A sturdy woman came out of the police station called jessica jenny. apparently, she was the captain for the police station and the most experienced and trusted

"ghost hounds are ghosty type pokemon employed the police station. their goal is to determine imposters by taking a sample of the real person blood before the accident and then taking a sample of yours. there basically a fast DNA checker. and it's your lucky day since the higher-ups knew the situation severity and then took a pokemon that had a blood sample of the young master that you allegedly are "
"How long will it take to arrive?" Avan asked
"A couple of hours," said Jessica jenny
"And what would happen to my sister?"
"She'll be put into the built into daycare in the police station made for children and she will just play with the toys or sleep there for a couple of hours" Jessica jenny replied
A couple of hours later
A freaky looking Gengar came and approached me, while Jessica jenny prickled my hand with a needle. suddenly, the Gengar licked the blood.
"What's it like Gengar?" Jessica jenny said to the Gengar who was smiling
"Gengarrr" Gengar nodded as he pointed to me
"You're free to go then I suppose" Jessica jenny said with a relieved smile. if it wasn't for him she would be in a lot of trouble right now
Suddenly, however, the Gengar auras burst out while looking at my pricked finger with greed in its eyes
"Gengar what's wrong?" Jessica jenny said with a vigilant scare at me "What did you do to it?" she stared at me
"I did nothing I swear" I replied with a confused look in my eyes
suddenly the Gengar swooped onto the blood on the floor like a vampire

"Tangrowth use bind on Gengar and stoutland use a non-lethal bite on Gengar, knock it out" Jessica jenny ordered.
Luckily although that Gengar was strong, it was more attracted to my blood than the surroundings.
tangrowth was able to bind it up while stoutland knocked it out.
Suddenly, she whistled and officer jenny came swarming in.
"secure the Gengar and get it sent out to the researching for the cause"
"And get this young master and his sister temporary housing and put him under house arrest for further investigation"
"Yes captain!" officer Jennys replied
A couple of hours later
5 scientists hushed around the table with a man that was obviously the head of scientists
"What happened?" the head scientist said with a frown on his face looking at the test results of the blood.
"It seems his blood has a mutation that makes ghost type pokemon stronger" scientists agreed
"It seems It also changes the cells of the ghost type pokemon on a molecular level, making them break and reform into stronger ones," another one said
"But the most important aspect is that the Gengar turned into a shiny pokemon when absorbed enough blood. unfortunately, it seems like the Gengar didn't take much blood in so only a small part of his overcoat turned shiny. it also seems like if the Pokemon doesn't absorb enough blood they become unstable and lose their instinct and sanity for a short while."
"Interesting," the head scientist said with a cunning smile
"My orders are to get Shuantal of the elite 4 due to her overall knowledge of the ghost type pokemon category"
"Acess his mental state and see if he can be manipulated into staying in Unova. if any other region knows about this we are done for and he will be assassinated or swayed depending on the region"
