Rabbit Goddess: REVAMPED

~~One Week Later~~

The rest of the days passed away in the blink of an eye and Kaguya found herself standing in front of the Senkaimon along with Ichigo and friends. She had been getting nervous looks from Orihime, Sado, and Ishida, which was not a surprise considering she looked more like a Hollow rather than a human.

“So…” Kisuke trailed off as he inspected the Rukia retrieval group with a hand on top of his hat. “Any questions?” Kisuke asked in a cheerful tone.

“Hey! Are you sure this is safe?” Ichigo asked as he used his foot to poke the Senkaimon gate.

“Of course” Kisuke proclaimed proudly, earning sceptical looks from Ichigo, but he didn’t complain any more.

“Are you guys ready? You will only have a small time frame to step through after I open the Senkaimon. If you fail then you will be left behind as I won’t be able to open the Senkaimon again” Kisuke explained earning nods from everyone including Kaguya and Yoruichi.

“Alright then, let’s get started…” Kisuke said carefully before he clapped his hands and the Senkaimon gate started to glow. After a few seconds, a black gateway finally started to form inside the gateway. “Wait for my call!” Kisuke announced as needed the gateway to stabilize before anyone could enter.

“Now!” Kisuke exclaimed and Ichigo and his friends jumped inside without wasting any time with Yoruichi leading them. Just when Kaguya was about to enter the Senkaimon, Kisuke stopped her. “You remember our deal?” Kisuke asked, earning a snort from Kaguya.

“Yes” Kaguya answered in an indifferent before she finally stepped inside the Senkaimon... It was only yesterday when Kisuke came to her and finally revealed what he wanted from her. It wasn’t much, he simply wanted her to intervene if any of the kids were about to die…

Kaguya was completely fine with that… After all, none of the kids died in the canon and Kaguya was almost certain that the plot was going to remain the same as long as she didn’t change much.

“Hey! What’s that?” Ichigo asked pointing toward a train-like structure heading towards them. Kaguya didn’t even need to look back as she already knew what it was. It was the Koutotsu… Now, Kaguya wasn’t sure if the Koutotsu was powerful enough to kill her or throw her out in some different timeline, but she wasn’t willing to test it.

“That’s Koutetsu. We need to escape before it touches any of us!” Yoruichi exclaimed in panic as she started to run in front of the group. Thankfully, none of the kids argued with her even though they weren’t sure why they were running from the damn thing.

“What would happen if it touches us?” Uryu Ishida asked curiously.

“You would stop existing” Kaguya answered before Yoruichi could say anything, making Ichigo curse loudly. The kids started to run even harder after that.

“Kurosaki-san, it is catching up” Inoue Orihime announced in alarm.

“Keep running, I can see the light!” Ichigo exclaimed. Even without looking back, he could tell that the thing was catching up to them, but he could already see the light and he did not want anyone to look back and waste their time. “We are almost there!” Ichigo screamed in frustration, but in reality, they were pretty far from the exit.

“Santen Kesshun, I reject!” Orihime exclaimed and a triangular shield appeared in front of the Koutetsu, stopping it in its tracks. Meanwhile, Kaguya simply stared at the girl with a glint of incomprehension in her eyes. The girl possessed the power to reject reality, but the girl turned out to be completely useless.

For a moment, Kaguya mused if she should snatch the power from the girl before dismissing the idea… Her power might be interesting, but it was not worth all the trouble…

“I can’t hold on for much longer…” Orihime ground out while struggling to hold the shield. The Koutetsu was incredibly strong. Thankfully, none of the kids tried to do anything foolish like stopping to help Orihime and then the Koutetsu finally managed to break through the shield, creating an explosion.

The kids along with Yoruichi were blasted out of the Dangai, thanks to the explosion while Kaguya simply flew out of the Dangai as soon as the Koutetsu broke through the shield…

Kaguya stared at the kids for a moment before deciding to go on her way, but before she could fly up, someone stopped her. “Where are you going?” Yoruichi spoke up.

“To do my own thing” Kaguya answered, making Yoruichi frown.

“Weren’t you supposed to stay and keep the kids from dying?” Yoruichi asked as she continued to stare at Kaguya with an unimpressed look in her eyes, but Kaguya wasn’t bothered. Yoruichi could glare at her all she wanted, but it wasn’t going to change anything and as for the deal, Kaguya could keep an eye on the kids even from miles afar.

“Yes, and I will be” Kaguya said and flew off before Yoruichi could say anything else. After leaving the kids, Kaguya decided to fly up into the sky so that she could scout the Soul Society. With both the Rinne Sharingan and the Tenseigan, it only took her a few moments to scout the whole place considering, the dimension of the Soul Society was only slightly bigger than Japan.

Kaguya dipped down and decided to travel to District 80 of West Rukongai. There was a fight going on and Kaguya decided to use all the fighters as her test subjects. If her powers were going to work on the residents of Rukongai, then it was going to work on Hollows too. Thanks to Kisuke, she was unable to test her powers after arriving in this world, but she was finally going to address that error.

“All-Killing Ash Bone” Kaguya muttered and shot a bone at one of the men. The man turned into ash before he could realize what was happening. The All-Killing Ash Bone was working as it was supposed to. Now, she needed to test her other techniques… A smile appeared on her face as two Truth Seeking Rods appeared in her hands…

A few seconds later, Kaguya simply stared at the empty battlefield with a satisfied look on her face… All of her techniques and skills were working. At first, Kaguya wasn’t sure if Chakra techniques were going to going to work on these people or not, but unknown to her, all of her techniques contained a small minute fraction of her Reiryoku even before she started to train herself and that was enough for all of her techniques to work.

Not only that, she could simply kill Souls with her bare hands… She could even use the Human Path of her Rinne Sharingan to extract memories from the Souls and kill them when she was done and by killing them, she simply meant dispersing them. Only when she used All-Killing Ash Bones and the Truth Seeking Rods to kill someone, she ended up destroying their Souls.

Now that she was done testing her powers, what was she supposed to do?

Maybe, she could go and grab a couple of Asauchi or some books from the academy but that would draw Aizen’s attention, something she wanted to avoid for the time being, but was it really necessary? Did she really need to play it safe any more? Now that she knew that her powers were working perfectly fine even on Souls, did she really need to care about the consequences?

The answer was no, but still, Kaguya knew that she needed to be careful. She came to this world to take the Hogyoku and learn Soul Techniques... Right now, there were two Hogyokus… Aizen was the first one to invent one while Kisuke was the one who created another one later. Right now, Aizen was in possession of his own Hogyoku, which he had been using to create Arrancars and the other one was hidden inside Rukia’s gigai by Kisuke.

Kaguya decided to remain in the shadows until Aizen had reclaimed the Hogyoku from Rukia… After that, Aizen would be busy gloating and that was when she was going to strike… Then she would use the Human Path to extract his memories to see where he had hidden the other Hogyoku and how to merge the two Hogyoku together. Everything else she would get to learn from him was simply going to be a bonus.

With that plan, Kaguya decided to make her way toward Seireitei and wait for the kids to arrive, so that she could use that distraction to enter the academy and steal books and Asachui…

~~Couple of Days Later~~

Kaguya raised her head when she noticed something crash against the barrier protecting the Seireitei. A small smile bloomed on her face… She was afraid that she would have to wait longer for the kids to arrive, but now they were finally here. Unlike them, it wasn’t hard for Kaguya to breach the barrier… She had simply used Kamui to phase through the wall and she was inside Seireitei.

Seireitei was a huge place so finding a place to hide wasn’t hard at all… After that, instead of wasting her time, she continued to train while waiting for Ichigo and the others to arrive. Kaguya might be able to suppress her Reiastu to minuscule levels, but that did not mean that she had absolute control over her Reiatsu. For that to happen, she needed to improve her control, otherwise, Kido and Hado Spells would remain out of her reach.

“They are finally here!” Zetsu announced giddily, making Kaguya smile fondly as she started to pat his head.

“Yes, my son. Now, it is finally our time to start moving” Kaguya announced and Zetsu started to disappear into the ground with Kaguya following his example. The mother-son duo arrived inside the Academy and as expected, all the trainees were busy gawking at the sky. “Remember, we must find Asauchi. Books are only second priority” Kaguya reminded her son who nodded his head in understanding.

“Sage Art: Wood Clone Jutsu!” Kaguya announced and five Wood Clones popped out of the ground. “All of you know what to do” Kaguya did not need to explain anything as her Clones were already aware of what she wanted. So, as soon as Kaguya finished speaking, her Clones spread out to carry out their tasks. The Clones were supposed to send any books they found to the Kamui dimension and if one of them found the Asauchi stock, then they were to return here and lead them to that particular room.

“Mother, I have found the Asauchi” Zetsu announced giddily.

“Very good, my son. Now, lead the way” Kaguya ordered and Zetsu happily started to lead her. She really needed to do something nice for him, but Zetsu only wanted to serve her… That was the biggest problem. How could you reward someone who simply wants to serve you? However, Kaguya wasn’t willing to give up… She was determined to find something to reward him.

“Here they are” Zetsu said as he opened the room and moved out of the way.

There were only a dozen Asauchi hanging by the wall, but Kaguya was fine with that. At first, Kaguya only wanted to grab two of them. One for herself and the other for Zetsu, but Kaguya was planning to get some followers, so the Asauchi could be useful. After all, there was no way she would return to this world again, just to grab some Asauchi.

For the time being, Kaguya decided to store all the Asauchi she found inside her Kamui dimension and later, she planned to grab one of them to keep on her person and hand another one to Zetsu…

“We are done here” Kaguya announced and started to leave with Zetsu following her. She decided not to wait for her Clones as they were ordered to dismiss themselves as soon as they finished their task and she had no plans to take any more Asauchi in case one of her Clones found another room filled with Asauchi. Now that their task was over, Kaguya simply decided to lie low and keep an eye on the events.

After all, she had made a deal with Kisuke to keep the kids alive… It wouldn’t do if any of them died. In the meantime, she would keep training herself with the help of her Clones and later when the time was right, give Aizen a surprise he would die for…
