Marvel: I Can Summon

Chapter 35: Chapter 35: Prophet Kyle Online again

Kyle was taken aback. Tony's words didn't quite match his usual tone.

Kyle scrutinized him carefully, noticing Tony's unusually pale face and faint black lines creeping along his neck.

"Palladium poisoning?" Kyle muttered, piecing together the signs.

Tony raised an eyebrow. "What did you say? Also, you haven't answered my question yet."

Kyle smirked. "No problem. Pepper's a bit older than me, but she's beautiful and gentle. If you die, I'll take good care of her."

Tony groaned. "Not like that, you idiot… Forget it. Just promise me, alright?"

Kyle picked up a glass of wine from a nearby cabinet, ignoring Tony's protests about its rarity. "How bad is it?" he asked after taking a sip.

Tony hesitated before answering, "Palladium levels are at 35%."

Kyle nodded, his suspicions confirmed. "I see."

Tony frowned. "How do you know about palladium poisoning?"

Kyle leaned back, casually pointing to his eyes. "Let's just say I have a super ability. I can see fragments of the past and future."

Tony scoffed but seemed intrigued. "Alright, if you're not messing with me, what does the future look like? Do I survive this?"

Kyle's smirk softened. "In the future, you not only survive, but you also develop a new element that's more efficient and clean. It completely replaces palladium and revolutionizes your work."

Tony's face lit up with hope. "Really? That's fantastic. But… wait." His expression darkened. "You shouldn't have told me."

Kyle raised an eyebrow. "Why not?"

Tony began pacing. "Because of the butterfly effect! Knowing this might change my actions, and if my discovery was accidental, I might mess it up by overthinking."

Kyle chuckled. "Relax, genius. Your discovery wasn't an accident—it was inevitable. You're destined to succeed."

Tony paused, relief washing over him. "If you say so… But why didn't you tell me this earlier?"

Kyle shrugged, feigning innocence. "You're a genius, Tony. I figured you'd enjoy solving it yourself."

Tony rolled his eyes. "I'm dying here, man. Help me out."

Kyle sighed. "Fine. Do you still have the model from the 1974 Stark Industry Fair?"

Tony looked confused. "Yeah, it's in Pepper's office. Why?"

"You'll see. Call her and get it."

Tony glanced at Kyle suspiciously. "Can't you just teleport and grab it?"

Kyle smirked, flipping Tony off before vanishing. Within seconds, he reappeared, holding the display model.

Tony stared. "That's convenient."

Kyle placed the mode

l down with a grin. "Get ready to build your legacy."
