Way to the Core~4!
Currently, Kyouki was gawking at the sight which was nothing short of a nightmare even though he wasn't in the center of it.
He still was on the sideline constantly exorcizing her friend so she doesn't get influenced by the Abyssal Wizard's presence with his eyes never leaving the battlefield which has taken another shift of turn.
Just some moments ago, he was about to resign from the role he was given and dash there to help Austin. His condition was going severe as time passed due to the barrage of attacks that befell one after another on him.
Cordelia also was urging Kyouki to leave her and help Austin but suddenly her voice came to an abrupt halt as she also gazed upon the sudden change of events.
The Austin who was on the receiving end until now and seemed to be growing close to losing his consciousness or maybe his life any moment now suddenly rose up once again.
But unlike before he wasn't moving at his usual pace. Heck, he didn't even seem to be moving anymore. More like he was teleporting from one place to another as he commenced his offense.
Kyouki had never seen someone fight like that. Austin wasn't using any spell nor even Mana was leaking from him, but still, he was brawling with those Golems like he was thrashing newbie warriors.
His physical might was raised just like his speed and this time he wasn't even caring whether he was getting injured in the process of inflicting damage or not.
He was behaving like a battle-driven maniac who knew nothing more than to annihilate his enemies.
Battle cries resonated as the strong onslaught landed at different corners of each Golem and sent them flying away in different directions.
Austin wasn't just fighting right now. He was overwhelming the battle one-sidedly.
'What have you become Austin… '
_._._
Austin was no more conscious of what he was doing. He was just moving on his instincts with his gaze lifelessly red in bloodthirst.
He could only think about one thing. And that was to annihilate his enemies in order to save his sister.
He no longer felt any kind of discomfort or any injuries. He just let go of the restraints which humans generally have in the name of humanity.
These were his enemies who were restricting him to rescue his sister. There was no point in showing them mercy. They are meant to be massacred in the cruelest way.
**BOOOOM**
As Austin gathered his natural elemental blaze over his hand, he punched the weakest spot of the Golem and turned the whole thing into bits and pieces.
The other Golems started to gather in order to fight efficiently against the human but Austin cared about none.
Before they could have joined forces, he dashed with a speed that exceeded his limitation and appeared in front of one of the random Golems.
Leaping high in the air, he didn't halt before taking out his war hammer and pummeling it down on the Golem's head with sheer force nothing else.
**CRACK**
**BOOOOM**
An audible crack erupted from the weapon because of the Golem's defense but it didn't stop the heaven shattering strike from destroying the head of the Golem and further leaving it lifeless.
Austin never stopped any time as he lunged at the nearest Golem with his spear springing out of his inventory. Using Spear's skill [Penetration] he felt himself spinning in mid-air before his whole body with the weapon started to rotate at extreme speed.
The target was clear and the attack was precise.
**THUD**
Another Golem dropped to the ground after Austin created a small yet impactful hole through the Golem's forehead.
The Spear was burnt enough to be of no more use as Austin threw it away and stood while facing three remaining Golems.
His body was dyed with his own blood and the remnants of the only living Golem he faced. But he wasn't in his sane mind to think about such things.
His bloodlust grew severe as the Golem launched themselves toward Austin from different directions.
Austin leaped once again high in the air before he took out a particular chain from his inventory which was named [Curse Binder].
The chain doesn't require mana, rather the blood of the user in order to show its effect.
Austin thoughtlessly, released the chains toward the three inhumane creatures which got enlarged as it approached its prey and successfully restrained the Golems with ease.
A lot of blood was absorbed in the chains as the binding started to show its effect and the Golems started to erode slowly yet surely. Their struggle to be set free also slowed down due to the effect of 'SS' rank binders.
The only one left was-
[You damn brat!]
The Wizard's face was pale as he suddenly landed over Austin and kicked the teenager's head with his whole might, intending to tear off Austin's head at the time he seemed most vulnerable.
Due to the Curse Binders, even the Wizard was feeling the effect for some reason which made him furious at Austin and so he decided to stop playing around and kill the son of a bitch once and for all.
But it was a mistake on the Wizard's part to think that Austin would let his guard down just because he annihilated some measly Golems.
Due to the force of the kick, Austin's head just only tilted to the right but he remained unmoved much to the older one's fret.
['I have to retreat! ']
The chills of death crept into every fiber of the Wizard as he tried to flee but…
