Hogsmeade was not having an ordinary day like every weekend when the streets filled with joyful students; the place was in chaos at this moment. This was due to the fact that, until a moment ago, everything was like any other weekend, with students roaming the streets and shops, buying some things and gossiping in their groups. Some were up to mischief with students from other houses, and others drank butterbeer while gathered at the Three Broomsticks making jokes at each other while laughing at the tavern tables.

However, the atmosphere was shattered the moment the first attack came, with a group of ninjas appearing atop brooms, sending magical blasts into the middle of the town. This quickly alerted all the citizens and students, who looked up as a group of people flew over the town and swiftly received those attacks before they could even react, causing shops and windows to explode as the street quickly became rubble with students and residents running away while many in the streets were wounded.

"Haha, let's finish them off!" One of the men flying and wearing a cloak with a hood, exclaimed in a malicious and evil tone, looking down with a smile.

"Remember, don't hurt the pure-bloods, focus only on that muggle-born trash." Another man there spoke, appearing to be the leader.

"Can we use curses?" Another woman exclaimed with a vivid tone.

"Yes, you may kill and torture, but we should capture some. Let's take them to torture them and bring them out publicly later, to show the world what happens to those who come without magic and to show what will happen to those who do not stand with our master," the other spoke.

"Let's go!" He spoke as he began to cast blasting spells, blowing up windows and chunks of building as they passed while they separated, the sky filling with dozens of dark wizards seeking to bring chaos to Hogsmeade.

"This is bad, we have to get out of here!!" muttered a Gryffindor student, as he ran out, abandoning his friends, he just wanted to survive.

However, he didn't seem to have made a good choice when he heard laughter behind him and looked up as someone hooded had targeted him. "Where do you think you're going?" the person on the broom spoke, and the boy, trembling, quickly grabbed his wand to turn around and try anything that would protect him, but before he could react, he received a blow making him leave the streets into an alley, while coughing feeling short of breath on the ground.

He saw his wand fallen and tried to reach for it, but before that, a gust of wind blew on his wand, making it fly away. He looked forward as the person who had attacked him was there now unhooded, showing a smile on a man who didn't seem to have been many years out of Hogwarts.

"Well, I'm going to start having fun with you here..." The dark wizard spoke and began to walk towards the boy, wanting to start torturing him.

"Please... no..." the student exclaimed nervously as almost no one knew what was about to happen in that alley. This was a scene that began to be common everywhere around the village.

"Someone call the teachers!" A student exclaimed on the other side of the town, before receiving a strike from an unforgivable curse, making him fall to the ground screaming while feeling the greatest pain in the world. The other students who saw were frightened and tried to flee from there, unable to even help their friend, just trying to save their own skins.

"Please, don't hurt me," a trembling boy shouted on the ground in another corner, while watching three people dismount from their brooms coming towards him calmly. He wanted to call for help from anyone before they could do that to him.

"Look, there's a mudblood..." They spoke while beginning to enjoy torturing the boy in front of them as they cast green magic.

Elsewhere, a contradictory scene occurred while two dark wizards chasing some running rats turned the corner and entered the main street, but saw a strange sight.

"Hey, look at that girl!" one of the men pointed to a girl with platinum blonde hair looking at a shop while people ran by her side trying to save their lives. The man looked at his companion with a somewhat surprised look, as the girl seemed to be oblivious to the entire war happening around her.

"Hey, you, girl!" the man spoke, approaching, ready to torture the girl. The girl looked back without showing any sign of fear, which left the Death Eaters a bit surprised by that.

She looked for a while and then returned to looking back at the shop window, as if she was searching for something, leaving them even more stunned by being ignored.

"Hey, listen here, girl. Do you not realize that Hogsmeade is under attack?" The man was forced to stop and ask that, as he couldn't believe the calmness this girl was exhibiting.

The girl then decided to respond this time, "I know. The Wrackspurts told me that Hogsmeade would be attacked by bad people," she said calmly.

"They did?" the man asked, despite not knowing what a Wrackspurt was, and continued: "So you know you are in danger, right?" He spoke.

However, the girl shook her head. "No, they also told me I would be fine, that I wouldn't get hurt," she said, as the dark wizards looked at each other before turning back to the girl.

Without thinking twice, both pointed their wands, which began to glow green, ready to use a Crucio and make the girl fall to the ground, moaning in pain. At this moment, although she was calm, the girl raised her hand and covered her eyes. Just as the spell was about to be cast, a shadow emerged in the air behind them, and before they could react or notice the disturbance, another man emerged from that shadow with two blades, aiming directly at their necks from behind, they just started to feel their throat being pierced and blood gushing the next moment.

"AH!!" Both could only let out a scream of surprise, but it was limited to that while their vocal cords were destroyed by the blades, the girl kept her eyes closed, while the masked man pulled his blades out of the necks of both men writhing on the ground; one of these blades transformed into a wand with him using transfiguration in a different way, since no wizard turned their own wand into a weapon, but this hooded man with a mask had developed his transfiguration magic beyond what was expected for a fifth-year student in these last months.

He saw the two bodies having their last seconds of life while they couldn't even speak, even having their wands, they had neither the strength nor even the ability to conjure spells without their words.

The one who attacked them looked at the girl in front of them, she seemed quite calm while keeping her eyes closed, the man nodded satisfied with the girl's behavior and began to walk forward, passing by her.

"You should leave," He said with his voice sounding a bit robotic, and continued moving forward.

The girl turned around no longer able to see the dead people behind her and opened her eyes, breaking into a smile. She didn't see any atrocity, since the Wrackspurts had told her to close her eyes at that moment and avoid seeing blood.

"Thank you, Snape. I knew you would show up," She maintained a sweet smile for the Masked, while Snape stopped at that moment, before just sighing, wondering whether he should be surprised by this or not.

He said nothing and simply transformed into a shadow and left the place. While Pandora saw this and returned to the shop. "Where was that candy..." She said looking in the window. Tired of not finding it, she entered the shop and went up to the counter.

"Excuse me... I wanted to buy some bouncing chewing gum... Do you have it?" She asked while a man came out from behind the counter startled and looked at the girl as if he was seeing something very bizarre, despite Pandora not being unattractive at all.

"Bouncing Chewing Gum?! You want that in the middle of this war!!!" He spoke going back to hide.

"..." Pandora just shrugged and was about to leave, but saw what she was looking for by her side, she picked it up and placed some money on the counter while leaving through the door, bouncing happily amidst the chaos.

Meanwhile, it didn't take long for the screams to be heard even from Hogwarts Castle. During this, a group of students decided to confront them, shielding themselves from a group of Death Eaters in the middle of Hogsmeade's central square, while a group of 15 dark wizards were surrounding more than 40 students, among them was Lily Evans, who kept her shield raised with her fellow students, protecting the underage students in the middle who were so scared they could do nothing but stay paralyzed with fear.

"Look what we have here, a Mudblood! Not many Mudbloods, that's great, after all, we're going to have a lot of fun," one of the 15 Death Eaters laughed and started casting spells, hitting one of the students' shields.

Seeing this, he laughed and began to be more aggressive as more spells hit, until the shield exploded, leaving the student dazed and receiving a blow the next moment, advancing into the crowd while screaming in pain with a Cruciatus Curse passing through his body.

The students became even more frightened by this, Lily frowned as her friends began to tremble with fear; some even left their studies and began to flee before they were hit by another Cruciatus Curse, screaming in the middle of the street.

"It's so good to hear these half-bloods scream in pain," a female voice seemed to take great pleasure in hearing that, walking calmly towards the screaming boy.

Lilly saw this as an opening and cast a spell, catching that same person by surprise. As she was thrown back, falling dazed, the other dark wizards saw this and quickly turned their faces there, starting to launch blows at Lily.

"We have to protect Lily!" a friend spoke. We began to also place the shield in front of Lily, and other students also helped her — including students from Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw. They all leaned on a joint shield while the 14 Death Eaters began to cast spells mercilessly. The shields were broken one by one in the next moment, as an adult was much stronger than the students.

'Are we going to die here...?' Lily couldn't help but wonder, dazed and feeling that she was going to die along with everyone else, already seeing many bodies of dead students around Hogsmeade. It was a horrible situation.

And just as the last shield broke, with the Death Eater ready to start torturing those students, space distorted in front of the students in slow motion.

Spaces swirled with a type of clothing appearing and formed a person pointing a wand and casting a spell directly at that man, making him fall back defeated. The others were surprised and quickly tried to cast more spells, but more spaces distorted one by one. Another 3 people emerged casting spells on the dark wizards, making 4 of them fall back, leaving still 10 of them, but with the number reduced in just a second.

Lily looked forward and was surprised and relieved seeing Professor Flitwick, Professor McGonagall, Professor Longbottom, and Professor Slughorn all appearing in the middle of the square, pointing their wands. The Death Eaters, even having the advantage, were not going to fare well from there.
