Finally, with a crisp "snap," Fang Chang's armor shattered, disintegrating into purple-black powder that scattered with the wind.

Beneath the broken armor stood an even more terrifying demon spider.

Its shell was still the same purple-black, but its size had increased noticeably, now measuring over three meters in body length with legs extending nearly four meters.

The armor had become even darker and denser. The shield-like forelegs were broader and thicker, while the remaining six spider legs appeared sharper and more lethal.

The most significant change was the ghostly black mist enveloping the entire Ghost Armor Demon Spider, giving it an eerie and ethereal appearance.

Du Hongxue attacked first, retreating as a shadow before morphing back to human form to throw a black energy sphere at Fang Chang.

Fang Chang fixed his eight eyes on her. Most of his previous injuries were caused by her.

As the black energy sphere approached, Fang Chang stepped forward, choosing to take the hit directly.

The sphere struck his forehead, causing him to stagger slightly, dissipating part of the surrounding black mist.

At that moment, his body blurred briefly, and three shadowy clones of the Ghost Armor Demon Spider materialized, lining up beside him.

It was his newly acquired skill, "Shadow Clone."

All four "Ghost Armor Demon Spiders" charged simultaneously at Du Hongxue.

Du Hongxue frowned and quickly retreated in shadow form.

Before she could fully retreat, one of the clones struck her shoulder, disrupting her shadow state.

In her horrified gaze, Fang Chang's eight spider legs snapped shut. The shield-like forelegs clamped her head, while six other legs stabbed into her spine.

An embrace of death.

As Du Hongxue's lifeless body slumped to the ground, Fang Chang raised his gaze toward the hundred-plus human soul masters behind, his eyes gleaming with a hint of mockery.
