"It's incredible; where did this come from? This computer is at least hundreds of years more advanced than what we use now," Orochimaru exclaimed, his eyes gleaming with enthusiasm as he watched Shin operate the enhanced version of the Red Queen—a system derived from the Tree Diagram and the Red Queen hardware combined using the Munch-Munch Fruit.

Shin sat there, manipulating the 'implant chip' he had acquired from an unknown Resident Evil boss. The chip was an unexpected boon. 

"There's a wealth of data within this brain chip. I can use it to further refine my body structure. With this, I won't need to study body modifications daily!"

To be honest, Shin's research skills were average at best. His expertise was primarily due to his medical knowledge from two worlds, combined with his Munch-Munch Fruit and medical ninjutsu, which had allowed him to reach a certain level in human anatomy research.

But comparing himself to scientists was out of the question. He couldn't hold a candle to geniuses like Orochimaru and Sasori or even second-rate scientists like Caesar Clown and Queen.

However, body enhancement research was of the utmost importance, and all outcomes directly impacted his growth. He couldn't risk entrusting others with it. 

What if someone with ill intentions embedded a critical flaw in him?

With the brain chip, though, the process became much simpler. Now, he can conduct comprehensive research using the chip, allowing him to find the best enhancement and transformation plans without risk.

Additionally, Shin could utilize the Tree Diagram's network and the Red Queen's computing power. Optimizing and perfecting his body design took only a short time.

Smiling slightly at Orochimaru's enthusiasm, Shin asked, "So? The virtual space should be stable now with the Red Queen, right?"

"More than stable; it's extraordinary!" replied Sasori, his expressionless face barely masking his excitement. "With this computing power and artificial intelligence, I might finally create the perfect puppet! No, perhaps even a true autonomous puppet!"

Shin felt fortunate for obtaining the Tree Diagram. Although it was merely a rudimentary artificial intelligence, unlike the self-aware Red Queen, its computational power was immense—almost a thousand times greater than the Red Queen's!

In the original story, the Tree Diagram was almost omnipotent when provided with specific data, capable of calculating everything from weather predictions to superpower operations.

It just hadn't anticipated being defeated by a certain gluttonous nun (Index)…

Within the hard drive of the Tree Diagram were numerous classified materials from Academy City. Although some of these were damaged from the Dragon's Breath, and others—such as superpower development—were irrelevant in this world, there remained a wealth of foundational research beneficial to Shin.

The primary inspiration for Shin's virtual world came from the Misaka Network and the virtual school district.

The Misaka Network was a brainwave network formed by the electromagnetic powers of 20,000 humanoid "Misaka sisters." This network not only allowed them to communicate but also boosted their collective computing power to the level of a supercomputer.

Remarkably, this ability was fully applicable to the human brain, utilizing the coherent signals of brainwaves—a profound aid to the calculations and functioning of the virtual world.

Though the two worlds differed, and electromagnetic powers couldn't directly correlate to chakra, chakra possessed a unique potential to connect human minds, suggesting the feasibility of forming a brainwave network.

The virtual school district, a virtual world constructed through combined superpowers, mirrored the real world and served as the blueprint for creating the virtual space.

Once the parameters were calculated, replicating real-world physics laws and chemical reactions in the virtual space was straightforward, with minimal computational cost.

There would even be a computational surplus with the human brain's chakra-based computing power.

According to the Red Queen's estimates, this world contained roughly 100 million people, but only 10 million were needed to maintain the virtual world's operation. The rest could be used as reserves.

As a result, the current virtual space needed only an initial computational boost. Once fully operational, it could augment the Red Queen's processing speed.

"Good," Shin said, satisfied. "According to the projections, the virtual space is fully established. Any remaining issues can be identified over time as it runs."

As they spoke, Otsutsuki Hamura examined the groundbreaking device before him. Atop the red chassis of the supercomputer was a spherical object, about the size of a baseball, glowing softly like white jade—the Tenseigan, whose doubled ocular power further amplified the calculations and transformations.

Initially, Hamura claimed he was merely observing to ensure Shin didn't misuse the power, but as the virtual space ninjutsu grew more refined, Hamura's interest deepened. He had become one of its strongest advocates.

"This is truly a revolutionary ninjutsu capable of transforming the world. I wonder what the future holds?"

Even Shin, having experienced the Age of the Internet, couldn't fully predict how the virtual space might elevate the world. Yet he was confident that the world could evolve into a near-sci-fi realm if it ran continuously for a decade or two.

The advances in technology could even eliminate war and famine.

To some extent, as the general knowledge level increased and understanding of information deepened, rates of crime and even the savagery of war would diminish.

It was like how the real world's crime rate dropped significantly once the Internet became widespread—the cost of crime had risen dramatically.

Similarly, With numerous eyes observing and recording everything and a populace enlightened by knowledge, the frequency of crime and the likelihood of war in the Naruto world would significantly decrease.

As the old saying goes, "The heavens see everything." Without a closed-off information system, like the propaganda-driven ideology of Germany during the WWII era, such doctrines would struggle to develop.
