Chapter 218: Chapter 218: Xiao Wu's Request

"Set sail!"

With the captain's command, the ship carrying Mu Chen, Xiao Wu, Hu Liena, and the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon began its journey across the vast ocean.

The salty sea breeze filled the air, carrying the briny tang of the open water. For Xiao Wu, who had never ventured onto the sea before, the smell was almost overwhelming, making her feel nauseous.

As the ship pressed forward, both Xiao Wu and Hu Liena found themselves succumbing to seasickness. The endless expanse of water, the seemingly immobile horizon, and the rhythmic motion of the ship played tricks on their minds, leaving them feeling trapped and helpless.

Days passed, and the two women grew weaker, unable to eat or keep anything down. Their pale faces were a testament to their struggle, while Mu Chen spent most of his time resting in the cabin, conserving energy for the trials ahead.

One day, as he awoke from a nap, Mu Chen found Xiao Wu lying on top of him, her bright eyes gazing down at him.

"Xiao Wu?" Mu Chen asked, startled.

"Brother," Xiao Wu said, blushing slightly. "The captain said that the best way to distract yourself from seasickness is to… focus on something else."

Mu Chen raised an eyebrow. "So, your solution is to use me?"

"Mm-hmm," Xiao Wu nodded, her cheeks turning a deeper shade of red. Without warning, she leaned down and kissed him gently.

Mu Chen's eyes widened in shock.

Xiao Wu pulled back, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "Why are you so surprised? This isn't the first time."

Before he could respond, Xiao Wu leaned in again, her lips brushing against his with more confidence.

As Mu Chen hesitated, her boldness grew. She wrapped her arms around his neck, her actions fueled by the strange mix of emotions the moment stirred within her.

"Brother," Xiao Wu murmured softly, her breath warm against his ear, "why don't you just accept me? I want to be yours."

---

Mu Chen's heart raced, but he shook his head. "No, Xiao Wu."

"But why?" she whispered, her voice filled with longing.

"It's not the right time," Mu Chen replied, his voice firm.

"Brother, you've denied yourself with Sister Erlong and held back from the others, even when they clearly want to be with you. I know it's because of your promise to me, and for that, I'm grateful. But I don't want you to suffer anymore," Xiao Wu said, her eyes shimmering with emotion.

Mu Chen sighed. "Xiao Wu, it's not just about promises. Right now, your body isn't ready. Acting too soon could harm you."

"But—"

"No," Mu Chen interrupted, gently cupping her face. "Not now. When you're older and your body has fully matured, then we can talk about it."

---

Xiao Wu blushed furiously but didn't let go of him. Instead, she reached down and guided his hand to rest on her waist.

"Brother," she said shyly, her voice barely audible, "Sister Erlong said this feels… nice. I want to try."

Mu Chen's mind reeled, caught between surprise and disbelief.

"Xiao Wu…" he began, but before he could finish, the cabin door was kicked open with a loud bang.

---

Both Mu Chen and Xiao Wu froze, turning to see Hu Liena standing in the doorway, her expression a mix of shock and embarrassment.

"You…" Hu Liena stammered, her eyes darting between them. The scene before her—a blushing Xiao Wu sprawled on top of Mu Chen, his hand on her waist—was enough to ignite wild assumptions.

"I'm… I'm sorry!" Hu Liena squeaked, quickly backing out of the room and slamming the door shut behind her.

Xiao Wu buried her face in her hands, mortified. "Brother, this is so embarrassing…"

Mu Chen let out a long sigh, shaking his head. "That girl…"

---

Moments later, the door burst open again.

"Hu Liena!" Mu Chen growled, his patience wearing thin.

But this time, Hu Liena's expression was serious. "Mu Chen, this ship—there's something wrong with it."

"Wrong?" Mu Chen sat up, his brow furrowing.

"This isn't an ordinary ship," Hu Liena said, her voice trembling slightly. "It's called the Sea Demon Ship. The captain's name is Haidel. I just remembered—Haidel is the name of a notorious pirate who operates in these waters."

"Pirates?" Xiao Wu interjected, her tone skeptical. "Are you saying we boarded a pirate ship?"

Hu Liena nodded grimly. "I'm afraid so. And it gets worse—they've drugged the food. I realized it too late, and I… I've already been poisoned."

---

As she spoke, blood trickled from the corner of her mouth. Her face was pale, and her body trembled visibly.

"Hu Liena, you…" Mu Chen's expression darkened as he stepped toward her, catching her just as she began to collapse.

"Call… your dragon," Hu Liena murmured weakly. "There are people coming for me…"

Before Mu Chen could respond, a lewd voice echoed from outside the cabin.

"Little beauty, where are you hiding? You've already inhaled the Dragon-Snake Ecstasy Powder, and now there's no escape. Tonight, I'll show you what it means to be a real woman!"

Mu Chen's eyes narrowed, his grip on Hu Liena tightening. He could feel her body burning with fever, her breath coming in short, labored gasps.

"Dragon-Snake Ecstasy Powder…" Mu Chen muttered. His gaze sharpened as he looked down at Hu Liena, noting her flushed face and trembling hands.

"Stay here," he ordered Xiao Wu, carefully laying Hu Liena down on the bed. "I'll deal with them."

Wi

thout waiting for a response, Mu Chen turned and strode toward the door, his aura crackling with barely contained power.
