The extension card increases the duration of my travels in other worlds, though I doubt I'll use it in HSOTD.

Galleons are currency from the wizarding world not particularly useful here.

The Nichirin sword, however, could come in handy if I ever get the chance to travel to the Demon Slayer world.

Take everything. Not looting, since nobody's around to care, but salvaging.
