Back In Time As An Ancient Demon Lord.

 Guy's POV:

I've been quite busy ever since I met that Veldanava guy. Honestly I don't know whether to say it's a blessing or a curse.

I was on my own minding my own business when this fat asshole summoned me from the Demon realm. At that time, I didn't even know that there were things called humans existing in the Cardinal World.

He then started blabbering some nonsense about his enemy nation blah blah blah.

Honestly I deserve some praise for not killing him on the spot. The fool was even convinced that his puny little magic was strong enough to hold me captive. That's another reason why I deserve praise.

I want to imagine what would happen if he spoke to Jaune that way. Heh. Anyway I simply obliged a eradicated that nation and then as I heard their screams, I felt azure please from their meaningless effort to scram for help.

I then decided to name myself Guy. Till now, people always tell me that my name is the cringiest shit ever thought of as a name and when I tell them how I got my name, they just go silent.

I mean what's wrong with it. It think I did a pretty good job at it. Well back to reality. After that whole shit, I evolved into a demon peer. Well, after that, I summoned my two demon servants and named them.

They also evolved to demon peers. I then went to get back at that bastard of a man. Hah, i couldn't contain my laughter at the sight of him grovelling pitifully.

I didn't even make an effort to hear his name well. What was it again? Jaleel, jaeel, jale? Meh, whatever. I gave him a chance to speak his last and it was-

Jale: Y-You...do you know who I am?! How dare you?! My magic should have worked!! Why isn't it working?!

Guy: Did you honestly think that what you did could enslave me? Hah! If that is what you call magic then I must say that you are a great insult to Creation itself.

Jale: Don't mock me you vile demon!! YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY YOU DARED TO LOOK DOWN ON ME!!!

And~... he's dead. Damn.that was something. Anyway, after I sent my maids to slaughter everyone in the nation, I felt the souls of the dead get absorbed into me and then I heard the Voice of The World.

[Conditions have been met.]

[The individual Guy will now go through the process of evolving into a demon lord. Upon completion, gifts will be given to all those connected to the host.The harvest festival shall now begin.]

After the whole process, I was evolved into a devil lord. I felt like I was the strongest in the world and no one could defeat me. But one faithful day, I met a being whose unfathomable prowess I could not comprehend. I felt like his aura could instantly kill and resurrect me on the spot infinitely. So I did what any normal person would do...I challenged him and I got my ass handed to me.

I honestly think that all he needed to do was kick a stone and win. I was at least satisfied with myself when I found out that he was the creator of the world and I was able to make him move at least an inch.

When I asked him to end me to avoid servitude, he rather made an interesting proposal that benefited both of us and I ended up agreeing to it. All I needed to do was to become a demon lord that will install fear in the humans to prevent them from stupidly fighting against each other and rather stand united against a common enemy.

After my declaration of being a demon lord, I got confronted by a dragon. But not your everyday dragon, a huge strong dragon. It had a white coloured skin mixed with blue at some parts with sharp spikes sprouting out from it's neck, through its back all the way to the tip of its tail. The dragon also had two horn exposed from its head and golden eyes that seem superior to gold itself.

Dragon: So you are the arrogant red-haired demon I've heard about huh.

Guy: Hm? It seems that I've become quite popular aye?

Dragon: ....

Guy: (What's up with her?)

Before I could think again, I immediately dodged a breath attack that could have put me in a two days recovery streak.

Guy: Oy what gives?! Did I kill your boyfriend? If it's true then I'm sorry so leave already.

Dragon: Tch. As if. Was it not my brother who made you less prideful than you are today.

Guy: Wait you are a sister to that Veldanava guy.

Dragon: Yes. My name is Velzard and I am the frost dragon.

Guy: What does he want with me this time around?

Velzard: I came on for my own reason.

Guy: Oh. And what would that be.

Velzard: I came to see what my brother finds interesting about you. An arrogant demon like you does not deserve brother's attention! You don't even have an ultimate skill, and on top of that, you claim to be a demon lord like you rule the world. I can't find anyone more stupid than you are. Let me see what brother sees in you.

Guy: Great another one of those problem children that have daddy issue or is it brother issue?

Well. That's how our fight started. She had something called an ultimate skill which was way stronger than my unique skill {Pride}, and out of all the people I've fought, she is the second strongest.

After a long battle, I was able to evolve my unique skill to an ultimate skill named "Prideful King: Lucifer". With that, I was able to copy her ultimate skill. She kinda looked surprised so I guessed that this is the highest form of evolution for skills and I got it in the middle of our fight. Even so, I couldn't get the upper hand. Heck! She even stopped time and if not for my newly acquired skill, I might have died.

We later stopped the fight due to her impression of me being changed. She later settled down but not after I convinced her to change herself to a smaller form. She also released her aura a little to prevent weaklings from sticking around and challenging us anyhow.

Some time passed after that incident and it seems that my fun will only increase from now on.

I met a blonde-haired guy along with a blue-haired woman who gave off an air of confidence and lastly, a pink-haired woman who wielded a staff and seemed to be a mage.

The guy brazenly challenged us and ordered us to give out all our valuables. Though that sounded rude, I preferred his honesty unlike others who pretend to be heroes and failed shamelessly. We fought for a while and I must say, he was very impressive for a human. I noticed that he takes pride in his sword and armour so i decided to damage it much to his annoyance but he decided to leave for another day.

In another one of our battle, he asked for my name after telling me his name which was Rudra whilst the blue-haired woman was Velgrynd who was apparently another true dragon. The last woman was his sister Lucia. When I told him my name, he told me that he didn't want to defeat a demon lord with a lame-ass name. So he decided to name me Guy Crimson. When he did that, he passed our due to magicule shortage.

After that, he began challenging me every now and then until I realised something. His ultimate skill seemed to have changed and he became weaker than when last fought. This only continued until I addressed him about it. He said he exchanged ultimate skills with Veldanava. Even from afar, he still manages to trouble me. He then proposed an interesting idea of gathering up pawns that we could use against each other and we were not allowed to participate directly. Since it was an interesting idea, I went ahead with it.

That brings us to today. I got news that the monsters in the Jura Forest have recently gotten stronger but that does not concern me. If they begin to get our of hand, I'll just send some of my pawns to handle that issue.

I am currently thinking about the idea Rudra proposed. He already has a kingdom and he has some pawns that are serving him but I'm still having no one to use which is why he still comes here for a duel.

Veldanava died some years ago and even though he was a pain to deal with, he was still a friend to me so it saddened me a bit. He did leave his daughter behind but the funny thing is that the one he married turned out to be Rudra's sister Lucia who died along with him.

His daughter's name is Milim Nava. She is now living in the eastern empire which is now Rudra's domain. He came to duel with me as usual with his partner Velgrynd the scorch dragon. She fought with Velzard whilst we were fighting each other. During the fight, we all heard something that we never expected to hear.

Rudra: Oi tomato head! Did you plan a secret attack on my nation?!

Guy: You know me better than that!

Velgrynd: Then what is going on?!

Velzard: Someone seems to be doing something in your kingdom.

Rudra: Then let's go check it out!

Guy: Huh. Why do we need to go. It's not my fault if you can't handle your domain well.

Guy says this with a mocking smile whilst Rudra gets irritated by him.

Velzard: This is Milim so I think you should go Guy.

Guy:*Sigh* Fine then, I'll go to your stupid nation.

Rudra: Huh, at least my nation's name isn't as stupid as your cringy-ass name.

Guy: Yeah, yeah, let's get going already. The faster we act, the quicker I kick your ass. Heh

Rudra releases a frustrated sigh before teleporting them out of Guy's domain. When they arrived, all they heard was-

???:DRAGON NOVAAAAA!!!

Acting quickly, they all barely got out of the attack range but the city was a different story. It was completely annihilated along with some of the citizens that hadn't escaped early enough.

Rudra: WHAT THE HELL MAN!!

Guy: Huh. Is that Milim?

They all turned to look and they saw Milim who was in her stampede mode and was destroying anything in her sight.

Velgrynd: I don't know what happened but we gotta do something quick.

Rudra: Guy can you leaf her away from here?

Guy: Yeah. Let me try to see what I can do.

With that, Guy went to try calming her down but the response he got was-

Milim: Die. Die! Die! Die! DIIEEEE!!!!

Guy: Well. There goes my peace offering.

Guy then attacked her but she defended against it easily. He casted his nuclear strike magic at her but one furious scream was enough to dispel the magic.

Guy: I guess I'm gonna have to take it seriously otherwise I may die. Damn you Veldanava!

Milim sent an energy blast filled with stardust towards him but he ducked in time to avoid the blast. When it hit the ground, a massive explosion that could put nuclear bombs to shame erupted, erasing any form of life in the vicinity.

Guy:(Damn!)

In a spit second, Milim appeared before him and assaulted him with thousands of blows but using {Thouht Acceleration} from "Prideful King:Lucifer" along with {Fixation},a subskill he got from "Patience King: Gabriel"he was able to slow down Milim's fist barrage.

He successfully landed a heavy blow to her abdomen sending her far away from the Nasca kingdom into a mountain. He then spoke to Rudra.

Guy: I will try to hold her off! When you meet us, you need to activate that your barrier thingy around us to prevent seriuos damage.

Rudra: Fine!

With that said, they went off at a speed, easily breaking the sound barrier towards the direction he sent Milim to. Meanwhile, Velgrynd releases another troubling news.

Velgrynd: 'Rudra! I don't know what is happening but I spotted Milim's pet dragon rampaging elsewhere, but I am currently busy healing and rescuing the civilians! I sent one of my {Parallel Existence} but I don't want to kill it. Brother left it as a gift for Milim so killing it will only serve to enrage her more!'

Rudra: 'Dammit all!! I'm also bust trying to activate the {Castle Guard} but the population of our citizens loyal to me have greatly reduced, so I'm having trouble maintaining it! Just one mistake and I'm dead!!!'

Velgrynd: 'I'll try my best but please be careful alright?'

Rudra: 'I will. You too.'

The telepathic message ended and Rudra began to run low on magicules.

Rudra: (Why is this even happening right now.)
