And accordingly his actions can be (and will be) stupid. 4)All initial conditions are as in the canon, except for the differences I added: 4.1) Potion of Luck no longer exists. 4.2) The time flywheel and any time travel does not exist. 4.3) Voldemort has wised up, so has the Inner Circle.
