Pokemon ouroboros

Avan was planning of doing the assessment in Hoenn, to try to take control and power in there, trade with Unova and kalos become allies and diffuse the war

Even though Sinnoh and Kanto are strong, they are far from taking the 2nd 3rd and 5th regions on. if they do plan to start a war, avan wouldn't mind teaching them a lesson

This time Avan wanted to keep Andrea at home. he had secure pokemon protecting her and Julia. Avan thought with no concern.

Any Pokemon trainers would be mauled by 10 leavenny 10 miltank a trevenant and Jolteon courtesy of julia, A snseasel and a Darminatan which is lv 40. Avan wasn't worried at all

5 hours later

Hoenn yessir 

Avan walked up to rustboro city as he walked into the examination office

"Hello, do you wish to report a crime or take the gym examination?"

"Gym examination," Avan said 

"Please give a rough estimate of your pokemon average level." The staff member said, taking a note 

"Lv 40," Avan replied waiting patiently for the Staff member to finish

Suddenly, the staff member looked up at Avan

"Is he some kind of Elite trainer?" The staff member said in her head. lv 40 was high normally.

"Here's your receipt. This receipt would let you challenge Tate and Lisa once, but after that, it would expire. if you win, come back here to receive the previous gym badges, but if you lose you would get demoted and have to challenge the previous gym"

"That's fine." Avan thought 

Tate and Lisa only had 4 pokemon, Avan wasn't worried

"Thank you," Avan said as he walked outside, teleporting to mossdeep city

"He's in the region, sir. It seems like he wants to take on the league."A spy reported

"Interesting, track him down and take him to me." A silver-haired man said as put down the phone 

He needed to suppress Avan. he couldn't let somebody like him have the opportunity to run the region.

With a frown, The man sat down and had a cup of tea

Walking into the gym, Avan walked into the gym.

What greeted him was a puzzle and some trainers.

Avan didn't have the brain capacity to do the puzzle, so he teleported into the leader room. 

2 siblings were standing there, looking at me with a frown

"You weren't supposed to do that," Tate said 

"It is shown as a sign of disrespect," Lisa said

"Yeah, whatever, "Let's go 

Tate and Lisa do double battles, which is fairly rare for gym leaders

"Solrock, Lunatone come out!" Lisa and Tate said 

"Miltoic, Gallade, come out!" Avan commanded

"Miltoic! Use surf!" Avan said. His plan was to just spam double attacking moves until they both faint 

"Gallade, provide support and Protect Milotic"

"Oh no, you don't!" Tate said 

"Solrock! Use Sunny day!" Tate said 

Luckily Avan came prepared. 

"Miltoic use Rain dance!" Avan said As milotic Made a cry, making cloud lumber over the battlefield. after a while, Rain started 

"Milotic, surf, Gallade, teleport behind Solrock And use a Brick break!" Avan commanded 

"Solrock! Use Protect!" Tate said 

"Lunatone! Use psychic on Miltoic!" Lisa said, Targetting Milotic 

Gallade Dps isn't much right now, Avan needed a solution. And thanks to Rain, Avan had a perfect one

"Gallade,  return, Sharpedo come out!"

Suddenly, Avan couldn't help but think of how cheesy this will be 

"Miltoic, Sharpedo, Use surf!" Avan commanded as Sharpedos surf came first, dealing a lot of damage. And then miltoics , surf came in , doing even more damage

Suddenly, the gyms drain system kicked in and drained all the remaining water 

"Solrock and lunatone have lost consciousness! Please can the gym leaders present their next pokemon!" The referee said.

"xatu and Claydol, come out!" Tate and Lisa said as they threw their Pokeball out, revealing the familiar Pokemon

"We will be sure to win this with these pokemon!" Tate said 

"Yeah i agre-" 

"Milotic and sharpedo , use surf!"

5 minutes later 

2 fainted pokemon and 2 crying gym leaders. why hire children as gym leaders? they may have the IQ of a genius, but their children.

"Here's  the Mind badge" Lisa said with a sniff

"Thank you"
