Type-Moon, but the Servant is Tom

Chapter 167: Special Service Workers

In fact, the path to the "EUO Super Deluxe Seaside Paradise" center building was not too far away. It was just a few kilometers, and even though they had to be cautious of potential Schrödinger attacks, they arrived at their destination in about half an hour.

Standing in a row, from left to right, were Mashu, Gudako, and Cú Chulainn. They all gazed up at the towering building, with its main color being gold, accented with red. The structure bore a striking resemblance to the iconic Empire State Building in the United States, but it was much taller, surpassing the height of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, by around 80 meters.

Reaching a staggering height of over 900 meters, it unquestionably became the tallest building in the world. But what was most significant was that on top of this already tallest building was an inverted pyramid standing over a hundred meters tall!

Mashu was in awe of the Uruk that emanated from Gilgamesh's residence as she looked up at the towering structure. Gudako pointed to the inverted pyramid at the top and frowned, stating with certainty, "That's where the Lancer-class stables are. Those two are birds of a feather, so I'm sure that's the place."

She couldn't help but mutter, "Evil rich people," while looking at the lavish building.

Comparing her own poverty to the extravagant lifestyle of Gilgamesh made Gudako feel unbalanced. After all, she had to steal even a wig for herself, while Gilgamesh enjoyed a luxurious beachside paradise that resembled a city. The difference was like comparing heaven to a dung beetle in a sewer.

Gudako admitted that she felt envious. Envy made her want to take action and divide the wealth of the rich!

However, it wasn't just Gilgamesh's wealth that Gudako coveted; she also desired the man himself. If she could kidnap Gilgamesh and bring him back to Chaldea, she would undoubtedly be overjoyed.

Just imagining the prospect of acquiring the limited Servant Gilgamesh without spending a single Saint Quartz made Gudako's heart race with excitement.

How to describe Gudako's emotions at the moment? She felt starry-eyed.

Hearing her exclamation, Mashu immediately shifted her attention to Gudako, curious about what had caused her excitement.

"Hey, Mashu, let's go in!" Gudako patted Mashu's shoulder and then swept her hair back before striding towards the entrance of the building called 'EUO Super Deluxe Seaside Paradise.' Mashu nodded vigorously and followed Gudako's lead, and Cú Chulainn also joined them.

But then, they were stopped at the entrance by a Servant. "Why can't we go in?!" Gudako exclaimed, growing angrier by the moment.

"I'm sorry, but I cannot let you in," said the silver-haired male swordsman-class Servant, showing a hint of regret as he bowed slightly to Gudako. Gudako recognized this Servant very well; he was Siegfried, the first gold Saber-class Servant she ever encountered. At that time, she had thought she had pulled Artoria, and she was ecstatic, but when she turned around, she saw Siegfried, and it really spoiled her mood.

If she had pulled any other gold Saber, she might have thought she just didn't get the one she wanted and accepted it. But if it was Siegfried, she always wondered if she should have gotten Artoria, but he just cut in line.

"Let me in! I must see the golden... Gilgamesh! It's a matter of life and death for this world. No matter what you say, I have to go in!" Gudako insisted.

Hearing Siegfried's words, which showed no signs of loyalty, Gudako found it outrageous. Her first reaction was that he was being ridiculous, and the second was that she wanted to force her way in.

Gudako made a move as if to force her way in, but Siegfried did not hesitate for a moment. He waved his hand, and a large sword appeared in his grasp. Then he held the sword horizontally in front of the entrance and lowered his head slightly. "I'm sorry, it's the rule."

"Don't give me any nonsense! I'm even more determined than you are!" Gudako said, itching to do something. Although she wanted to barge in, she eventually decided to follow her heart.

Seeing Gudako seemingly giving up on her plan to confront him directly, Siegfried also put his sword back on the ground, producing a crisp sound. "I'm sorry, but according to the rules, only special workers are allowed to enter the headquarters."

Upon hearing the term 'special workers,' Gudako raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure about that?"

As Mashu heard Siegfried mention the term "special workers," her cheeks turned slightly red, and her mind began to wander into imaginations she wished it didn't go. Sometimes, Mashu really hated her overly active imagination.

"It means the workers employed in this 'EUO Super Deluxe Seaside Paradise.' Based on the common sense bestowed upon us when summoned, they would correspond to the term 'special workers,'" Siegfried explained patiently, not understanding why Gudako and Mashu reacted strangely to the term.

"Oh, so that's what it means," Gudako said, immediately understanding the explanation.

However, Mashu's head hung slightly lower, her cheeks growing even redder. She felt so embarrassed that she thought she could dig a three-room apartment with her toes on the ground. She had misunderstood the term earlier, and if others found out what she had imagined, she might want to move to another planet to hide.

Thankfully, the people around didn't notice Mashu's embarrassment.

"Never mind all these rules, I must see Gilgamesh no matter what!" Gudako stepped forward, her tone determined.

Siegfried pondered for a moment and then said, "If you really want to meet my boss, there is a way."
