One Piece : The Blood Emperor

Mr. 5 and Ms. Valentine glanced at one another as they secretly decided on retreating in the meantime due to Luke's existence. They were yet unable to know his full capabilty so they decided to stay low for now.

Nami checked on Zoro when she noticed Ms. Valentine was flying away while Mr. 5 was grabbing the latter's feet.

"Thunder-"

"Don't, you're going to destroy Going Merry if you do that." Zoro stopped Nami as he pointed where the position of their ship below Ms. Valentine and Mr. 5.

Nami hesitated. Her accuracy over lightning from afar is a bit bad and she may indeed hit Going Merry if she tries to thunder strike the escaping duo.

"What about Luke's task?" Nami asked.

"Don't worry. Insignificant people like them don't enter his eyes. He probably needed those two for inquiry when we already have one." Zoro narrowed his eyes at Vivi and Karoo the duck.

"Alright. I hope they don't overdo it." Nami finally acquiesced as she turned her head to where Luffy and Luke were fighting with a worried face. Normal humans can't tell what's going on out there since it's far away, but she can because of her enhanced detection ability. However, her detection can't pry inside that strange dome made by Luke. They can only feel the slight trembling earth every now and then.

...

Ten minutes later...

BOOOOM! BOOOOOM! BOOOOOM!

Luke and Luffy exchanged blows equally. Each clash produced shockwave within the domain.

However, Luffy was a disadvantage because his blood was getting suppressed in the Blood Domain.

"I'm surprised you improved so much in such a short time." Luke nodded as he kept on matching Luffy's momentum.

"And yet I'm still struggling to match your power." Luffy gritted his teeth as Luke's punching strengty kept on increasing.

"Oh? Feeling sober now? Heh! But don't relax your guard. We just started." Luke grinned as he added more power to his punch.

Right now, Luffy was starting to feel his 4th Gear wearing off since he's still new to this ability and Luke seems unaffected to his offense at all. He just couldn't fathom the latter's limit at all.

"But if you want to wrap this up now, we can stop." Luke was now pressing Luffy with his overwhelming strength. His speed also increased which made Luffy closing to a passive state.

"Keep going! This isn't my limit!" Luffy shouted as he was trying to ignite his fist with Color of Arms, but it was too hard for him. He needed some pressure of Luke for this one.

He aimed to surpass Luke from the very beginning. However, despite improving his power by leaps and bounds, Luke always faced him with calm demeanor. This gives him more pressure and anticipation than ever. If Luke can be this much powerful, then so was him.

"Alright. I know you have a good foundation now. Block this attack from me. I learned this by observing your Grandpa's skill." Luke distanced a bit as he clenched his fist hard that causes the air to become stagnant and lightning dances the air.

Luffy was surprised that Luke actually met his Grandpa. However he was occupied right now as he felt threatened by Luke's next move.

With no other choice, Luffy pumped his arm with air. He concentrated so hard that a very thin layer of Color of Arms finally coated his giant fist.

Luke's eyes shone when seeing Luffy's move. He grinned in anticipation as he shouted,

"Get ready, Luffy!"

KACHACK! KACHACK!!

"OOOOUUUH!!" Luffy let out a battle cry as he compressed his giant fist.

SWISHHHH!!

"King Kong Gun!!" "Galaxy Divide!!"

ZOOOOM!! CRACKLE! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

The Blood Domain got destroyed in an instant by the sheer impact of two clashing men.

RUUUUUUMBLE!!!!

"What was that?!" Zoro and others saw the night sky got split while dark thunderstorms ravaged the whole island.

"It's Luke and Luffy!" Nami finally detected the two on the other side of the island as she was shocked to the core by how devastating their exchange were.

BOOOOM!!

The humongous cactus-looking graveyard around Luke and Luffy easily crumbled causing more earthquake to the whole island.

"Damn it! Just how strong are these two?!" Zoro sweated as he became even more pressured.

Vivi just stood dumbfounded as she couldn't believe herself plotting against these monsters from the beginning.

Minutes later...

Luke arrived back to the Whisky Peak carrying the unconscious Luffy.

"Did you capture them?" Luke asked Nami.

"Uhh.. They *ahem* escaped." Nami blushed. She failed to capture the enemy which she literally can if she tried.

"Where's the rest? You guys just stood here for minutes while doing nothing? Go wake them up. Let's have a meeting at the ship." Luke was annoyed as he carried Luffy back to the Going Merry.

Zoro and Nami lowered their head in shame. Right, they were in the wrong this time.

The two clearly knew the plot scheme of the people in this place. Yet, they acted on their own while not informing the others.

"Uhm.." Luke paused his steps when he saw Vivi trying to have a word with him.

"On the ship. This is not the place to talk." Luke squinted his eyes at a nearby wall before he continued to walk.

Vivi's eyes lit up. She then proceeded to rescue her confidant, Mr. 9 and Igaram.

Meanwhile, in the dark corner, an eye and ear were sticking on the wall gradually disappearing. However, the eye expressed it's surprise before it vanished.

Going Merry sailed away from Cactus Island...

"What happened? What's going on? Why there's so many dead bodies on the ground there!?" Sanji and the others who just woke up were puzzled and surprised. The vibe was totally different after waking up.

"Yahahaha! My bad! I never thought these people are after our heads and Zoro helped us dealt with them." Luffy laughed as Luke already explained the situation to him.

"What?! I can't believe it! Those beautiful ladies have such ugly side in them?!" Sanji was still engrossed by those coquetish women that he was having indenial.

"Yeah! They were so generous a while ago!" Usopp, Johnny and Yosaku seconded as they shouted in disbelief.

Nami observed Luke from the side as she saw one of his eye twitching in annoyance.

"Ms. Wednesday, what's your business with us?" Luke directly asked Vivi as he ignored Sanji and others clamoring about the event.

"Uh.. " Vivi didn't know where to start. Luke right now was dead serious. Few days ago, she always saw him casually smiling throughout the journey. Right now, she felt his presence so intimidating, especially those crimson eyes of his.

"Let me properly introduce ourselves. My name is Igaram, Chief of Royal Guards of Alabasta Kingdom and this is Princess Nefertari Vivi of Alabasta Kingdom." Igaram said. He continued, "Ms. Nami made an agreement that her team will help Princess Vivi with the rising problem of Alabasta Kingdom."

Mr. 9 is also onboard since he decided to protect Vivi, but right now he was unconscious near Karoo the duck whose also examined by Billy the duck.

"Was it true?" Luke squinted his eyes at Nami. He continued, "You know that we got sold by her to Whisky Island. Who knows what she's up to right now."

"That. I mean, there should be a story why she did that, right?" Nami replied as she glanced at Vivi to justify her actions.

"I had no choice. I'm currently working at Baroque Works and does my job under their instructions. This organization is the one that's plotting to replace our reign and do illegal things in the grand line. I spied on this organization for years and I'm planning to reveal their secrets to the world. However, the boss of this organization found out my real identity and my motive, so he's planning on taking me down for good." Vivi briefly explained her situation to the crew.

"Who's your boss? Is he strong?" Luffy's eyes lit up with interest.

"He.. He's very powerful.. He's a one of the Seven Warlords." Vivi said cautiously. She didn't know if Luffy and others will agree to this request. After all, the government will now focus their attention on them for offending a Warlord.

"Warlords? What's that?" Luffy asked in confusion as Vivi stared at him in dismay.

Luke explained to Luffy about Warlords and how they became the dogs of the World Government.

"Dracule Mihawk we met before is one of those Seven Warlords." Luke added.

Zoro narrowed his eyes. He recalled how he got easily defeated by Mihawk that day as he clenched his fist hard. He swore when they meet again, he will surely be able to win by a landslide.

"Sure! Let's go defeat that Warlord then!" Luffy was fired up.

"W-Wait, Luffy! That's a Warlord we're talking about here! M-Maybe we should.." Usopp was shaking in fear. He saw Mihawk easily minced Don Krieg's giant ship just because it hinders the latter's path.

"Even though we want to help you right away, we can only go island to island while waiting for the magnetic force of our log pose to replenish." Nami said.

"Don't worry, I have a better one-" Vivi took her log pose and presented it to the group. However, she noticed something different as she exclaimed, "No! This! This is not a eternal log pose! This should be a normal log pose! How!? I clearly kept a eternal log pose with me!" Vivi became agitated after finding out.

"Eternal log pose? What's that?" Nami got curious as she asked.

"Eternal log pose is a special compass that will point you to a specific island as it's only function. I have a eternal log pose that should direct to Alabasta Kingdom but it was now missing." Vivi said in a low voice.

Luke just squinted his eyes. He was the culprit as he swapped the one he got from Mr. 9 on Vivi's eternal pose.

"Maybe I can help you with your problem."

Everyone saw a slender young woman with shoulder-length black hair and eyes that have dark, wide pupils.

Her skin was a bit tanned while she wore a cowboy hat.

Vivi's widened her eyes as she shouted in fear,

"You...!"
