Marvel's Magic Master: I Have a Clone in the Harry Potter World!

Chapter 110: Chapter 110: The Three Pillars of Light

As George anticipated, using the Cursed Flute as the wand's core significantly boosted its effectiveness. This new wand, which he proudly dubbed his Masterpiece Wand, amplified his magic by nearly twentyfold.

"Restore to Perfection!"

With the aid of the Masterpiece Wand, the Restoration Spell surged in power. The ruins before him seemed to turn back time, gradually regaining their former grandeur.

Unafraid of exhausting his magical energy, George wielded the wand tirelessly, casting spell after spell. From dawn until dusk, he worked for a grueling ten hours, leaving him dizzy by the end. But at last, the city of Clover was completely restored.

"All done. My work here is finished," George said, retrieving his wand and greeting Ultear and the Council mages before heading to the train station to return to Magnolia.

Even though his magic power remained intact, continuously casting the same spell for ten hours straight was mentally draining. However, he felt that this session had improved his Restoration Spell considerably.

"Strange. It's not Arc of Time. So there really is a restoration magic in this world?"

Watching George leave, a puzzled look appeared on Ultear's face.

After observing him for a full day, she was sure that the magic the feline mage used wasn't the Arc of Time but something entirely unfamiliar.

"If that's all it is, then it's not particularly threatening."

As far as she could see, George's magic was purely supportive—useful for repairs but harmless in battle.

Her Arc of Time, on the other hand, wasn't just about restoration. It featured powerful offensive spells and even the ability to freeze time.

"Tomorrow, Natsu is challenging Erza to a duel. That could be interesting to watch."

On the train back to Magnolia, George leaned back and closed his eyes, slipping into a meditative state to recover his mental energy.

"How'd it go?"

By evening, as soon as he stepped off the train, Guild Master Makarov was there waiting for him at the station.

"Don't worry, Master. The city has been fully restored," George confirmed.

"Hahaha! Well done!" Makarov laughed heartily, puffing out his chest with pride. "Now let's see what excuses the Magic Council will come up with to give me trouble this time.

"Hmph, I'll head there myself in a few days and make sure they properly thank us. If it weren't for our Fairy Tail mages, who knows how bad the situation would've gotten!"

After his laughter, Makarov patted George on the shoulder.

"George, you've earned yourself a big achievement this time. I hear you've been studying light magic. I've created a very powerful defensive light spell—I'll teach it to you when I have the chance!"

"Light defensive magic?"

George's eyes lit up. Most of the light magic he'd encountered in the guild library wasn't particularly strong.

He had only continued studying it because of its divine properties and its effectiveness against dark magic.

"That's right. It's called Three Pillars of Light. It's my strongest defensive spell—so strong that even a Saint Wizard might not be able to break it!" Makarov said, his pride evident.

George immediately straightened up, looking serious.

"Master, if there are any similar tasks in the future, please don't hesitate to call me. Restoring things is my favorite!"

It seemed Makarov had held back when teaching him Giant Magic and Light Magic, keeping his ultimate moves in reserve. It made sense; George hadn't been in the guild for long, and no wise leader would immediately reveal all their secrets.

But if tasks like this could earn him access to powerful spells, a few days of hard work seemed a fair trade.

The next day, on Magnolia's bustling central street:

Erza and Natsu stood opposite each other, surrounded by a crowd of Fairy Tail mages and Magnolia residents.

"Go, Natsu!"

"Queen Erza, teach him a lesson!"

Even before the fight began, the onlookers were already cheering.

Fairy Tail's guild had been a fixture in Magnolia for years, and its mages were well-loved by the townsfolk. Hearing that the Fire Dragon Slayer Natsu was challenging the Titania Erza, many rushed over to witness the spectacle.

"Place your bets! Place your bets! Ten to one odds on Natsu, one to ten on Erza!" Cana, always ready to capitalize on a situation, opened a betting pool.

This stirred up excitement, with both guild members and curious townsfolk placing bets.

Most bet on the S-Class mage Erza to win, but a daring few gambled on Natsu, hoping for an upset.

After all, while Erza had beaten Natsu soundly in the past, he had grown significantly in strength over the years.

"Who's going to win?"

George stood among the guild members, curious about the outcome.

Logically, Erza, as an S-Class mage, should have the upper hand. But Natsu's finishing blow against the Three-Eyed Demon had left a strong impression on George.

That attack had blasted a massive hole in the city.

"Requip—Flame Emperor's Armor!"

Erza appeared, wielding a massive flaming sword and clad in a red, form-fitting suit of armor with twin ponytails.

"That's the Flame Emperor's Armor. It reduces fire magic's effectiveness by half. Natsu's in trouble now," commented Laki Olietta, who used Wood-Make Magic, adjusting her glasses.

The Fairy Tail mages nodded in agreement. Even Happy ran off to change his bet from Natsu to Erza, earning a scolding from Lucy.

"Going up against Erza is always tough," George thought to himself.

Defeating a mage like Erza required overwhelming strength. Otherwise, her arsenal of weapons and armor would prove too versatile.

With the Flame Emperor's Armor, half of Natsu's fire-based attacks would be nullified right from the start.

"Let the match begin!" Makarov shouted, kicking off the duel.

Since Erza's armor nullified fire attacks, Natsu relied on close-quarters combat, channeling his Dragon Slayer flames into his body to enhance his physical strength.

The two clashed at a pace so fast that George could barely keep up, trading blows in a fierce back-and-forth with no clear winner.

"Natsu, you've improved a lot over the years. But it's time to end this!" Erza said, dodging Natsu's onslaught with ease.

In a sudden burst of speed, she appeared behind him before he could react and delivered a precise strike, knocking him unconscious.

Clearly, Erza had been holding back during their fight, only now revealing her full strength.
