Refusing My God’s Advances

Chapter 165: IHSR Shopping Trip Pt 5

"That is a good question, but what do you think of this new dress?" Aria asked, sporting a pink dress with black stitching and ruffles adorning the hem and sleeves, giving her an ethereal yet daring appearance. The dress accentuated her figure while offering a playful bounce with every step she took, the black stitching adding a touch of gothic elegance to the soft pink fabric. Her eyes shone with excitement, clearly pleased with her choice, awaiting my reaction.

"It looks fantastic on you," I complimented, noting how the dress seemed to capture her essence perfectly—bold, yet undeniably feminine. Aria's smile widened, her cheeks flushing with a hint of embarrassment at the approval.

As I turned my attention to the others, I noticed Lyra just standing there naked and proud with her hands on her hips.

"What do you think of my outfit?!" Lyra asked, puffing out her bare chest, and I slapped my hand to my face and shook my head.

"You're not even wearing anything," I sighed, and she let out a raucous laugh.

"Bwahaha! I know, but you like me the best when I am like this, right?" Lyra asked, and I scoffed, looking back at her.

"Yes, I do, but for everyone else's sake, do you mind putting on some clothes?" I asked, and Lyra giggled, closing the door, and leaving me to shake my head as I turned to Shelli.

She was wearing a dress that seemed to be the embodiment of the sea itself. The fabric flowed around her in waves of deep blues and greens, shimmering with the light like sunlight filtering through water. The dress was sleeveless, fitting snugly at the top before cascading down into a loose, flowing skirt that swirled around her legs with every movement. Tiny, delicate pearls were sewn along the neckline and hem, adding a touch of elegance and mystery to the ensemble. Shelli’s usually playful demeanor was replaced with serene grace, her smile soft and content as she twirled, the dress moving with her like the tide.

"It's beautiful, Shelli," I said, genuinely impressed by how the dress not only complemented her personality but also seemed to enhance it. "It suits you perfectly."

Her cheeks colored with a blush, her wings fluttered, a smile spreading across her face. "Really? I wasn't sure at first, but it felt right when I put it on. Like it was made for me."

"You really make the dress look amazing," I smiled and then turned to Hades' daughters. "I did promise you both dresses, so you can pick what you want."

I opened the downloads, and let the girls look through all the files that I had stored on my printer. They both took a lot more time looking over each outfit, but there were a lot more female outfits than there were male. After about thirty minutes, Hades brought me over a chair to sit on between handing the women more clothing to try on.

After just over an hour, the girls had finally decided on two Steampunk-style dresses. I had already made one for them with my first printer, but I was going to wait until I printed another so I could give each girl one.

"So these are your final choices?" I asked, and the girls were nodding enthusiastically, their eyes sparkling with excitement at the prospect of wearing something truly unique.

"Yes, these ones!" they chimed in unison, pointing at the holographic displays of the dresses they had chosen. The designs were intricate, blending the mechanical and the elegant in a way that seemed to perfectly capture their personalities and their status as Hades' daughters.

The first dress was a marvel of steampunk engineering, featuring a corseted waist that cinched in elegantly, flaring out into a layered skirt adorned with gears and clockwork motifs. The fabric was a rich, deep brown, accented with brass and copper fittings that gleamed under the shop's lights. This dress was chosen by Astra, who seemed particularly taken with the mechanical aspects, her fingers tracing the designs as if she could already feel the textures.

Nova, on the other hand, had selected a dress that was slightly lighter in tone, with a more ethereal feel. It was predominantly a soft, metallic silver, with hints of pale blue that suggested a sky at dawn. The skirt was less structured than Astra's choice, featuring cascades of fabric that seemed almost fluid, with delicate gears and chains woven into the design, giving the impression of floating clouds driven by hidden mechanisms.

As I confirmed their choices on the printer, I made sure to select materials that would complement their divine heritage. For Astra's dress, I chose (Unique Rare) Red Minotaur Thread that was as durable as it was beautiful, woven from threads infused with the essence of the power to complement her strength and resilience. For Nova's dress, I selected a lighter, almost ethereal (Rare) Nymph Silk Fabric that shimmered with a subtle luminescence, reflecting her more whimsical and light-hearted nature.

After a few adjustments to ensure a perfect fit, and a pair of (Rare) Ice Nymph Crystals, I set the printer to work. The machine hummed and whirred, a dance of light and shadow playing across both girls as it crafted the dresses from the digital designs. The process was swift, a testament to the advanced technology at my disposal, and within moments, the dresses were complete.

Both girls looked beyond excited, and I had to say that they both looked amazing in them. Astra's dress enhanced her authoritative presence, the mechanical elements accentuating her strength and determination. The corseted waist and flared skirt gave her a commanding silhouette, while the gears and clockwork motifs whispered of a mind that was as sharp and intricate as the mechanisms it celebrated. The Red Minotaur Thread added a richness to the fabric that seemed to glow subtly, as if imbued with an inner fire, mirroring Astra's own indomitable spirit.

Nova, in her dress, looked like a vision from a dream, the soft metallic and pale blue fabrics blending seamlessly to create an effect of sky and cloud. The lighter, fluid skirt moved with her, each step she took echoed by the delicate chains and gears that adorned the dress, creating an impression of weightlessness and grace. The Nymph Silk Fabric caught the light with every movement, casting an ethereal glow around her, while the Ice Nymph Crystals sewn into the fabric added a cool, refreshing contrast that spoke to her playful and gentle nature.

As they turned to show off their dresses, the shop seemed to brighten, their divine heritage clearly reflected in the clothing they now wore. Their choices not only suited their personalities but also served as a bridge between their status as daughters of Hades and their own unique identities. In truth, I just wanted them all to be happy, but I felt like I needed to start thinking about things like this when making gifts for people.
