"I have someone to choose," Norton said and then looked at Miles beside him.

"No!" This decision was immediately opposed by everyone. In their eyes, Miles was just a kid with the Awakening Ability, and fighting against the super villain would only lead to his death.

"Why? Don't you know what will happen to you?" Miles protested, feeling underestimated.

"Don't know what?" Penny asked.

In the next second, except for Miles and the Meiben couple, everyone felt a flicker in their bodies and fell to the ground in pain. The sensation was as if the space was constantly squeezing and tearing at them, draining all their strength. It was certainly not a pleasant feeling.

"You can't stay here; you will die if you stay. Norton is right; I should turn off that damn machine."

Peter tried to dissuade them from their verbal attacks, feeling for Miles, the kid who had just become Spider-Man. 

After everyone finished speaking, they surrounded Norton, planning to convince him not to take Miles. The shadow Spider-Man said, "My buddy, you can't deceive yourself like this, he's not ready yet, it's too obvious." "It won't work, he's just a kid. We have to stay and complete the task for him." "Look at his appearance... hmmm?" "Miles?" they called out, noticing that Miles had disappeared, having taken the elevator back to the ground while invisible. "See, he's really invisible."

The weather outside brightened as Norton stood alone at the door, waiting for Miles. After a few hours, Miles's hurried figure appeared in Norton's sight. "Norton, my uncle! My uncle is a prowler! He works for Jin and he wants to kill me!" Miles breathlessly explained all he had learned. "Calm down, Miles, is someone following you?" "I don't think... probably not." But in the next second, Norton's keen Spider Telepathy reacted. He suddenly pushed Miles away, and an explosion erupted where they had stood. Norton was blown away, crashing into a car. "Tsk, I thought I could take two," remarked a young man on a nearby roof, somewhat dissatisfied as he carried RPG rockets. "Dawn!" Miles yelled. The commotion outside drew the attention of the Spider-Men, who ran out to confront the emerging villains.
