ALL NOVEL Battle of Fairy Tail
Alice is in her kitchen, wearing some casual clothes. She's humming as she cooks and there is a steaming mug next to her. Alice reaches over to the mug with her right hand which is still bandaged.
Alice:"Ah!"
Alice drops the mug and it shatters on the floor and Alice grabs her right hand.
Alice:"It still hurts."
A light roar is hear outside the kitchen window.
Alice:"I'm fine Amayori, just.... accidently dropped my favorite mug."
Alice takes a deep breath and sits down.
Alice:"I'm starting to regret absorbing all that Ethernano; I'm still slightly sore."
Alice gets up and goes to the window and opens it. She leans out and looks up to the stars shining in the nighttime sky.
Alice breaths in some fresh air.
Alice:"At least Fantasia is soon. I think I'm gonna enter the contest this year."
Alice then turns around and looks to the mess on the floor.
Alice:*Depressed.* "That was my favorite mug."
Everyone is cheering as Max is on the stage holding a microphone.
Max:"The long wait is finally over, Ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to the one and only Miss Fairy Tail contest, where your favorite Fairies fight in a battle of beauty. I'm Max Alors-- Sand Wizard extraordinaire, and I'll be your host for this exciting event."
Everyone cheers.
Natsu, Gray, Happy and Elfman are all sitting at the same table.
Gray looks to Natsu, he's eating some bread.
Gray:"I expected to see Elfman here, but why you?"
Elfman:"'Cause he's a man."
Max:"Now let's meet Entry #1! The exotic beauty who'll drink you under the table any day of the week! Cana Alberona!"
People cheer.
Max:"Now bust out some magic and show us your stuff!"
Cana holds up a deck of her cards and it starts to spin around her.
Max:"She sent her deck spinning. What could she be doing behind all those cards?"
Cana changes into a bikini.
Max:"She changed into a swimsuit!"
Cana:"The prize money can cover my tab."
Lucy peaks her head out from the side of the curtains.
Lucy:"A swimsuit. No fair."
Erza and Alice poke their heads out next to Lucy.
Erza:"That's a clever idea. Maybe I should do the same."
Alice nods.
Alice:"That's a good idea."
Lucy:"You're both in this too?"
Erza:"Whenever I hear the word 'contest,' I get all worked up."
Alice:"I thought it would be fun to join this time."
Lucy cries.
Lucy:"Bye bye, rent money. It's over for me."
Max:"On to entry #2! She may be new to the guild, but her magic is S-Class. A radiant beauty in rain of shine-- Juvia Loxar!"
Juvia changes her clothes.
Max:"And the lovely lady is all set for a fabulous day at the beach!"
Juvia:"Look at me, Gray! Do you like what you see?"
Lucy:"Another swimsuit? Gimme a break."
Alice and Erza nod.
Max:"Next up is entry #3, Fairy Tail's famous centerfold. Her beauty has stolen the hearts of men and women all over then land. Mirajane!"
Mira waves at the crowd.
Max:"Now show us your stuff!"
Mira:"My specialty is transformation magic, so I'll show you a new side of me."
Everyone cheers and Mira changes her face into Happy's face.
Mira:"This is my Happy face. Aye!"
Everyone is shocked then Mira changes her face into Gajeel's.
Mira:"Here's my Gajeel face. Cool, huh?"
Gajeel:"Boo!"
Happy is laughing really hard.
Gray:"Well, I'm glad at least someone's enjoying this."
Elfman:"She's a man?"
Lucy:"Oh, well, less competition for me."
Erza:*Nods.* "Mm-hmm."
Alice:"Mira's transformation magic always impresses me."
Max:"Entry #4! The Fairy Queen who needs no introduction."
Erza:"That's my Cue."
Erza jumps onto stage.
Max:"Erza Scarlet!"
The crowd gets excited.
Lucy:"Wow, she's really popular."
Alice nods.
Erza:"Let me show you a requip you don't get to see every day. AHHH!"
Erza requips.
Lucy:"Gothic lolita?!"
Alice:"It's very nice."
Erza:"Looks like I win."
Macao:"Never thought I'd see her dressed like that."
Reedus:"Oui."
Max:"And here is entry #5! Petite and cute, this Fairy is as smart as she is charming. Let's hear it for Levy McGarden!"
Droy/Jet:"Levy!"
Levy:"Let me show you my solid script."
Levy casts her script magic and words float in the air.
Droy/Jet:"Levy!"
Max:"Here we have entry #6. The sniper with her sights on your heart, the one and only Bisca Mulan!"
Bisca holds up four coin between her fingers. She then throws them up in the air.
Bisca:"Ha! Requip time.
Bisca requips a sniper rifle.
Bisca:"The gunner!"
Bisca shoots and the bullet goes all four coins and she catches then as they fall.
Bisca:"Yee-haw!"
Alzack:"That's hot!"
Lucy:"How can I top that?"
Alice:"It'll be hard."
Lucy:*Sweat drops.* "Thanks for the encouragement."
Max:"Let's move on to entry #7, the knight whose armor shine bright as the sun."
Alice:"Let's go."
Alice requips and she's now holding Fragrant Olive and she jumps onto stage.
Max:"The Fairy Knight, Alice Zuberg!"
Alice:"Let me show you how it's done."
Fragrant Olive glows and the blade turns into golden petals and they cover Alice then they burst out and Alice's is in a swimsuit.
Everyone cheers and Alice smiles.
Alice:"I think I win Erza."
Lucy:"How am I supposed to be that!"
Max:"Now to Entry #8, Fairy Tail's rising star."
Lucy:"Hear we go."
Max:"She shines as brightly as the spirits that guide her way. Lucy Heart--"
Lucy:"Ah! Please don't say my last name out loud!"
People in the crowd start to talk. Lucy waves at the crowd.
Max:"Now show us what you got."
Lucy:"Me and my celestial spirits are gonna do a cheer for you guys."
Lucy pulls out some pompoms and everyone cheers.
Evergreen:"Entry #9."
Max looks around confused.
Lucy:"Hey, hold on-- I haven't even started to do my cheer yet."
Evergreen walks on stage from behind the curtains.
Evergreen:"I am the very definition of 'Fairy.'"
Lucy turns around.
Evergreen:"Not to mention, the very definition of beauty. I'm the only woman here who embodies everything men desire. Therefore, the winner is-- me, the lovely Evergreen. Now this idiotic contest can end."
Lucy:"Ahhh!"
Gray:"Whoa. She's back?"
Elfman:"Then Laxus must be here too."
Lucy:"Can't you go mess up a different contest? Gimme a break here. I really need this prize money!"
Gray:"Lucy! Don't look her in the eye."
Evergreen moves her glasses up.
Evergreen:"I'm sorry, what was your name?"
Lucy looks Evergreen in the eye and she turns to stone.
Mex:"This is bad, everyone, get out of here now!"
People panic and run out of the guild.
Makarov:"What do you think you're doing, Evergreen? You'll ruin the festival for everyone."
Evergreen laughs.
Evergreen:"On the contrary, I think things are just getting interesting."
The curtain behind Evergreen moves up and shows all the contestants turned to stone.
Elfman:"No! Mira!"
Happy:"She got Erza and Alice too?"
Makarov:"Don't be a fool! Return them to normal this instant."
Lighting strikes the stage and Laxus appears on the stage.
laxus:"Well, looks like all your fans decided to head home. Pity, 'cause the party's about to start."
Makarov:"I should've know."
Gray looks to the side and sees Fried and Bixlow.
Gray:"Fried? Bixlow, too?"
Macao:"The thunder legion."
Wakaba:"What the heck are you guys tryin' to pull?"
Laxus:"C'mon, let's have some fun!"
Makarov:"I've had about enough of your nonsense. Turn the, back, or else."
Laxus:"You'd better play nice if you want these ladies to join the parade."
A bright light shines above Lucy.
Makarov:"No, stop!"
Lighting strikes next to Lucy. Then Laxis puts his arm around Stone Lucy.
Laxus:"In other words, I'm taking all of them hostage. Break the rules and I'll shatter these chicks one by one. Or I could just smash 'em all right now."
Makarov:"I'm not amused, Laxus. Stop fooling around."
Laxus:"I'm serious, old man."
Freid jumps onto the stage.
Fried:"I've always wondered who was the strongest in the guild. Now it's time to find out."
Bixlow jumps onto the stage.
Bixlow:"Yeah, let's have some fun."
Babies:"Fun, fun!"
Laxus:"There's only one rule. Who's ever left standing in the end is the winner. It's a fairy Tail battle royale!"
Matsu slams his fist onto a table.
Natsu:"Nice and simple. That's just how I like it. I'm fired up now."
Laxus:"Glad you could see it my way. If nothing else, you got the right attitude."
Makarov:"Natsu."
Natsu:"This is a festival, right? Let's party."
Warren:"Have you already forgotten how badly he beat you the last time you guys went at it?"
Natsu:"I was just a kid back then."
Warren:"What do you mean? That was last year!"
Natsu:"Yeah, but since then I've become a man."
Natsu jumps at Laxus.
Laxus:"On the other hand, I think that attitude of yours is gonna get you into a world of hurt. Why don't you sit back down?"
Laxus shocks Natsu and he sreams.
Gray:"Natsu."
Warren:"I told you so."
Elfman:"He's no man."
Natus falls to the ground and smoke rises from him.
Happy:"Poor guy. He was finally feeling better too."
Evergreen:"Naturally, if you want me to turn the girls back to normal, you're going to have to defeat us first."
Bixlow:"But those odds aren't bad. There's four of us and like a hundred of you guys."
Bixlow laughs.
babies:"Lots of you. Lot of you!"
Evergreen:"You have three hours and not a second more. After that, these pretty statues of yours will be reduced to dust."
Macao:"You kiddin' me?"
Laxus:"All of Magnolia will serve as the battlefield. The fight will begin when, and if, you can find us."
Makarov:"Laxus, how could you?" *Makarov gaintifies.* "I won't stand for this!"
Laxus:"Now now, simmer down, old man. It's all part of the festival right?"
Laxus shines brightly and laughs.
Laxus:"It'll be fun!"
Macoa:"Can't see."
Laxus:"Let the battle of Fairy tail begin!"

(I just want to say I'll be skipping the Edolas arc. I simply didn't care for that arc too much.)
