Chapter 47 - II
Shi Yi anxiously clutched the iron chain in his hand, unsure if he could restrain Pei Xing.
After Pei Xing finished washing up, he was immediately seized by Shi Yi as he sat on the bed. Pushed down, Shi Yi initiated a passionate kiss, reviving the passion between them. Aside from their intimate moments, it was the first time in a long while that Pei Xing had seen such enthusiasm from Shi Yi. “Baby, do you want to take charge yourself?”
Pei Xing’s large hands gripped Shi Yi’s slender waist.
“Don’t move, I’ll handle it myself later,” Shi Yi said, producing the prepared chains with a clinking sound.
Pei Xing raised an eyebrow. He was feeling quite passionate. Could it be that he was in the passion wave again?
Shi Yi took his two arms and lifted them above his head, securing them with chains. After making sure the lock was secure, he leaned down to kiss Pei Xing, removed his clothes, and ran his hands over his broad chest, noticing the change in his body temperature and reaction. A slight smile of triumph crossed his lips, and his eyes sparkled with success.
“Baby, why are you hesitating?” Pei Xing also sensed a transformation in himself. Observing Shi Yi’s pause, he couldn’t help but urge him. Shi Yi collected his clothes, got off Pei Xing, squatted by the bed, and reached out to pat his face, saying, “Who asked you to trick me when we first got married, huh? Just figure it out yourself.”
After saying that, Shi Yi admired his well-defined and strong abdominal muscles, then turned and headed straight to the couch outside. He playfully rolled on it, thoroughly enjoying himself.
Pei Xing watched his departure, his lips curling slightly. Now he understood why Shi Yi had wanted him to drink the fruit wine. The retribution had arrived.
He reached out, snapped the chain effortlessly, sat up, held the thick chain in his hand, and clicked his tongue. His little baby truly had no concept of strength.
Pei Xing used his hands to split the slender chain into two pieces, then made his way outside. He found Shi Yi on the couch, buried in a soft pillow, chuckling. The corners of his lips curled up, and he pulled Shi Yi into his arms.
Shi Yi was startled, his eyes widening in surprise.
“Aren’t you tied up?!!!”
Pei Xing gazed at him with a deep intensity and a smile on his lips, reminiscent of a predatory beast.
Understanding what Pei Xing meant, Shi Yi’s heart raced. He stammered, admitting his mistake: “I, I didn’t mean it, please don’t do anything rash.”
“Don’t be afraid, baby. I’ll take good care of you,” Pei Xing whispered, his voice hoarse. Shi Yi became even more apprehensive upon hearing this. It wasn’t until his hands were bound that he realized the implications of his actions.
After the effects of Pei Xing’s ‘medicine’ wore off, Shi Yi felt that his waist was certainly not his waist anymore.
.
Zhou Yan and Song Ning were equally astounded. When they awoke the following morning, they were left in shock.
Although Zhou Yan had been adopted by Father Song since childhood, had formed a contract with Song Ning and it was registered with the government, he considered Song Ning to be like a younger brother and a responsibility, he never having such thoughts.
Song Ning had secretly loved Zhou Yan for a long time but had never dared to express it openly due to Zhou Yan’s attitude.
Father Song adopted Zhou Yan partly because he was the son of an old friend and partly to protect Song Ning identity as a hidden shuanger.
In the Dayu Dynasty, two men forming a contract was akin to getting married in a typical family. However, as they couldn’t have children, they were allowed to have separate concubines.
Song Ning, as a hidden shuanger, would never have a child of his own in this lifetime.
Zhou Yan, on the other hand, could marry a woman if he chose and had children of his own.
Song Ning had initially assumed that his life would be confined to following Zhou Yan, witnessing him getting married, having children, and relying on him throughout his life due to his identity as hidden shuanger.
Now, incredibly, fate had allowed them to cross that boundary.
Zhou Yan wiped his face, looked at Song Ning, and spoke cautiously, “Xiao Ning, don’t worry, I’ll take responsibility.”
Song Ning sat up, a trace of ambiguity still visible, his clear eyes fixed on Zhou Yan. His voice was gentle and soft as he asked, “How will you take responsibility? We’ve already formed a contract, what more can we do?”
Zhou Yan glanced at Song Ning’s fair and beautiful body, still marked with traces of their intimate moments. The vivid memory of their passionate encounter from the previous day made his ears turn warm, and he shifted uncomfortably.
Seeing his reaction, Song Ning’s eyes darkened, and he lowered his gaze. He said, “Given my status, I can only depend on you in this lifetime. If you meet someone you like, whether it’s a girl or a shuanger, I won’t interfere. If you decide to have children, I can help you raise them. If you any other thought, just tell me. I will try to accommodate you.” Song Ning took a deep breath, attempting to hide the hint of sadness in his eyes.
Upon hearing his words, Zhou Yan furrowed his brows, tightly pressing his lips together, and remained silent for a long time.
