Chapter 28: I Want To Report!

Hao Ziqiang never expected that the BOSS would agree to let him be the regional CEO of Xuandao City! This is not just any CEO position; it's the CEO of a future super city, which comes with much greater power than those in ordinary cities. Getting out of the car and taking a moment to gaze at the towering structure before him, Hao Ziqiang took a deep breath and approached the door. After notifying the front desk, a few minutes later, a young man in formal attire approached him.

"Is this Mr. Hao Ziqiang?" the young man inquired.

"It's me," Hao Ziqiang confirmed.

"Hello, I am the assistant of Team Leader Yan. Team Leader Yan is waiting for you in the office."

"Thanks," replied Hao Ziqiang, picking up his briefcase and following the young man. Soon, they took the elevator to an upper floor.

Hao Ziqiang was then led to an office. The young man gently knocked on the door and softly announced, "Team Leader Yan, Mr. Hao is here."

"Let him in," came an old but energetic voice from inside.

Opening the office door and making a gesture of invitation, Hao Ziqiang smiled and nodded at the young man to show his appreciation, then he stepped inside.

The office was small, and behind the desk, an elderly man with some gray hair and reading glasses sat in a chair, engrossed in a book. Glancing up at Hao Ziqiang, the old man waved for the young man to leave and signaled for Hao to sit.

Seeing the old man sitting upright, stern-faced and unsmiling, stirred a slight nervousness in Hao Ziqiang. This was Yan Ji, the leader of the Human League rating investigation team and a top figure in the Human League. Who would have thought that this senior figure would lead the Iron Castle Prison Rating Investigation Team?
