Hyrule's Brand New-Ancient Monstrosity

Vexalia's POV. (I know I said I would stop, but they're useful so I take that back.)

Entering the temple I immediately ran into a problem as I felt the temperature rise much higher than outside, "Oh my Goddess!" I lamented, feeling the sweat form all over my body and dripping to the floor, "Mistress, I detect this temple is 110% hotter than outside, I suggest taking it slow to avoid overheating." Fi warned, getting my guard up.

Jumping across platforms in the lava, I climbed on a ledge and found a burie red rupee in it, and continuing on I ran into a drawbridge held up by ropes, I cut the two near me with the sword, but the bridge didn't drop, "Fi, surely this isn't an unbeatable ordeal, what's up?" I asked the spirit, "Look up." Fi instructed.

Doing as told let me notice the rope above the bridge, so I grew the beetle out of my hand and sent it to chew the rope, making the bridge open, "I don't get weirded out anymore, good..." I commented as I crossed the bridge into a chamber filled with even more lava and a lizard monster ready to face me.

Pulling out my shield and sword, I swinged my sword in a way that should have let me avoid it's gauntles blocking, but it dodged and punched me with said gauntlet, but luckily I blocked it with the shield, allowing me to swing again, but was dodged once more, but having predicted it, I moved my hand back, letting me hit the lizard and stunning it.

Now I could have just sliced it to death, but getting hit got me petty, so I pushed it in the lava near a fallen statue, with a suspiciously placed bomb flower on it, "Too easy." I commented, pulling out the slingshot and shooting the bomb, intending to blow the statue into a path, but when it blue up it sunk into the lava, "Am I stuck?" I questioned Fi, but then the eye of the statue rolled in the lava and over to me, "Nevermind." I told her as I got on the eye and rolled around the lava.

Making a few stops nagged me a birds feather and a golden skull, then at a broken bridge I used the eyeball to press a button, causing a platform to move up, but since I saw no use for it at the moment, I went back to the entrance and rolled to another path I noticed, and there I saw one of the moles.

"What in the world are you doing?" I questioned with an unamused look, "Oh hey there fella! I was just in the room behind this pile of boulders when I got jumped and they stole my bomb bag!" He explained, pointing to a blocked path, "I ain't going back in there, but ya know what? If you can get that bag it's yours to keep if you want!" He offered.

With an enticing offer and a blocked path, I looked around for a bomb flower and spotted a few behind the gate besides us along with some monsters, "Wanna see something funny?" I asked the mole.

Ledd's POV.

I looked as the girl proceeded to put on a weird dragon mask and crawled through the hole separating us from the monsters, and to my surprise she started growling and roaring that the monsters, making them step back in fear, "Oh God! That's hilarious!!" I exclaimed, making no effort to hide my smirk.

With the monsters distracted, the girl made quick work of them, taking their skull ornaments and horns too for some reason, but she the rolled a bomb flower through the hole in the gate and blew up the rocks, "You got great ideas!" I complimented, "I'll stay here a moment longer if you don't want the bomb bag." I told her and proceeded to get comfy.

Vexalia's POV.

The mole's tone made me want to groan, but I went through the door the bomb revealed access to and entered some sort of arena with two more lizards, so to avoid problems I put on the mask again and acted agressive at them, "FEAR ME BEASTS!!" I yelled to get their attention, but they didn't seem scared unlike the red monster.

Taking advantage of my position, they both rushed me and punched me in the face with their gauntlets, but they shattered upon contact with the mask, this time actually getting them scared, "Hoho!" I laughed as I slammed my shield in their faces and then cut off their heads, "And now-" I stopped talking when I noticed their tail wiggling around.

Seeing that made me shiver in the worst way possible, but I took them anyway, "You need to upgrade stuff Vexalia." I told myself to have the strength to take them, then moving the corpses around until I found the bomb bag, but when I touched it, I once again felt like when I got the sword and learned to control separate pieces of me.

When that was over I felt new knowledge in my minds, to eat the inside of bomb flowers, "...Am I drunk?" I questioned myself as the knowledge of that reassured me that I didn't need the bomb bag for some reason.

Going out, I gave the bag back to the mole, causing him to leave immediately, "Alright, I better get ready to... Eat..." I thought outloud as I went through the cage to 'feast'.

Question: How do you feel about the fact that most of the weapons so far are basically Vexalia's organs?
