The Princess of Lucifer

After dropping Issei and Tannin back to the place where they were training Roxanne headed to the place where she dropped Luciana. She thought the two sisters must have finished with their little reunion.

And her guess was right. When Roxanne arrived at the place where Luciana was she found out Grafia had already left. Only Luciana remained as she knew Roxanne would come to pick her up.

“ So how did it go “ Roxanne asked as she looked at Luciana with a smile.

“It went well “ Luciana gave a short answer but her face had a beaming smile.

“ Well I’m glad you finally managed to talk to your sister. And of course I wouldn’t mind if you shower me with a lot of sweets as a thank you, “ Roxanne said with a cheeky smile.

A small chuckle escaped Luciana as she said , “well then I would have no choice but to do my best to bake all kinds of sweets for my mistress “

“ mmm that you should “ Roxanne said, nodding at her repeatedly.

“Well then since it’s getting late, why don’t we head back to Grigori. '' Roxanne said as she looked at the sky where the artificial moon is slowly rising in the sky

“Ok mistress, “ Luciana agreed. She was also a bit tired after going through a rollercoaster of emotions in the last few hours.

“ Well then let’s go “ Roxanne said as she snapped her fingers. Then a dark blue portal appeared in front of them. Then Roxanne walked inside the portal followed by Luciana.

~ Luciana POV ~

In my life there are many things I regret. One of my deepest regrets was dragging my family into trouble by failing to kill Rizeviem. And because of me my father had to go battle in the front lines and died. It was because of me that my sister’s position in the underworld is so unstable.

It is because of this that I did my best to not appear in public ever. Everytime I did something my sister would have to face the consequences. So I did my best to distance myself from the supernatural community.

I was afraid of bringing disaster to my family again. This fear was so strong that before meeting my mistress I couldn’t even use my magic properly. For devils our emotions and state of mind is directly linked to our magical capabilities. If our state of mind is not good then our combat capabilities would decrease.

Even at that time when I was almost killed by the exorcists my final thought was that ‘ with my death I won’t be a bother to my family anymore . ‘

But after my mistress saved me I slowly began to change. Gradually I began to crawl out of the cage that I have trapped myself in. not only did my strength improve I felt my mental strength increase too.

But despite this I simply couldn’t muster up the courage to talk to my sister. Each time I tried to contact her I would hesitate at the last minute. But who would have thought my mistress would chained up and forcefully arrange a meeting with my sister.

And what’s more she as soon as my sister arrived my mistress ran away leaving me all alone facing my sister.

Honestly I was so afraid that my mind was too chaotic to think about anything. Would she blame me for father's death? Would she kill me since I am the reason our family was torn apart ?

These kinds of thoughts flooded my mind that I couldn’t even remember how I greeted her at that time. But then my whole body froze when she suddenly hugged me.

It was then I felt the world turned blurry. I didn't know why but like a dam that was broken I cried in my sister's arms. And while crying I told her everything that was in my heart.

For hours I just stayed there in her arms even though I stopped crying after a few minutes.

Both of them talked. Well it was mostly me answering any questions my sister asked.

It was not until it became dark did my sister reluctantly release me from her hug. We both knew that we cannot stay here forever as both of us have places we need to be.

So under the promise of meeting again my sister left.

After she left I waited there waiting for my mistress who would come back to pick me up. After years of being with her I know she will come back here before going back to Grigori.

And just as I expected she came back after a few minutes past by. And although I didn't say much about the talk we had, my expression may have said everything she needed as Roxanne didn't ask me for more details.

Thinking about it, my life completely changed when I met my mistress. I, a person who hates the Lucifer household, vowed to serve the princess of the Lucifer clan.

Not only did my mistress help break out of my shell she even helped me get stronger than I could hope to if I was alone. And furthermore she helped me mend my relations with my sister.

‘ haa if you keep doing things like this I won't be able to contain my feelings for you ‘ Luciana thought as she blushed a little.

Before the affection she had for Roxanne is at level 4 with the recent events it rose to level 7 or level 8.

‘Haa mistress I will soon confess my feelings for you. But first I need to make the perfect plan. ‘ Luciana thought as an almost imperceptible possessive light flashed through her eyes.

Roxanne who was walking suddenly felt a shiver run down her spine. She looked around in vigilance but found nothing suspicious. There was only Luciana who was walking behind her.

‘Strange did I imagine it. No this must be real. In all the light novels, mangas and web novels I have read taught me something is that I must always trust my instincts. So according to that logic the only reason I felt that shiver might be because someone is about to do something I would dread in the future.

But who could it be? Is it Rizevim ? If it is him then this feeling is normal. It seems my body still instinctively feels terror when it is related to him.

It seems I better do something extra preparations in case he plans anything in the upcoming meeting. Who knows what that bastard is thinking? He may even come to the meeting himself just to terrorise the place. ‘ Roxanne thought as she made a mental reminder to make some extra spells and weapons to give Rizevim as a welcome present.
