Hearing the woman wanting to sully me for freedom, flipped a switch she did not know she had.
However, the other four women hearing what Rain did, sweat-dropped collectively, underestimating how ruthless the FBI agent really was about me.
Soon the police flocked in with some paramedics to save and help the remaining hostages. The Mayor's son lived, and his girlfriend remained untouched, though the girl's mother was the unfortunate woman to be ridden.
Though, I cannot worry about all the evil in the world. Rain spoke with the Detective, and after an hour, we left.

Getting on the road, Rain asks me.
"Where do you want to go?"
I rub her cheek with my fingers and smile.
"It is a bit forward for me to say, but I want to prove this world is real, and my feelings for you, so to your apartment, I want to stay the night with you, and make you mine, if that is fine?"
Rain looks at me and says.
"Then let me prove to you I am right, so listen to your greatest love."
"Rain, you are not as cold as you think you are. And Warm, I am not letting you off as well, you are also mine."
Cold Rain slightly smiles in satisfaction of my words, while Warm inside does not want to see what will happen tonight. No, she really wants to watch, but not receive, at least at first.

After telling Angel I will see her tomorrow night for dinner, I answer all of my other worried lovers, and of course I tell Dan I will be out tonight, so no sleepover. Tonight with Rain is too important to rush.
Hearing I would not sleep over, Ann called immediately, plus she heard my inner voice from earlier, and was secretly worried.

"Sorry Ann, I really need to stay out tonight. I have a lot on my mind, and I would not make you happy tonight. Let me take care of something important. I promise to make it up to you later."
[Man, I am feeling bad now... But, I just have to be with Rain tonight, or my heart won't settle, sigh. Being a scumbag has bad days.]
