That night, I consulted Lucas about the butler situation at the estate in Forte.

It seems Katia’s family’s business went under after her parents passed away, and with no one to succeed it, they passed it to an employee, but things didn’t go well. If Katia had taken over, things might have been different.

Apparently, asking the Commercial Guild for a butler might lead to them laughing at my lack of connections. I also visited the Hunter and Commercial Guilds to introduce myself and explain the situation with Brocken Mountain. Both guildmasters were laid-back and good-natured. You could say they’re easygoing or that they lack any real standout traits.
Afterward, I relaxed by the lake with Mii-chan and Sumire, watching the scenery. The sunset on the lake is beautiful, isn’t it?
