Chapter 142: Fullname Dangers
### Chapter 14: *A Mother's Fury*
Kikidori pushed open the door to Yumi and Akuma's room, already sensing something he probably didn't want to see. The muffled noises coming from inside had been all too obvious.
As the door creaked open, Kikidori was greeted by a sight he had grown far too accustomed to: Yumi and Akuma tangled together in bed, completely naked, and clearly finishing up their "adult activities."
Akuma let out a satisfied groan, and Yumi's face turned red as a tomato as she moaned. But when they noticed Kikidori walked in, she quickly yanked the blanket over herself and shoved Akuma off her.
"DAD! What the hell?!" Yumi screamed, her voice shrill and panicked.
Kikidori stood there, leaning casually against the doorframe, his expression unreadable. "I mean... if you're gonna keep doing this every other day, at least lock the damn door."
Yumi buried her face in her hands, mortified. Akuma, meanwhile, looked like he wanted to vanish into thin air.
Kikidori gave a lazy shrug. "I don't care what you two do, but for fuck's sake, spare me the visuals. That's your *third* time this week. At this rate, you're gonna end up with kids of your own, and I am *not* babysitting."
Before Yumi could yell something back, there was another sound—a much more ominous one.
*The sound of footsteps.*
"Oh shit," Yumi whispered, her eyes going wide.
Ere'ana stepped into the room, her presence immediately shifting the atmosphere. The air felt heavier, like a storm brewing on the horizon. Her normally serene face was twisted into something dark, something furious.
"What... is this?" Ere'ana's voice was low, cold, and controlled, but there was no mistaking the rage simmering beneath her words.
"Mom, wait! It's not what it looks like!" Yumi stammered, pulling the blanket tighter around her.
Ere'ana's eyes snapped to her daughter, narrowing dangerously. "Yumi Kidora."
Yumi froze. She hated when her mother used her full name. It was like being called into the principal's office but a thousand times worse.
"I cannot believe you," Ere'ana continued, her tone cutting like a blade. "You are a *married woman,* and this is how you behave? Acting like some... some wild animal?!"
Yumi opened her mouth to respond, but Ere'ana wasn't done.
"You didn't even have the decency to lock the door!" she snapped, her wings flaring behind her. "What if Kael had walked in? What if he had seen this filth?"
Akuma, who had been silent up until now, tried to speak. "With all due respect, Lady Ere'ana, we're married. It's not—"
Ere'ana turned her glare on him, and Akuma immediately shut his mouth. The temperature in the room seemed to drop several degrees.
"Do *not* try to justify this," she hissed. "Marriage does not excuse a lack of self-control. Especially not in *my* household."
Kikidori, who had been quietly watching the whole thing unfold, finally decided to step in.
"Alright, alright, that's enough," he said, holding up his hands. "Ere'ana, calm down. It's not like they were hurting anyone."
Ere'ana whipped around to face him, her eyes blazing. "Stay out of this, Kikidori! This is *our daughter* we're talking about!"
Kikidori raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, and she's also an adult. You can't expect her to live like a damn nun."
The tension in the room was thick enough to cut with a knife. Yumi and Akuma stayed silent, neither daring to say a word.
Ere'ana took a deep breath, her hands clenching into fists at her sides. "I don't care if she's an adult. There are standards, Kikidori. Standards that I will *not* compromise on."
Kikidori sighed. "Yeah, well, good luck enforcing those. Last I checked, you're not exactly in charge of what people do in their bedrooms."
Ere'ana shot him one last glare before turning her attention back to Yumi. "This conversation isn't over," she said sharply. "We will talk about this later."
With that, she spun on her heel and left the room, her wings brushing the doorframe as she went.
Kikidori lingered for a moment, his gaze flicking between Yumi and Akuma. "For what it's worth," he said, "I think you two are idiots. But hey, at least you're consistent."
And with that, he walked out, leaving Yumi and Akuma alone in the aftermath of Ere'ana's wrath.
