Around the time when Yoruto and Sanae are making their lunch, Hikari and Himeji have just finished watching the movie and are walking out of the theater, talking about the film's experience.
"That was amazing, wasn't it?" Hikari said excitedly.
"Yeah." Himeji agreed.
"Comedy-Action films are just the best. That one part with the naked lady was the funniest to me."
"Well, I thought the dog one was better."
"Oh yeah. That one was hilarious. Although, the romance at the end kinda killed the whole vibe of the movie."
"I thought it was... nice though..."
"Eeeeh? No way. There was no chemistry being shown between the hero and the heroine throughout the entire movie. Yet, all of a sudden they became a couple and are living happily ever after in the end. Yeah... As if. Just let the hero be single in the end. He'd be way happier for sure."
"Ha... ha ha... You really hate romance, don't you Hikari?"
"It's not that I hate romance. I just hate it when it's unnecessarily forced in stories which makes you question why the creator even bother with it? It gets annoying, I tell you."
"Ooh... Yeah... I guess you're right..."
"Well anyways, let's go get some lunch, shall we? I know you're hungry already, Himeji."
"Ooh. Then I want sushi!"
Without a moment's waste, the girls head to the nearest sushi train restaurant in the mall and order as much sushi as they can. As for the money, not to worry! Himeji's father gave his daughter a fat allowance to spend for the day. And so, plates started stacking into towers. Garnering a great amount of attention from passing customers and waiters, as they watched one girl devour various sushis and sashimi while her friend played games on her phone after she was done.
Finally, once the show was over, they went to pay and Hikari noticed a certain sign on the counter while Himeji was taking her cash out.
"A couple's discount?" Hikari inquired the staff behind the counter about it.
"Umm yes... It's a special promotion we have going on for this establishment." The staff answered.
"Oh, I see..." A wide grin then formed in Hikari's head. "Then we can have it, right?" She asked the staff with a devious angelic smile, prompting Himeji to look at her as if she has a bad feeling about this.
"I-I'm sorry, dear customer. As the sign pointed out, it's for couples only. So I'm afraid I can't—"
"What are you saying? We are a couple! Right, Himeji?" Hikari interjected the staff, cutting off their explanation, as she turned to Himeji, subtly telling her to join in.
"Eh? HUH!?"
"What? You don't approve of lesbian couples or something? You against the LGBTfuckingQ or something, huh? Is that it!?"
"N-No, Miss... Not at all. It's just that... I can't really be certain if you two are truly... a couple."
"Oh. Is that all? Well then..."
Without hesitation, Hikari suddenly grabbed Himeji close to herself and went in for a big smooch. Tongue in and everything. Damn gurl...
Once that was done, she let go of Himeji, who was knocked out cold, face fully red, and turned to the staff with a smug expression on her face.
Having to witness such a scene before their eyes, the staff behind the counter had no choice but to comply and gave the girls the couple's discount into their bill.
"This is why I told my manager it would be a bad idea. It's like the fiftieth time already! Also kids these days sure are bold..." The staff thought as they inputted the discount code.
Even with that, however, their total bill was still a lot because of how much Himeji ordered. Regardless, Hikari happily paid for it using Himeji's money and left with her friend over her shoulders.
"Thank you for your patronage!"
After that, Hikaro went to find a spot where she can rest until Himeji wakes up. During which, she found a certain magazine while passing by a bookstore.
"What the..."
It was a Starlight Fashion magazine featuring her brother, Yoruto, and the company's top model, Mion, on the front cover.
"Oh yeah...! Bro mentioned that he did help them out a bit during his date with Sis, huh?"
Although she isn't into fashion that is the trendy and expensive type of sort, Hikari just had to buy one copy because her brother was on it.
"Gotta show this to Bro when I go home. I wonder what he's doing with Sis now? Maybe they're doing it? Or maybe they're playing UFO right now?"
She will never know...
