Honkai: You're telling me this difficulty is from Honkai Impact 3?!

Chapter 51: Dinner Time!!

"Himeko, you have to rest well." After the treatment, Shu and the others retreated outside. Theresa, the last to leave, looked back repeatedly, reminding Himeko constantly.

"Okay." Himeko gently touched the bandage on her stomach.

"You have to rest well." Theresa, holding the doorknob, reminded her again.

"Hmm." Himeko twitched her lips and nodded.

"Definitely, you must rest well." Theresa, half of her body already out the door, still said worriedly.

"…" A vein bulged on Himeko's forehead. She looked at the door, took a deep breath, and nodded again. "I know, Theresa!"

"Definitely, definitely, definitely rest well~" The door was almost closed, but Himeko could still see Theresa's blue eyes through the shrinking gap.

"Enough! I won't be able to rest if you don't leave!" Himeko grabbed a pillow from the bed and threw it at the door, closing the last bit of the gap.

"Phew..." Seeing the chatterbox finally gone, Himeko breathed a sigh of relief. Then she grabbed another pillow, pulled the blanket over herself, and lay on her side. "Finally, some rest..."

"Himeko!" But before Himeko could fall asleep, "You must rest!"

Theresa's voice came from outside the door. Himeko's eyes snapped open. She took a few deep breaths, and then slowly closed her eyes again.

Outside, Theresa was pondering. She was wondering if she should raid the room to see if Himeko was really sleeping.

"I think auntie is about to do a surprise inspection," Kiana said quietly to the others. She was watching Theresa hesitate.

"The headmaster, she…" Mei glanced at Theresa, opened her mouth, and came to the same conclusion as Kiana.

After all, she had "colluded" with Kiana a few times. Although she didn't know Theresa as well as Kiana, she knew her well enough.

Theresa hesitating by the door… wasn't it exactly like when she checked to see if Kiana was sleeping at night?

Well, other than their different emotions.

"The headmaster is just worried about Teacher Himeko. After all, Teacher Himeko doesn't have good sleeping habits…" Mei could only attribute this scene to someone who often drank too much and stayed out late at night.

Fu Hua nodded in agreement. She had carried the drunken Himeko back several times…

Bronya was shocked.

Shu heard their whispers, twitched his lips, and didn't know what to say.

"Theresa, let's go." Seeing that Theresa was about to open the door, Shu had to stop her. "Let's go, Himeko is very tired, let her rest for a while."

Theresa stopped, "But…"

"Don't worry, she'll rest well," Shu said, "Bronya's bandaging is very effective, so Himeko shouldn't be feeling that much pain anymore, and after all that, Himeko will probably fall asleep the moment her head touches the pillow."

Theresa looked inside hesitantly. Behind Shu, Fu Hua nodded. Bronya gave Theresa a thumbs-up.

"Okay…" Theresa sighed, and lowered her hand. "I'm just…"

"Too worried, huh?" Shu smiled. "We understand. But Himeko has a blessed life, how could she fall from something like this?"

Theresa nodded. "You're right. Himeko isn't an ordinary person."

"Ahem!" Theresa cleared her throat, and turned her attention to Kiana and the others. "Alright, everyone must not have eaten yet, right?"

"Yes!" Kiana straightened her back and raised her hand, shouting. Shu was startled and quickly shushed her.

Kiana's mouth was covered by Mei and Fu Hua, but her shining eyes were fixed on Theresa.

"Alright, let's get some food. We can have a feast," Theresa said, her voice slightly softer, "If you want to eat something hot, there's a kitchen out back… It uses natural gas."

"Mmm!" Kiana nodded excitedly. Mei sighed, let go of Kiana's mouth, and softly asked, "I'll cook. Does anyone have anything they want to eat?"

"I want Mei's red braised pork!" Kiana whispered.

"Anything is fine." Fu Hua, having learned the essence of China.

Bronya looked up and didn't say anything.

"Hehe, I saw that there were bitter melons." Theresa smiled. "I can also make a bitter melon dish!"

Everyone's attention was focused on Theresa. Bronya stared at her in disbelief, and everyone else just looked helpless.

"What's wrong? Bitter melon is delicious!" Theresa protested, crossing her arms. "It's nutritious and delicious. Isn't that just bitter melon?"

"Theresa…" Shu sighed, Why do I always have to be the one to stop her…, "Let's eat something to quickly restore our strength, something filling."

"Bitter melon also…" Theresa tried to argue, when Kiana's stomach let out a devastating sound.

"Gurgle~"

Shu silently turned around, pointing at Kiana, "Theresa, you don't want your niece to have no appetite because she is too hungry, right?"

Theresa's lips formed a pout. She could only mutter disappointedly and watch as the group excitedly picked out food for dinner.

"Bitter melon is delicious..."

Shu, who was last downstairs, heard Theresa's mutterings full of resentment and couldn't help but shudder.

Well-prepared bitter melon was not bad, but who would be able to enjoy a cup of freshly squeezed bitter melon juice like it's their favorite drink?!

Shu hurried downstairs, joining the group as they picked out food, afraid that if he was a second later, Theresa would pull out a glass of bitter melon juice and have him prove that it tasted good.

It can't possibly be good if it was used as a villain in an animated movie!!

Getting rid of the dangerous thoughts, Shu started to think about what he wanted to eat for his first meal in so long. He remembered that there were still a few pieces of meat that weren't rotten... Last time he was the one cooking, this time, he wouldn't have to. He could enjoy Mei's food…

Wait, wasn't this the second time he was eating Mei's cooking? How come I feel that Mei and I have known each other for so long?
