Chapter 56: Chapter 56: Guests from the Multiverse

Han Yu returned to his general store and noticed the doors downstairs were tightly shut. He immediately deduced that the gang had likely gone upstairs to play games. Sure enough, upon pushing open the door to the computer room, there they were, immersed in gaming.

Surprisingly, even Wanda had joined in. The three of them had formed a robbery squad, wreaking havoc across Los Santos in the game.

Wanda and Quicksilver were novices, fumbling with the controls, while Ultron, in stark contrast, played as if he had cheat codes activated. His shots were unnervingly accurate, never missing a single target.

"This guy's basically using an official aimbot," Han Yu muttered, shaking his head in exasperation. "If multiplayer mode goes live, he's going to get reported nonstop."

After watching them finish their mission, Han Yu announced, "Alright, that's enough for today. Let's go eat."

Only then did they realize Han Yu had been standing behind them. Ultron and Wanda froze for a moment, while Quicksilver, still reluctant, protested, "We can just order takeout! Why cook ourselves?"

Han Yu smacked the internet-addicted teen lightly on the head. "This calls for a celebration! We've made such an amazing game—it deserves a proper feast. I'm planning a dinner party and inviting some friends. It's a good chance to introduce them to you."

"You've got me intrigued!"

Hearing this, Ultron perked up. He was curious about Han Yu's friends. Considering how powerful their small group was, Han Yu's friends surely wouldn't be ordinary.

"I've always heard the boss's store connects to the multiverse, but I've never seen it in action. Today's my chance to meet these people from across worlds!"

"But I…"

Quicksilver gestured to the computer screen, reluctant to leave. Before he could finish, Ultron grabbed him by the collar. The sight of the towering Ultron lifting the much shorter Quicksilver was almost comedic.

"The boss is introducing his friends, and you think you can skip it?"

"Fine, fine! Put me down! This is embarrassing!"

"Nope. If I let you go, you'll just sit back down. Come with me!"

Dragging the struggling Quicksilver, Ultron left the room, leaving Han Yu and Wanda laughing until their sides hurt.

When they reached the dining room, Han Yu produced a palm-sized bell from thin air. The bell was light blue with a black base, its design similar to an ordinary call bell, but its colors gave it a unique charm.

Han Yu pressed the bell five times in a steady rhythm and then placed it on the table.

With a casual clap of his hands, the dining room's furniture rearranged itself. The large central table split into several smaller ones.

"Boss, what's that bell for?" Quicksilver asked, pointing at it.

"It's a summoning bell, a product from the store. It emits a unique signal that those holding the store's business card can detect. When they hear it, they'll come."

Quicksilver nodded, half-understanding, and stepped aside to process this information. Before he could think further, the room's door opened. The scene outside wasn't the store's interior but something entirely different.

"Manager Han! Long time no see!"

The first arrivals were two familiar faces to Quicksilver—Whitebeard and Ace!

"It's you!" Quicksilver exclaimed, running over with a delighted smile.

"We got word there was a feast happening. Where there's good food, you know we wouldn't miss it," Ace said with a grin.

After them, several more groups arrived.

"Manager Han, it's been a while. I hope you've been well."

A young man dressed in black entered, his laughter filling the room. His presence immediately raised the temperature in the dining area.

According to Han Yu, this man possessed dozens of rare flames from across the world. With a flick of his fingers, he could alter the heavens and the earth. He was known as the Flame Emperor.

"Brother Xiao, Manager Han, I trust you've both been well," he greeted warmly.

After the young man in black, another figure entered—a youth dressed in an elegant blue robe. Although clearly male, his strikingly handsome features and long, flowing aqua-blue hair made him stand out.

"Brother Tang, it's been a while," Han Yu greeted with a smile.

Ultron fixed his gaze on the two newcomers. While neither exuded any obvious aura of power, Ultron had learned that the more unassuming someone seemed in this place, the less ordinary their abilities were likely to be.

Take Whitebeard, for instance. He had casually walked in, striking up conversations left and right, and within three exchanges, he was already asking people if they wanted to be his "sons." If not for Quicksilver's earlier tales about Whitebeard's feats during the Summit War, Ultron would never have guessed that this towering elder could shatter a city with a single punch.

"Han, long time no see."

A strikingly voluptuous woman entered the room, and Quicksilver's gaze froze in place. Her figure was nothing short of astonishing—slim but with exaggerated curves in all the right places.

"How does the boss even know someone like her? And he didn't bother introducing me? I need to find a chance to talk to her later," Quicksilver thought to himself, already scheming.

"Tsunade, you're here too," Han Yu greeted warmly.

It had been some time since they last met, and Tsunade looked even better than before. If no one mentioned it, you'd never guess she was in her fifties.

"So, this is your world? The room design is a bit different from ours," Tsunade remarked, glancing around. Many elements resembled those of Konoha but appeared more advanced.

Han Yu chuckled. "How's Konoha's reconstruction going?"

"Unbelievably fast," Tsunade said, her interest piqued by the topic. "Your people were incredibly efficient. Our builders originally estimated it would take a year or two to rebuild, but your team finished in a month. They worked day and night, and now Konoha looks exactly as it did before!"

Han Yu wasn't surprised by Tsunade's amazement. When he had sent those "helpers" to her, he had anticipated such results.

Rebuilding Konoha in a month was within his expectations—if anything, he thought it had taken longer than it should have. The delay was probably due to Konoha's residents adding their own ideas to the reconstruction process. Otherwise, it would've been finished even sooner.

"Take a seat for now. Later, I'll show you what food from another world tastes like," Han Yu said with a smile.

He continued chatting with the guests as they arrived. Everyone who entered greeted him warmly, a testament to his reputation.

"Boss, so many people have arrived. Aren't you going to start cooking?" Quicksilver sidled up to him, asking. He wasn't trying to boss Han Yu around—it was just that, among their group, only Han Yu could cook well. Without him, feeding this crowd would be impossible.

"No rush. We're waiting for one last person. The ingredients are prepped and ready to go," Han Yu replied before resuming his conversations.

Not long after, the door opened again. This time, the arrivals were relatively normal—a man and a young girl.

The girl's eyes locked onto Han Yu the moment she stepped inside. She strode across the room with purpose, placing both hands firmly on the table in front of him.

"Han Yu! Let's have a food war!" she declared.
