Somewhere in the wilderness of a certain planet. A battle rages between an ordinary soldier and an enigmatic being who seem to be divine given her presence. The being or the woman has yet simply introduced herself, so her name is yet to be known. The woman is simply too powerful and it seems impossible for the soldier to survive. She can shake the ground make it float and turn it into a projectile. There is no ground that saves to step in for the soldier. A gun is simply a mere toy for the woman. Even so, the soldier keeps the fire many bullets toward the woman while jumping around dodging all in the coming attack.
"Is this boss playing with me? her surprise attack earlier is much deadlier than this projectile throwing." A voice beyond the screen could be heard.
The voice belongs to a woman named Aria who is currently controlling the soldier. That's right, the battle takes place inside a game. At least that's what Aria and the others who watch her playing think. In fact, the battle takes place in real-time and in a real place. In one of many infinite realities.
The woman who heard what Aria just said stopped attacking. She then looks at the soldier and says.
"You are right... I simply playing with you... Want me to become serious?."
Aria is surprised by the seemingly self-aware game dialogue.
"Bring it on..." Said Aria.
"Very well... I'll be serious." Said The woman.
A violet light then shines brightly from the woman.
"Reality is subjective. It depends on how the person sees the world"
Slowly, the violet light faded.
"How you see the world?... will shape your reality. That's why ignorance is bliss."
The woman slowly opens her mask, Slowly revealing her face. A beautifully, yet somewhat familiar figure.
"That's..."
Aria is dumbfounded looking at the woman's face.
"Suprise?... this is the reality." Said the woman.
Without giving Aria time to say another word. The woman launches herself to where the soldier at and swings a dagger that suddenly appears in her hand vertically. The soldier manages to dodge it thanks to Aria's quick reflex. But the second attack immediately follows... a horizontal swing. The soldier manages to dodge but at cost of his weapon. The gun he's holding is flung away by the dagger swing. The woman jumps away from the soldier. It seems the sudden attack is over, but... a floating rock launched fast toward the soldier like a bullet. There's no way for the soldier to dodge it. So... the soldier died after being hit.
GAME OVER
That's what Aria sees on the Arcade game screen. But unlike last time, she did not frustrated. Her face that hidden by the mask show confusion. What makes her confused you ask. She is confused because of that woman's face in the game. Why does that woman's face make her confused?. Well, that is because...
"That's my face..." Said Aria.
