Its finally time, I’ve just been sitting here for a few hours now. The kids have finished eating the snake, they all got excited after a solid looking one croaked something at them. After that they all seemed to eat faster. Why does he look solid, I don’t know he just does. Anyways its just bones now, looks kind of cool actually, I’m not sure how the bones are still snake shaped. Maybe magic. Weird.

The new skill is just like Fighter, only it doesn’t have the bleed part, but I don’t have blood, it works all the time not just in battle, and it works for allies too. So it’s just better then? I focus on Fighter.

Equipping that title has already started paying off. I stand up and do a little wiggle dance, the kids look at me oddly. Oh well, I’m not gonna not have fun just because they are weird about it. I stop doing my dance once I get bored of it, I’m sure it wasn’t that long. Probably. I look around a bit to make sure no one is staring. It looks like the kids have made about a dozen lines that lead into the bushes, odd. Only one of my children isn’t in line and staring at me, he looks away when I notice him. Strange. Anyways, I should check the new title first.

I puff my chest out in pride. That’s right, they are my babies and I fed and protected them. Let’s ignore the original number was much larger, I don’t want to think about it. Can understand monsters of species I’ve given birth to, does that mean Frogmen? Don’t they just make frog sounds? I’ll have to check it out later. It gives me more Wisdom and Intelligence, I must be super smart now I suppose. I need to check my other new skill too before I get sidetracked.

Does the Breeder Class only give skills related to pregnancy? That can’t be right, it said I would be fighting with my body, like Fighter. Well it did say I’m more attractive so I’ll keep it around for now. It’s not like I need it or anything since I’m already beautiful, but more couldn’t hurt. Probably. I did want to see what my stats look like now after having two classes and a Tier 2. Level 5 should be pretty different from level 1 now right? Status

Oh wow! I’m already stronger than I was at level 15 before and I’m only level 5. I do have more titles now though, and they seem to help a lot with my stats before leveling. My Health, Mana, and Stamina are only not maxed because I just got a lot more stats from leveling, so my max went up a lot. I wonder what they will look like when I’m level 25 again and ready to tier up. Wait, I’ll be losing a ton of stats if I go back to level 1 then. Not like I’ve had too many problems with lower stats, and my Firm skill will be even stronger then. Come to think of it, I haven’t even seen the difference between Tier 1 and 2 for it yet. Will wolves still be able to penetrate my skin with their teeth? Maybe.

I can’t believe Mom did that.

She did a seductive dance for a full 30 minutes, naked, in front of us. We had just become adults capable of breeding, needless to say, my brothers lined up in front of my sisters, who decided to get out of view of Mom since they didn’t believe they could compete. Poor sisters. Anyways, they started mating and I would have joined them, but I can’t keep my eyes off of Mom. Looking at her now as she stares off into space she suddenly seems more motherly and I’m able to shrug off my fear of approaching her and asking the question. None of my siblings got the (Firm) skill from Mom. I tested it out and my sibling’s punches didn’t hurt at all. I think I have the best chance of succeeding.

I notice one of babies approaching me. Can I still call them babies? Do I say children now, would they prefer if I used kids. I can’t decide, maybe I should ask them, no that’s to embarrassing. I’m not sure why, but it is. Oh he’s the harder looking one, maybe he got that from me. Probably, I am amazing.

“Hello Mom.”

He… he… he called me mom. “Eeeeey, my little baby.” I grab him in a tight hug and wiggle him around, I can’t help myself I’m so happy. Wait. I put him down. “You can talk now, that’s so exciting I haven’t had anyone to talk to and it’s been lonely just like my hair patch and I kept talking to stuff and things but they never talked back I had so many questions and no answers. I fought a bunch of stuff and walked around getting smarter and then I had babies from leveling too much so it gave me a quest and then you came out of me with your siblings, you were so small back then. You were all so cute flopping around in the pond, I’m sorry I couldn’t protect your other brothers and sisters I miss them already but I don’t like to think about. I finished the quest and now you all are so big, still not as big as Mommy but that’s ok you’re still my cute babies. You ate that whole snake I watched you all and I’m so proud of you and now you came and called me Mom and it made me so happy so I hugged you a whole bunch and that's about it.”

He has stopped coughing now after my hug. He walks back up to me and hugs me softly, or he could just be weak. If he is that’s ok too because he’s my baby.

“Mom, can I talk to you alone somewhere?” He asks, looking over at the lines of his siblings.

“Sure baby.” I say, patting his head gently. “I need to clean up, I don’t actually like being covered in blood and gross dead stuff piece. Do you know where I could wash off?” I ask him, gesturing at all the grossness covering me generally. He stares at me for a few seconds, maybe he’s thinking.

“Yes, I can smell a fresh water source in that direction. I can take you there.” He points off to my right.

“Ok baby boy lets go. Oh! Do you have a name, am I supposed to name you? I think I remember parents are supposed to name their children, I’m not sure why.” I ask him as we start walking off from the pond area, I would have cleaned in the pond but it’s basically just blood and creature bits now.

“You are an interesting monster Mom, so many questions but you are so powerful. My siblings have named me Chief since I was the only one of your spawn to receive your (Firm) skill. You may call me Chief or Son, I am an adult now and would rather not be called baby so much. I apologize if this offends you Mom.”

I look at him in surprise. “Oh, you got (Firm) from me? That’s a really nice one Son, makes lots of things not hurt me, I’m sure you’ll get strong just like me and that makes me happy for some reason. I’m not a monster though, I’m a Player, at least that’s what the dings and screens told me.”

He looks a bit ponderous, it’s cute, maybe only because he’s my baby. I can still call him that in my thinking and he won’t be able to tell if I don’t say it out loud. Another thing I’m sure of for some reason. Strange. “I’ve never met a Player before, what makes them different from Monsters?” he asks me, and I’m not sure.

“I don’t know, I’ve never met another Player either. I just woke up in this forest a couple weeks ago but I don’t have any memories before that. I know I had a skill that let me talk to and understand other Players when I first woke up, but only got a skill to talk to monsters today.” I tell him my thoughts, I wonder if anything I say makes sense sometimes, but it must because I’m smarter than trees and dirt at least.

“You may ramble a bit, but you are smarter than I thought you were Mom.” I choose to take his words as a compliment. I’m sure they are, Probably.

We finally make our way to the river I came to the pond from, I think. I don’t have a skill for identifying bodies of water. I run to it and jump in, sinking to the bottom. I wiggle around, trying to shake off all the blood and filth. I see him jump in after me, he doesn’t sink to the bottom like me. Must not have inherited that part. Oh well, he’s still my baby. “Blub Blub Glub” I try to talk to him, but talking in water is hard it seems so I’ll just talk to him when I get out. He stares at me for a few minutes while I wiggle and rub myself down to clean off. Probably keeping an eye on me so nothing attacks while I’m distracted, he’s such a good boy.

I climb out of the river, and shake the water off of me. I’m all clean now, extremely white skin check, no blood check, pure black hair in two places check, two pink nipples check, no blood stuck in my belly anti-button check. I flex my muscles checking myself out, all toned, no extra fatness from levels yet. Very nice, it feels so nice to be clean.

“Um Mom, can I talk to you now, not in the open by the river though, it’s dangerous?” My son asks, he seems anxious about something and his face looks redder than usual, is that because he has blood? I’m glad I don’t have any, it seems embarrassing.

“Yeah son, we can go into that small clearing we passed on the way here, shouldn’t take long.”
