Hyrule's Brand New-Ancient Monstrosity

Vexalia's POV.

Landing down on a platform, I immediately felt the air become a lot hotter, "What the hell..." I cursed, "This temperature should be way lower than hte one detected in Eldin's Volcano." Fi informed, no really voicing confusion, but it was clearly there, "It is, I'm trying to figure out why I got the tablet to that hot place before this one." I clarified before taking the ladder off the platform.

Taking a walk around to check the place I found a Goddess Cube and activated it, "...I forgot to take the chests from Eldin!!" I realized making a mental note to go get them later, this might be the second time I felt this stupid, but scolding myself aside, besides the cue I saw a door a few meters away from the platform and went there.

Inside the cave the door led to, I found weird metallic things on the ground, on which something else was placed, "I don't think there's anything like this on Skyloft..." I told Fi wanting an explanation, "These ae mine carts, used to move ores around, they are moved along these rails through magnetic connections, although they stopped working due to age." Fi explained, prompting me to push this mine cart, getting it tofall off a small cliff, "Way back up." I sumed before going down.

Proceeding forward I found a gate without any way to open it, "Great..." Looking around I found another mine cart, but this one held a purple rock. Inspecting it brought no result, but upon further inspection of the room, I saw a sign on the wall that said 'strike the time shift stone to activate it.'

With no other lead, I punched the rock, making it glow cyan and everything around seemed to rejuvinate, "Wow..." I let out in surprise, seeing the sandy cave grow grassy, "Time is a cruel thing..." I commented, noticing it had a limited range, but ooking at the cart I saw it was floating on the rails and pushing it resulted much easier and when I got it to the gate it opened.

"Huh... So in the past, I presume, this is open..." I realized as I kept pushing the cart until I got it upon a pedestal, which seemingly powered it's range, causing it to cover the whole area I was in, also reviving some metal creatures, "Hold on, Gondo has one of these." I remembered, thinking to the broken down contraption on his workbench.

As I approached one of them I noticed it looking at me weird, "Hello... Can you.. Tell me about this place?" I questioned the small metal-thingy, weirded out by it's stare, "Certainly traveler! I-!" He stopped talking gaining a 'suprised expression' which confused me a bit, "Are you oka-" I was asking, but got interrupted, "THE MIGHTY ABERRATION LIVES!!!" It yelled out getting the attention of the rest.

Hearing Mighty Aberration brought me back to the Sealing Grounds where that old woman said the same thing, but right now I had other fish to fry, "What?" I let out in pure confusion and bewilderment, "Oh! It was noted you would have no knowledge of your own existance." The robot thingy said in remembrance.

"You are the Mighty Aberration, a creation designed by the Goddess to bring forth the will of the Hero, we were unsure whether or not your creation would be a success, but seeing you walk, it makes me sure." He explained sounding almost whimsical, which filled me with even more confusion and some conflicting feelings, which made me leave the area.

Entering a cave I leaned on the wall, not being able to think clearly, which made me lash out a bit, during which I saw black, until I started hearing again "Mistress... Mistress..." Fi repeated making me snap out it, where I saw a statue ripped to pieces, the sword shattered into shards of bones, and my arms being bleeding stumps.

Taking a moment to regenerate my arms and the sword, I managed to calm down slightly, "I am detecting you are upset-" Fi said to which I quickly responded "Upset? No! I'm just finding out I'm literally a thing made for one thing! Why would I be upset!?" I ranted while going through the tunnel.

In the path there was sand which I tried walking on, but my foot sank in. After contemplating just... Going down... I shook my head and climbed around it, finding myself in a cavern full of that sand with just a few patches of stable ground. Running across and avoiding sand-electric fish, I reached a path at the and of which was a bomb flower.

Picking up the flower I looked at the wick run down, but coming to my senses I turned it off and ate the insides, having gotten used to the flavor mostly, and going out the door beside me, I reached what could be considered a sand ocean.

Lanayru's Desert.

Before going forth, I sat down a moment and rubbed my forehead, "Mistress." Fi said, letting the intention to get me to open up seep through, "Fine! Why am I doing this!? I thought since this started I was doing it because I wanted to! But now I discover I was created to do this!?" I yelled, getting a huge weight off of my chest.

"...Is this even worth it? Who am I doing this for?" I asked the sword spirit, "Who are you doing this for?" It asked back, which made me remember, "You're right! What the fuck am I thinking!?" I yelled in realization, "I'm not doing this because someone asked me to! I'm doing this for Zelda because I chose to! I want to save my girlfriend!!" I exclaimed, feeling my veing burning.

"GET YOURSELF TOGETHER VEXALIA!!!" I yelled at myself, biting into my arm and tearing off a chunk of flesh, filling me up with grit, "YES!!! I'M COMING ZELDA!!!" I yelled as I started running, but I also felt something in my left eye, but I didn't care at the moment as I was focused on more important stuff.
