Chapter 51: School Fight
I turned to Vladena and said, "Take good care of her in the office." Then, I stepped out to explore the workspace. I approached Jin Yeong and introduced myself as Vladena's brother.
Jin Yeong welcomed me warmly, and we started chatting. Soon, Kwon Yu-Mi joined us, and Jin Yeong introduced us. We engaged in a friendly conversation, and eventually, I made my way to Jung Da-Jung's desk. Seeing that she was deeply focused on her work, I decided not to disturb her.
I returned to Vladena's office, where she informed me of a troubling development. "Kwon Yu-Mi has written an article claiming that Jung Da-Jung is a divorced woman with two kids and that she got pregnant in high school." She paused, her expression serious. "Kwon Yu-Mi posted it anonymously, not using her original account."
I considered the situation and decided to help Kwon Yu-Mi, as I wanted to include her in my plans. I turned to Vladena and said, "Remove any traces of the online article. Make sure no one can find out it was her."
Leaving Vladena's office, I noticed Jung Da-Jung was missing from her desk. I quickly approached Lim Ja-Young, her friend, who told me, "When Jung Da-Jung found out about the article, she went to the storage room."
I hurried to the storage room and found Jung Da-Jung sitting there, staring at her phone, reading the comments. I walked over to her, took her phone gently, and hugged her, whispering softly in her ear, "Don't look at the comments. Those people don't know you or care about you. They just see everything as entertainment."
I released her and saw tears in her eyes. I wiped them away with my hand and said, "You are an amazing mom. Look at how well you've raised Hong Shi-Woo and Hong Shi-Ah. What do these people know? They just comment on what they want."
Seeing she was worried I said " You should focus on your show today and I will go to school to meet Hong Shi-Woo and Hong Shi-Ah and tell them that you are fine and you can also call them they must be worried about you "
Jung Da-Jung smiled and said " Yeah, I should call them" and she started calling them.
I hurried out of the storage room and activated my invisibility, flying swiftly towards the school. I remembered from the plot that Goo Ju-Sung had said something derogatory about Jung Da-Jung, and Seo Ji-Ho had fought him in defense of Hong Shi-Ah.
Reaching the school, I found Hong Shi-Ah standing with her friends. She had returned from the hospital and seemed to be in good spirits. As I approached, she noticed me and looked my way. I walked up to her and asked gently, "Are you okay? Don't pay attention to the nonsense people are saying on the internet."
As I was comforting Hong Shi-Ah, I noticed Goo Ju-Sung and his friends sitting at a nearby desk, making disparaging comments about Jung Da-Jung. They were saying she was a bad woman and that Hong Shi-Ah would turn out the same.
Infuriated, I strode over to them. I picked up Goo Ju-Sung with one hand and lifted him off the ground, while swiftly kicking his two friends aside. Controlling my strength to avoid seriously injuring them, I glared at Goo Ju-Sung. "What did you say?" I demanded angrily. "How dare you speak about her like that?" I punctuated my words with a punch, sending him crashing to the ground. His two friends rushed to help him up.
I decided to teach them a lesson they wouldn't forget. As I approached, they began to fight back, but they were no match for me. I quickly grasped their hands, twisting until I heard the sickening crack of bones. Their screams echoed through the air.
After breaking the hands of his two friends, I turned my attention to Goo Ju-Sung, who stood frozen in fear. Hong Shi-Ah rushed to my side, grabbing my hand. "Let them go," she pleaded.
I looked at her, my expression resolute. "Even if you forgive them, I never will." I started towards Goo Ju-Sung, who backed away, terror in his eyes. "Don't you know who my dad is?" he stammered. "If you hurt me, he won't let you go."
Without a word, I grabbed Goo Ju-Sung's hands and twisted them hard. The sound of cracking bones filled the air as his elbows dislocated, and he fell to the ground, screaming in agony. I stepped on his legs, breaking them with a swift, precise motion.
The other students watched in horror, their faces pale with fear. Only Hong Shi-Ah and her friends remained calm. Hong Shi-Ah walked up to me, tears streaming down her face, and hugged me tightly. "What are you going to do now?" she asked, her voice trembling.
I gently wiped her tears and reassured her, "It's nothing. Don't worry about it." I knew that Goo Ju-Sung's dad had bribed Choi Il-Kwon, and this incident would give me the leverage I needed to deal with both of them.
Soon, Goo Ju-Sung and his friends were rushed to the hospital. Hong Shi-Ah and her friends stayed by my side for the rest of the day, along with Ok Hye-In, who had joined us.
After school, I took Hong Shi-Ah for a walk to help her relax. In the evening, as I dropped her off at her house, I saw Jung Da-Jung waiting outside. Hong Shi-Ah noticed her mother and called out, "Mom!" She rushed into her arms, hugging her tightly as tears welled up in her eyes.
Jung Da-Jung initially thought Hong Shi-Ah was crying out of worry for her. However, Hong Shi-Ah quickly explained what had happened at school, recounting the fight between me and Goo Ju-Sung.
Jung Da-Jung comforted her daughter, reassuring her that everything would be okay, and sent her inside the house. Then, she turned to me, her expression a mix of concern and disapproval. "You shouldn't have hit him so hard," she said. "You know fighting is bad."
I met her gaze, seeing the worry in her eyes. "I know," I replied. "But when I heard him saying those things about you and Hong Shi-Ah, I just couldn't control myself."
I saw the worry lingering in her eyes, knowing she was concerned about me getting into a fight because of her. I took her hands gently and said, "Walk with me." We strolled towards a nearby café and sat down. "Don't worry, my sister will take care of everything. But there's something I want to ask you."
