I‘I been studying the history of this clan for the last 900 years and I’m pretty surprised that there’s stuff here not mentioned in the boruto series and that they live longer’ he says in his mind

‘Basically the otsutkui clan was never a being in the first place it was a parasite that fed of energy in the galaxy and got labeled as Energy disorder as it grew more powerful when it sucked a planet dry and they got that power from the world tree’ Bale says in his mind 

The world tree was in the central of the milk way galaxy protected by the other 2 clans called Mecha and the Aspects they knew of the energy disorder parasite but one of their higher ups betrayed them and  sneaked in a parasite which fed off its power as it mutated and grew into a being with horns the world tree died but the powers of it got transferred to the parasite, as it grew wisdom he  destroyed the world tree with its very own power but they could now destroy its seed so the mutated Parasite planted it on a plant to see what would happen as countless years passed by it grew into an incomplete world tree but after it got absorbed by the parasite a new changed happened  to the world tree where it grew a fruit which gives immeasurable power.

After the world tree died the other 2 clans came into a peaceful treaty to hunt down the parasite but as it grew order it became more powerful and started to make new beings as the same as him which later called themselves Otsutkui’.

Well now that I know about their history their enemies or should I say our enemies are not as powerful as us but they have some people called Aspects Users that match up to the mid level otsutkui  and the other race called mecha use machines and technology to counter us but they waste to much of their machines just to deal with 3 members

He looks in the mirror as he sees a man with white skin wearing a white robe with black patters with 1 horn coming out the side of his left ear and the other horn in his right ear as he stares in the mirror he stares at his 2 eyes one jogan  and the other one has a golden rinnegan and his 2 hands have a rinnegan in the palm.

‘I been practicing for the last 900 years but all I got so far is 2 horns but at least I got this golden rinnegan with my life on the line’ he says in his mind

He remembers the day where his clan members captured  2 aspect user  with the cost of 2 low levels otsutkui lives that was the hardest fight after he won he noticed that aspect had 2 purple rinnegans he fought with him only using  taijjutsu   Because he knows that the otsutkui are not interested in hard work but I know that’s our weakness, is that  we depend on to much on our Kekkei genkai and our inborn power but I won’t make that mistake because  I know the dangers out there

‘So this is why there tough, they kill our members and steal their eyes but since  they can only capture low levels and mid low levels.

‘Every 50 years a guard  would bring a prisoner here of the other race so I could experience life and death battles while I did have amounts of chakra and proficiency in all elements  I never practice so I didn’t have control over my powers but they changed as I fought with more aspects’

As he walks in the noise starts to quiet down the members stare at him and started whispering 

“I know the Nobel clan was grooming someone but who could’ve thought he would be so young and nonetheless with those eyes” otsutkui members start to argue some stare at him envy, jealousy, and respect

“Quiet!” A man says as soon they who heard it from everyone started to bow down and bela to

“Greetings clan Leader!” Everyone says

“Yes today I welcome one of my greatest weapon please welcome Belashiki!” He says with a powerful voice

“He was born 900 years ago but awakened one of the most powerful eyes of our clan history and a new one that’s never seen before”

Everyone turns to him and stare at him with jealousy 

Belashiki let’s out his aura as the leader nods at him

“I am Belashiki Otsutkui and I serve my loyalty and my power to my clan!” He yells as his aura is gradually increasing

Everyone stares at him while they all are otsutkui there are still power gaps in the clan

“Good thats what I liked to hear, I King otsutkui hear-by command you to go get the chakra fruit on the Planet of demons by sacrificing one of our members to speed it up, there are 2 beings with low level otsutkui powers”  as he says that the giant door opens and he takes off  where 3 more people follow him

As otsutkui they have to have powerful bodies to withstand the cosmic radiation in space and be proficient in space techniques.
