Chapter 12: Noble Family.
"Young master, hurry up." Said the elderly man with white hair and a beard.
"Wait, let me wear clothes first."
"The captain is dead; we need to escape from this fortress." The elderly man is anxious. Someone must have killed the captain and the guards. The weird thing is their corpses don’t have any blood. Without an adept-rank warrior, he can’t guarantee his young master's safety. Now he is regretting not forcing him to go home.
"Don’t worry, we are still the vice captain." The young man still doesn’t realize the danger that he will be facing.
"Young master, our man is ready."
"Where are the bandits?"
"They have been ordered to stop the monster."
On the bed, an unsettled woman wearing a thin dress covers her body with a blanket. The young master grins and gazes at the woman's voluptuous body, suddenly having an idea. "Bring that woman along."
In the courtyard, the bandits try to kill the horned bear, but they can’t even injure the monster. Behind them are armored guards belonging to the young monster. Anyone who tries to flee gets killed by them instead.
A group of armored men arrives with an elderly man and a black-haired man.
"What are you doing? Kill the monster."
"Young master, we should leave." Said the elderly man.
"The monster is alone."
"No, that is a horned bear; even adept rank has a problem killing one."
"Throw that woman and attack the horn bear at the same time!" The young master pointed at the monster.
"Let me do it." The burly vice-captain picks up the woman with one hand.
"Nooo, please spare me!" The woman tries to struggle, but it is futile. The vice-captain throws the woman at the monster.
"Ahhhhhh!"
Hearing the scream, the horned bear looks at the flying human. And swipe it with his claw. Blood splattered, and the woman's lifeless body fell to the ground. At the same time, the bandits lunged their weapons at the monster.
They manage to pierce the monster's thick skin slightly. However, it only caused the horned bear to go berserk. The body gets mauled and trampled to death.
While the bandits get killed by the monster. The young master's face finally changes to one of fear and begins to step back. The armored guard, seeing that, also moves back.
"Young master!" The elderly man shouted They still don’t know if the monster is being controlled by someone.
"Retreat!" Realizing the bad situation. The young master finally concedes. They begin to run toward the fortress gate.
"Wait for us!"
"Run!"
The bandits throw their weapons and flee. However, the horned bear is chasing them from behind. They abandoned people who were screaming for help. Some of them even trip and shove their comrade toward the horn bear to stay alive.

"They are coming," said Clara.
Seeing the armored guards, Levi is not confident in his ability to defeat them. "I will cook your burger if you kill them."
Clara's expression changes, and she shows 10 of her fingers. The burger is two buns with meat and vegetables in the middle. Just remembering the taste makes her salivate; a burger is a food made for God.
Both of them look into each other's eyes like archenemies. After a while, Levi relents. "Fine." Most humans desire money and power. With that, you can control people. For Clara and Ben, it's food.
"Young master, someone is in front!"
"Kill them!"
Clara sprinted toward them and threw a red ball.
"Weak." The vice captain slices at the incoming red ball.
The ball of blood bursts and turns into a blood needle, attacking the armored guards. The burly vice-reaction is fast and he manages to close his eyes. But most people near him are not so lucky.
"My eyes!"
"Ahh, that sting!"
The attack is not powerful, but it has caused them to become immobile. Fortunately, the young master and the elderly steward are behind him. Although he is not an adept rank, he is at the peak of an apprentice rank warrior.
What the vice captain doesn’t realize because he has closed his eyes. A scarred-faced woman with a red sword and horn bear is getting nearer. The bandit corpses are scattered in the courtyard. Most of them can’t even survive one attack from the horned bear.
Levi is observing how Clara fights. She is strong, and Ben has already arrived and begun to massacre the armored guard. Even with the armor, the horned bear managed to kill them. Ben's palm attack is like a hammer hitting steel, causing them to suffer an internal injury.
When the vice-captain can open his eyes. A sword sliced his neck, and blood spurted like rain. Before the body collapsed to the ground.
The elderly man's and young man's faces were pale. The other armored guards try to protect them, but the scarred-faced woman cuts their armor-exposed parts, like in the arm and leg joint areas.
"Stop, we are the Cirean Kingdom. Maysey noble family!" The Maysey family is one of the most powerful noble families in the Cirean Kingdom. Most criminals will run away or ask for ransom when they hear the family name.
"Wait, I am the son of Count Stephen!"
Clara stops attacking and looks at Levi.
Levi makes a throat-slitting gesture. He will not release an enemy. They might come back for revenge later. What he learned from dying so many times is to not trust people. Except if you have something very important to them.
Clara swings his red sword, and with that, the head of the young master with wide-open eyes falls to the ground. Since he was born, everything has been according to his wishes. He never thought that he would die today.
"What have you done?" Screamed the elderly man. He has taken care of the young master like his own son. Tears fell from the elderly man's eyes.
Clara pierces the man's heart with her red sword. The elderly man stops breathing and falls to the ground beside his young master's headless body.
After everything is settled, Levi walks toward them. Their corpses turn into invisible light particles and disappear. What is left are their clothes, armor, and stuff. A few people pretend to be dead or faint, and Levi stabs them with his sword. He can only convert dead people into death points.
"It looks like these people are rich." Levi found several pouches of bags containing bronze, silver, and gold coins. He takes it to be used later, and he is sure inside this fortress must be a treasure vault or goods.
After closing the fortress gate, Levi, Clara, and Ben explored the fortress. With Ben and Clara's help, most humans can’t escape from their detection. They ask several bandit survivors a question about this fortress before killing them.
A few hours later, in the underground prison, there are many people, mostly women and children. The captives, when they heard the footstep, began to shrink their bodies in fear, especially women. How many people who came out of this prison are still alive? They don’t know because the ones that returned are broken mentally and physically.
Two people walked toward the prison cell and spoke. Because of the dim light from the wall torch, they can’t see their faces.
"There are a lot of them." The voice belongs to a man.
"Should we release them?" The voice belongs to a woman.
"The easiest way is to kill them."
"It is a pity to kill them."
One of the smart captives realized something: the two bandits’ speech is different from the usual bandits.
"Who are you? Are you from the kingdom, soldier?"
The two figures ignored him and kept discussing what to do.
"I am a merchant; if you release me, I will reward you!"
The other captives also shouted the same thing. When they realize the two people are not bandits.

Maysey family mansion, a gray-haired man is sitting at the desk while reading some documents. There is a frown on his face. Pondover Forest each year there will be a monster tide.
Since the Cirean Kingdom borders the Pondover Forest. They need to spend a lot of resources to send the army and rebuild the town and city. "Send people to bring him back."
