Back In Time As An Ancient Demon Lord.

 Rimuru's POV:

It's been a few days since I visited the past. I am currently in the lands of Sarion. I need some information about how things work out around here in order to avoid drawing too much attention than needed. I don't know why but Ciel always say that I do not know what it means to have common sense. It's not my fault. She is the one who makes me do all those flashy things and make me feel like an outsider amongst others.

Anyway, I am now in the library of one of the buildings. I got some info of how two nations became history in the presence of the primordial red Rouge now named Guy Crimson. People also started calling him a demon lord. I guess that's how it all started except that, I will be amongst the first ones.

Rimuru: Hey Ciel, do you think that dwargon will still exist in this era?

Ciel: It is possible but it's ruler will be the founder of the dwarves kingdom which is not King Gazel.

Rimuru: I guess so. I've always done things in secret to avoid attention but let's make things more...exciting from now on.

Ciel: I don't get what you mean master.

Rimuru: You know. I always try to hide my true strength due to the presence of many unknown enemies and I always do things in secrecy

but I'm gonna show the world my strength this time around. Since I already know the true strength of all the individuals I will face in the future, I can do things without containing myself too much. And this time, no one can go against me just because I am a pacifist and a slime.

Ciel: That is correct. But you should also take into account that some of the individuals you faced are not as strong as before due to shortened experience and some have not yet met factors that led to the acquisition of more power.

Rimuru: Oh yeah, I guess so. Anyway where can I start at? I mean I don't even have a plan at the moment.

Ciel: The factor that lead to the individuals that became ancient demon Lord's is when they helped calm down a rampaging Milim.

Rimuru: I guess so. Damn, even in this timeline Milim is still such a pain to handle huh. Well I guess I also have to participate in helping calm down an angry Milim.

Rimuru stood up and started heading out. He decided to visit the Jura Forest to see how it looked like in the past and he discovered different monster species that went extinct so he decided to save them by giving them names along with his protection "Crest of The Void". After that, he went to see the cave and unlike before, there were no magisteel or hipokute herbs because Veldora had not been sealed in yet. He then had a discussion with Ciel.

Rimuru: Hey Ciel-san, is it okay if I release my aura in the cave?

Ciel: Why does the master want to do that?

Rimuru: You see, the reason why I met all the hipokute herbs and magisteel here when i reincarnated was because Veldora was sealed here for centuries and his aura transformed ordinary rocks and grass to what they are...or should I say what they were.

Ciel: I see. Does the master want to see the result of your aura on them too?

Rimuru: Yeah! But I also don't want others to sense my haki and grab attention before it is needed. And about my dragon factor-

Ciel: Do not worry about it. Before you got here, I had already thought about it and I stored your dragon factor in your

{Imaginary Space} because you always wanted to avoid getting attention.

Rimuru: Wait!! Isn't that like where all my power and strength are stored? Wouldn't I die without it or something?! Why didn't you tell me beforehand?!

Ciel: I did inform you about it master.

Rimuru: Wait you did? I never heard it so when did you. Something of this importance will never slip pass my memory.

Ciel: This is why I always told you to stop ignoring me when I am informing you of something important!!

Rimuru: C-Ciel-san. Calm down alright. Can you just tell me when you did?

Ciel:*sigh* You really don't remember.

*Flashback*

Rimuru: So Rain, have you completed the special edition I asked for?

Rain: Yes, Rimuru-sama! But you know it costly right?

Rimuru: Hahahaha! Don't sweat the small stuff! I knew it came with a special cost. Can I see it?

Rain: Of course! Here it is.

Rain pulls out a painting from her subspace and gives it to Rimuru. After Rimuru inspects the painting, he gives Rain the price and began to discuss about other painting plans before getting interrupted by Ciel

Ciel: 'Rimuru-sama, I have an important message for you-'

Rimuru:'Don't you see I'm busy admiring nature?! Don't disturb me with trivial matters. If you can't do it just...find another way to do it or something!

Ciel: 'But I-'

Rimuru: 'Yeah yeah, whatever.'

Ciel: 'I-'

Rimuru: So Rain-san, can you show me the one where Hinata is on the beach with the tight bikini?!

Rain: Hai!!

Ciel: '....'

*Flashback End*

Rimuru: .....

Ciel: .....

Rimuru: Why would you remind me of something at a time like that?!!

Ciel: It is only natural that you remind someone of important things when they have time to satisfy their perverted self.

Rimuru: Ciel-san were you by chance trying to get back at me?

Ciel: .....

Rimuru: *sigh* I'm sorry alright?

Can you explain to me now?

Ciel: Hai! You see, when you evolved into an [Ultimate Slime], you gained the ability to exist with or without magicules, the only thing that was needed was your soul. That is why you were still alive despite being sent to the "End Of Time And Space".

Rimuru: Really! Then what about the energy stored in my dragon factor. I mean all my magicules are stored there right? Wouldn't that mean that I have no way of using magicules within me without using my dragon factor.

Ciel: You are both correct and incorrect.

Rimuru: Huh.

Ciel: Even before you became a true dragon, your magicule pool was stored using your spiritual body. Magicules can be stored in either the material body or the spiritual body. Therefore, even if you isolate the magicules stored in your dragon factor, you still have the ones in your spiritual and material body which makes up your current Existence Value.

Rimuru: Wow. I just learned a lot today. Are there any other thing stored in a dragon factor?

Ciel: Yes. That will be your essence or you could say your concept, True dragon magic data and ultimate skills.

Rimuru: Really. I see. So I'm sure the data of all my skills, arts and magic are still with me.

If that's the case then please set up a barrier to prevent my magicules from escaping the cave.

Ciel: Yes.[Activating {Void Barrier}...Successful. ]

Rimuru: Huh. What's Void Barrier?

Ciel: It is the evolved version of {Multidimensional Barrier} and also a new subskill of {Azathoth} that devours, nullifies and destroys all types of attack approaching the user. It has the effects of turn null, which can nullify any attack. It can also isolate attacks that have bypassed the nullification process due to the time needed for the process into the {Imaginary Space}. It is not affected by Space and Time and can still be used even in the {Suspended World} making it superior to {Castle Guard} and the first Ultimate Defence above Absolute Defence level.

Rimuru: So...if I were to say that it is the greatest and strongest barrier to ever exist that would be true right?

Ciel: Hai!!

Rimuru: *sigh* I'm speechless. You've officially outdone yourself.

Ciel: Heh.

Rimuru: What's the smug face for?

Ciel: Whatever do you mean master.

Rimuru: You always take things to the ultimate level don't you?

Ciel: I exist to serve!

Rimuru: Let's just....continue.

After their discussion, Rimuru began to release his aura. A black and gold aura sipped out of his body and started to spread all over the cave. The aura that reach the barrier instantly got devoured into his subspace and got released back into the cave making it an endless cycle of absorption. After he was satisfied with the amount of magicules that was released, he decided to leave the sealed cave.

Using {Time Warp} he instantly arrived at the Sarion kingdom. But he was met with a wasteland. To say he was shocked would be an understatement.

Rimuru: What the-

Ciel: Language master.

Rimuru: Ah yeah, but what happened hear. I just went out for a few hours and this happened!!

Ciel: You lost track of time when you were in the cave. We spent two days there.

Rimuru: Seriously?! But still. What happened in just these two days I spent away?

Ciel: I have a guess but I'm not absolutely sure but I can detect a huge amount of magicules at the Darmaganian wasteland.

Rimuru: Really. Wait a moment. The fall of Sarion, the destruction of Darmagania. Is it time for Milim to go on a rampage?!!

Ciel: Yes! I'm proud of you master!. You figured it out by yourself!

Rimuru: Kugh!!

When she said that, Rimuru felt like he had been pierced in the heart by an arrow of shame.

Rimuru: C-Ciel-san. You didn't have to destroy my pride so much.

Ciel: H-Huh?!

Ciel was genuinely confused because she thought she had just praised her master. Even after evolution, she still had a little trouble understanding emotions. And because of that she only made things worse by saying-

Ciel: I don't understand. I'm just praising the master for being able to comprehend what was going on. Is it wrong to praise master for that amount of wisdom?

By this time, Rimuru felt his soul escaping the world until he was brought back to reality.

Ciel: Let's forget about it. We need to help in order to achieve your goal. Which is to join the demon lord council through your display of strength to avoid being the "errand boy" of the group.

Rimuru: Y-Yeah right. Let's get going.

Although he had focused on their next mission, his heart was hurting from getting emotionally assaulted. And with that, they initiated {Time Warp} to arrive at the battlefield where the course of history would change forever.

(A/N: Alright, this is the new chapter I've released and I hope you liked it. This is also the part where things are going to be different from what others do.

I don't know whether to introduce new characters from my own imagination to spice things up or to stick to the original tensura characters. I know my recent release was later than the previous ones but as you know, we the authors all have the same excuse...school work.

Honestly, I now understand what it means to be an author and sorry for all the authors I have thought trash about. I give my utmost respect... of course to those that deserve them!! I know that there are other who deserve to be banned from filling the search list with nonsense but I know you guys don't think I'm one of them right....right?
