Chapter 63: Chapter 63: Unmasking the Dragons
POV: William
The broadcast started as William stood on the stage of the Human Auctioning House. Around him stood Hancock, Marigold, Robin, and Sandersonia, each one steady and unflinching.
"My name is Kael D. William," he began, his voice echoing through the broadcast screens across the world. "Most of you know me as the 'Tyrant' or the 'Demon of Ohara.' Today, I'm here to tell you my True-Life Story."
He took a deep breath, eyes darkening as memories of Ohara flooded back. "I grew up on Ohara, a peaceful island of scholars. They dedicated their lives to studying history. But the World Government deemed this dangerous. They didn't just kill the scholars—they killed everyone. They burned the whole island to ashes, destroying not just lives, but knowledge. Children, women, elders—even the animals, nothing was spared. I watched as Admiral Akainu burned a ship full of refugees. He turned people into ash just because they dared to escape. I remember every scream. Every life stolen."

POV: Marineford
In his office, Fleet Admiral Sengoku's face was taut with anger as he took the call from the Five Elders. Their voices were livid.
"Sengoku! Do you see what William is doing?! He's exposing everything! Stop this broadcast, NOW!"
Sengoku clenched his fists. "Yes, Elders. We're working on it. The broadcast will be shut down soon."
The call ended, and he turned to the officers around him. "Where is Kizaru?"
"He's in the New World, sir," someone replied.
Sengoku growled in frustration. "Akainu! Aokiji! You two, get to Sabaody immediately and stop William. Now!"
Akainu and Aokiji exchanged glances, then nodded, hurrying out of the office to head for Sabaody Archipelago.

Back to William's POV
As the broadcast continued, William met the camera's gaze again, the fire of his emotions clear in his eyes. He began to tell the story of his capture.
"After escaping Ohara, I was captured by slave traders and sold to the Celestial Dragons. I was branded with the Dragon's Hoof, the mark of a slave. My owner, Saint Callen, used me in his fighting arena, where I had to fight to the death for the entertainment of those so-called 'World Nobles.' But that's not even the worst of it." His voice grew sharper, anger unmasked.
"In Mariejois, I saw firsthand how the Celestial Dragons treat their slaves. They work them to death, then punish them for being weak. Slaves are tied to walls and used as target practice. It's never a quick death, either. Their aim is terrible, so slaves bleed out slowly, suffering. Female slaves… they're treated even worse. They're raped, then fed to the dogs when they're no longer wanted. And they do things so vile, I won't even speak of them."
William paused, exhaling a heavy sigh. "But then, one night, everything changed. The brave Fisher Tiger stormed Mariejois and caused chaos. During that confusion, me and the Boa sisters, who were fighter-slaves like me before, killed the Celestial Dragon who owned us. And now, I'll show the world exactly what happened that night."
He pulled out a Den Den Mushi with a video recording and hooked it up to the live broadcast. The screen shifted, revealing William's recording from that night in Mariejois.

Flashback: The Death Match
On the recording, William appeared on the screen, his eyes fierce, voice cold. "Today, I, Kael D. William, am going to give you something the world has never seen before: the first-ever death match between two Celestial Dragons."
He turned the camera toward Saint Callen and his wife, zooming in on their terrified faces.
"On the right," he announced, almost mockingly, "we have Master Callen, a pathetic excuse for a human who loves to buy slaves and make them fight to the death. And on the left, his equally pathetic wife, whose habits I don't even want to know."
In the recording, William tossed a knife onto the floor between them, its blade glinting. "The rules are simple," he said with a cruel smile. "You're going to fight to the death, and I promise I won't kill the one who survives."
Callen's face was a mask of disbelief. "You… you can't be serious! We're Celestial Dragons!"
"I'm dead serious," William replied coldly. "Now pick up the knife. Or it'll be a lot worse for you."
In the video, Callen's wife grabbed the knife first, and they began a brutal, desperate struggle. They clawed and scratched, blood splattering across the ground. Their pristine helmets cracked, their regal appearance unraveling as they fought like animals.
William's voice echoed through the recording, his tone mocking, almost enjoying the spectacle. "And here we go, folks! The first-ever Celestial Dragon death match, brought to you live from the heart of Mariejois!"
The Boa sisters were visible in the background, watching quietly, their faces filled with disgust as the once-powerful Celestial Dragons degraded themselves in a frantic, bloody brawl. Finally, Callen managed to stab his wife in the chest, and she crumpled to the ground. Callen looked up at William, breathless, his once-arrogant face now filled with desperation.
"You promised… I killed her… you said you wouldn't kill the survivor…"
In the recording, William smirked. "I did promise." But then, a small heart-shaped bullet shot from Hancock's finger pierced Callen's chest. He gasped, looking at her in shock as his life faded.
"I didn't make any promises," Hancock said coldly. Callen collapsed, his body lifeless beside his wife.

Reactions Around the World
As the broadcast continued, people across the world watched in shock. Pirates cheered, laughing at the downfall of the two Celestial Dragons.
Whitebeard let out a booming laugh, gripping his mug. "GURARARARA. What a brave kid, I should ask him to be my son."
Big Mom grinned, clearly amused. "MA MA MA MA. Now that's entertainment," she cackled.
Kaido laughed, a dark gleam in his eyes. "WORORORORO. William… I wander if he can kill me."
Shanks, watching quietly, sighed. "This is going to create more chaos than the seas have ever seen," he muttered to himself, a concerned look in his eyes.
In a hidden base of the Revolutionary Army, leaders gathered around a screen, watching William's broadcast with growing interest. Dragon, the enigmatic leader of the revolutionaries, leaned forward, a slight smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
"William… he's powerful, fearless, and openly defying the Celestial Dragons. The people will rally to him," Dragon remarked, glancing at the other leaders.
Ivankov grinned, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Such spirit! He's just the kind of ally we need to shake up the world order."
Karasu nodded, his gaze intense. "We should reach out to him. With his strength and influence, he could be a powerful ally in our cause."
Dragon's smile widened. "Indeed. Let's contact him as soon as possible."
In Mariejois, the Five Elders watched, seething. One of them slammed his fist on the table. "This demon went too far! We need to end this now!"

POV: Marineford
Back in Sengoku's office, chaos erupted. The Marines scrambled to figure out how to cut off the broadcast, but Sengoku was watching, his face tense with anger. Garp, however, sat off to the side, chuckling as William's commentary echoed through the room.
"Look at 'em, Sengoku!" Garp laughed, pounding his fist on the table. "Two Celestial Dragons scratching each other's eyes out like spoiled brats!"
Sengoku shot him a glare. "Garp! This isn't funny!"
Ignoring Sengoku, Garp continued laughing. Sengoku groaned, burying his face in his hands before picking up the Den Den Mushi. "Akainu! Aokiji! Hurry to Sabaody and stop William!"

Back to Sabaody
At the auction house entrance, a group of Marines stationed nearby began rushing toward William and the girls after receiving Sengoku's orders. But as they charged forward, Hancock and William exchanged glances, a silent understanding passing between them.
They unleashed their Conqueror's Haki together, a powerful wave that crashed over the Marines, knocking each of them unconscious in an instant. The auction house fell silent, the bodies of the fallen Marines sprawled across the floor.
William smirked, turning back to the camera, his voice calm yet chilling. "Now, where were we?" he said.
